CLOVIS, N.M. -- Pearl Reynolds, 91, of Clovis, N.M., died Aug. 4, 2003, in Fayetteville. She was born May 17, 1912, in Bluestone, Ky., to John William and Nettie Rose Meyers Jones.
Survivors include one daughter, Meredith Bender of Clovis; one grandson, Dr. Jon A. Sexton of Fayetteville; one granddaughter, April Praver of Ventura, Calif.; two great-grandsons, J. Masion Sexton of Fayetteville and Caelan S. Sexton of Springfield, Mo.; three great-granddaughters, Rachael C. Parver, Eden C. Parver, both of Ventura, and Olivia C. Sexton of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Northcutt & Sons Funeral Home in Morehead, Ky. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.
Local arrrangements are by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Joe Redwine
FAYETTEVILLE -- Joe Redwine, 84, of Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville died Aug. 6, 2003, at Northwest Medical Center of Washington County in Springdale.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Marjorie L. Johnson
FAYETTEVILLE -- Marjorie L. Johnson, 79, of Fayetteville died July 27, 2003, at her home. She was born Feb. 16, 1924, in Burns, Kan., to E.S. and Gussie Winifred Watson VanArsdale. She was a homemaker and an avid reader and bridge player. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bentonville. She was a graduate of Derby (Kan.) High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe R. Johnson, on Jan. 10, 1981, and one son, Mike Johnson on Nov. 17, 1999.
Survivors include one son, David J. Johnson of Rogers; two sisters, Paula Gibbons of Macon, Ga., and Betty Burns of Wichita, Kan.; five grandchildren, Eric, Chase, Jennifer, Andrew and Matthew Johnson.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate her life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 9 at Benton County Funeral Home in Bentonville.

Merle E. Bookout
NICEVILLE, Fla. -- Merle Emogene Bookout, 75, of Niceville died July 31, 2003, in Okaloosa County in Niceville. She was born Oct. 17, 1927, in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, to Earl Kelso and Mary Ella Robinson Garrison. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Bookout.
Survivors include one son, Ralph Bookout of Metairie, La.; one daughter, Mary McGriff of Niceville; two brothers, Earl Garrison of Springdale and Gary Garrison of Ochie, Mo.; two sisters, Juanita Elliott of Idaho and Laura Allen of Anacortes, Wash.; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale with the Rev. Joe Dorman officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gary Bookout, Chris Bookout, Matt Bookout, Michael McGriff, Kirk McGriff and Brian Watkins.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
Anthony William Scapardine Sr.
GARFIELD -- Anthony William Scapardine Sr., 61, of Garfield died Aug. 1, 2003, in Springdale. He was born Feb. 1, 1942, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Anthony John and Margaret Ruth Scapardine. He was a retired Chicago police officer with 32 years service. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Masonic Lodge in Chicago. He enjoyed outdoor activities, including scuba diving, boating, snow skiing, carpentry, piloting airplanes and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Chattin Scapardine, to whom he was married Jan. 6, 1963, in Chicago; two sons, Anthony Scapardine Jr. and wife Audra of Balsam Lake, Wis., and Michael Scapardine and wife Jennifer of Chicago; one daughter, Kimberly Mihajlov, also of Chicago; two sisters, Nancy Scapardine and Margaret Rubio, both of Chicago; two brothers, Joseph Scapardine and Robert Scapardine, both of Chicago; seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be in Chicago at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers.
Fay M. Weimer
SELIGMAN, Mo. -- Fay M. Weimer, 82, of Seligman died Aug. 1, 2003, in his home. He was born Nov. 10, 1920, in Larue to Lee L. and Ethel Ednes Weimer. He worked in quality control for the Crane Company. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Garfield. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by two wives, Cordelia V. Weimer and Lula Canfield Weimer.
Survivors include his fiancee, Joyce Goldsmith of Seligman; two daughters, Linda Burrell of Lowell and Sherry Slinkard of Rogers; one step-daughter, Ambolene Juel of Seligman; one step-son, Ronald Robinette of Gateway; two sisters, Bernice Woodcock of Rogers and Reba Ash of Odessa, Texas; one brother, Wayne Weimer of Brightwater; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Garfield with the Rev. Al Hollingsworth and the Rev. Benny Thompson officiating.
Burial will be in the Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers. Military honors will be provided by the Bella Vista VFW Post 9063. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society c/o of the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Justin and Rusty Slinkard, Rick, Chad, Mike and Derrick Christopher Burrell.
Lisa Ann Henderson Reed
CONWAY -- Lisa Ann Henderson Reed, 31, of Conway died Aug. 1, 2003, at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born Nov. 6, 1971, at Springdale to Dennis Ray Henderson and Sandra Kay Rogers Magness. She was employed by the Heritage Company Inc. in Conway and was a member of the Hatley Missionary Baptist Church in Dover.
Survivors include her dad and mom of Dover, Dennis and Shirley Henderson of Dover; her mother and step-father, Sandy and Joe Magness of Springdale; a brother, Jason Eubanks of Perry; two sisters, Gini Harelson of Russellville and Jo Quinn of Perryville; paternal grandfather, Don Billings of Springdale; several uncles and aunts, including Larry and Martha Stewart of Springdale, Michael Rogers and Johnny Rogers, both of Springdale.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Hatley Missionary Baptist Church in Dover with Lester Barnes officiating. Burial will be in the McFadden Cemetery at Dover.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Lovell, Dave McCollum, Josh Marshall, Josh furneoux, Blake Ferris and Pete Harris.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Eubanks, Chris Byrd, Ricky Stewart, Paul Bowlin, Jim Harelson and Aaron Kettner.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Shinn Funeral Service in Russellville.
