Lincoln Brunner

Lincoln Brunner of Bentonville, Arkansas, formerly of Morris, Illinois Our little Lincoln brought so much joy to everyone he met.

His glowing smile, bright blue eyes and flowing hair were the trademarks of our little guy.

On August 4, 2012, God determined through a tragic accident at home, that our son, Lincoln Andrew Brunner, born November 21, 2008, would spend the rest of eternity in Heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He is in very good hands. In his short 3 ½ years, Lincoln made friends with just about every person he met. Lincoln loved running with his brother and sisters, playing soccer and basketball, watching “woowees” (movies), holding bouncy balls and playing “the motorcycle guy” on Wii. He loved giving kisses on the cheek and Lincoln loved gum. In fact, that is probably the first question that he asked many of you! Lincoln loved being bare-foot and getting dirty playing trucks by the barn. He enjoyed riding the lawn tractor with Dad, Mom, or his siblings and often met Dad coming home from work to run from the end of the lane. Man, could Lincoln run!

Those that are most looking forward to seeing Lincoln again someday are his parents, Kary and Sandy Brunner; brother, Karsan (10); and sisters, Morgan (12) and Sydney (6) all of Bentonville, Ark. Lincoln’s grandparents are Al and Nancy Zwart of Coopersburg, Penn. and Wilbert and Asenath Brunner of Kankakee, Ill. He is survived by 24 cousins, 14 aunts and uncles, and a great grandmother, Maxine Neumann of Kankakee, Ill.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, August 10 from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Ferrari Funeral Home (1044 Ferrari Drive) in Coal City, Ill. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church (3950 Goose Lake Road) in Morris, Ill.
