Marilyn Aerts

Marilyn Julia Aerts, 81, of Rogers, Arkansas died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at her home. She was born August 5, 1931 in Tucson, Arizona the daughter of Frances Dudek and Lawrence Norten Wollard.

She enjoyed sewing and making crafts. Also, she enjoyed attending horse shows and riding horses. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas for over 20 years after moving from California. She was a bank teller for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Aerts, in March 2008 and her parents.

Marilyn is survived by three sons, Larry Aerts and his wife, Dianne, of Rogers, Arkansas, Mike Aerts and his wife, Kathy, of Rogers, Arkansas, and Alan Aerts and his wife, Bonnie, of Los Gatos, California; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Friday, January 18, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas with Pastor Zach Underwood officiating. Entombment will follow after the service.

Memorials may be sent to Grace United Methodist Church of Rogers or Circle of Life Hospice.

Kevin Bowman

Kevin Dean Bowman, 33, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Friday, January 11, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born April 26, 1979 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Alice Bowman and Charles Bowman.

He loved spending quality time with his daughter. He enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to music. He had a gift of making people laugh. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area since 2006 after moving from Nowata, Oklahoma.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Alice Bowman, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his father, Charlie Bowman and his wife, Sondra, of Nowata, Oklahoma; his wife, Beth Bowman, of the home; one daughter, Addison Bowman, of the home; two sisters, Kari Lyle and her husband, Marcus, of Owasso, Oklahoma and Kathryn Nichole “Nikki” Bowman of Nowata, Oklahoma; and one uncle, Tom Zimmerman and his wife, Jean, of St. Louis, Missouri.

A memorial service will be Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers, Arkansas.

Graveside service will be Monday, January 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Bentonville Cemetery in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Donna Martin

Donna Martin, 68, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Tuesday, January 8, 2012.

She was a CNA.

Donna is survived by her sons, John of Texas, Joe of Lowell, William of Little Rock, and Robert of Lowell; daughter, Karen of Fayetteville; sister, Elsie of Nevada; 4 nephews; 21 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Roberta Steingrubey

Roberta June Steingrubey, 79, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Fayetteville.

She is survived by her husband, Don Steingrubey; one son, Keith Steingrubey; one daughter, Sandy Burch and her husband, Alan; one sister; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

John Circolone

John Circolone, 86, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born May 10, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Anna Alvino and Dominic Circolone.

He served in the United States Navy. He retired at age 55, and he was a member of the “Forever 55 Club.” He enjoyed watching TV. Also, he was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area since 1985 after moving from Chicago, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Johnny Boy; two brothers; one sister; and his best buddy, Sir Chee-toes and Smokey.

John is survived by his long-time companion, Virginia Chase, of Fayetteville, Arkansas; three sons, Michael Circolone of Chicago, Illinois, Dennis Harrelson and his wife, Aurora, of New York, and Michael Chase of Springfield, Illinois; five daughters, Ann Marie Infelise of Chicago, Illinois, Debbie Bingham and her husband, David, of Lodi, Wisconsin, Donna Latham and her husband, Vincent, of Chicago, Illinois, Denice Miliotti and her husband, Steven, of Chicago, Illinois, and Debbie Hicks of Pocatello, Idaho; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and his little four legged friend, Missy.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers, Arkansas with the family officiating. Interment will follow at Fall Creek Cemetery in Strickler, Arkansas.

Memorials may be sent to Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville or Meals on Wheels of Fayetteville.

Leta Scott

Leta Mae Bland Scott was born on September 29, 1923. She was born in Merkel, Taylor County, Texas to Arthur and Ethel Elizabeth Hatfield Bland. She became professor of Christian Faith at the young age of 12 and continued to share her faith to death.

Leta passed from this life on January 5, 2013.

She was married to Clyde Scott on February 3, 1946. Clyde preceded Leta in death on July 20, 2002. To their union, they were blessed with the birth of three daughters, Jill, Joan, and Janice.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Dorman, Vernon, Buford, and Belvin; five sisters, Neva Randolph, Marie Prophet, Belva Axton, Juanita Carter, and Gwynetha Cochran; and one son-in-law, Nelson West.

She is survived by three daughters and sons in laws; Jill Still and husband, Larry, of Seligman, MO, Joan White and husband, Jerry, of Cave Springs, AR, and Janice Fryer and husband, Steve of Centerton, AR; and six grandchildren and their families; Paula Still Gordon and husband, Shane, and their children, Graham and Bailey, Stephnei West Berry and husband, David, and their children, Kristopher, Harper and Ashley, Paul Still and children, Ethan and Evan, Scott Fryer and wife, Cindy, and their children, Lauren and John Chase, Wendy Fryer Sooter and husband, Chris, and their children, John Blake and John Samuel, and Jamei West Hopper and husband, Clint, and their children, William, Hanna, and Hailey.

Leta enjoyed quilting, sewing and genealogy. She and her husband were involved for many years in the work of the Gideon’s International and their church Freewill Baptist Church of Rogers. She loved her family and was a great "Granny" to her grand and great-grandchildren.

Funeral visitation will be on Tuesday, January 8th at 11:0 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Rogers Freewill Baptist Church with services to follow at 1:30 p.m. at the same location. Pastor Eddie Davis will be officiating.

Memorial remembrances may be made to Gideon's International.

Jo Fowler

Jo Gayle Fowler, 68, of Gravette, Arkansas died Friday, January 4 2013. She was born January 23, 1944 in Herford, Texas.

She was preceeded in death by her mother, father and brother. She is survived by many family members.

Memorial service will be on Saturday, January 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Gravette, Arkansas.
