Willie F. “Bill” Ledbetter, 58, passed away August 23, 2005, at his home. He was born June 3, 1947 to Lloyd and Melba Faye Turner Ledbetter at Nashville, AR.
He was a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church of Murfreesboro, AR
Mr. Ledbetter was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Faye Ledbetter.
He is survived by three brothers, Jim Ledbetter of Norman, AR, Joe Ledbetter of Murfreesboro, AR, and Danny Ledbetter of Stonewall, LA; five sisters, Cathy Bright of Dardanelle, AR, Nona Bailey of Rosston, AR, Louise Raulerson of Nashville, AR, Twyla Allmon of Murfreesboro, AR and Lisa McChesney of Clarksville, AR; four step-daughters, Betty Woodley, Connie Brown, Wilma Flaherty all of Murfreesboro, AR and Anita Hale of Delight, AR and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 25, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, with Keith Rowton officiating, burial in College Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
The family will receive friends at Latimer Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 24, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.
Ray Sain

Ray Young Sain, 102, formerly of Nashville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at a St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith. She was born July 31, 1902, in Huntington, Arkansas to Robert A. and Mary Tarkington Young. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jett Sain, her sisters, Helen Cunningham and Heba Durden, and borther, Horace Young.
She was a resident of Nashville for over 50 years and was active in First Baptist Church in both women’s ministry and church activities. She and her husband owned and operated Builder’s Supply Company of Nashville. She was also an active golfer and the Nashville Country Club honored her by naming an annual tournament the Ray Sain Golf Tournament.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, Billye Young Smreker, Janelle Young Hembree, Robert A Young, III, all of Fort Smith and Charles Young of Hot Springs; 18 great nieces and nephews; 31 great-great nieces and nephews; 10 great-great-great and nephews, and 3 great-great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday at First Baptist Church with Dr. David Blasé officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery in Nashville, by Latimer Funeral Home.
Visitation will also be on Thursday at First Baptist Church from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 noon. Pallbearers will be Greg Tate, Granville Parnell, Freddy Harper, Jackie Bennett, James Massey, Norm Ladenburg, Connie Mac Milum, and George Steel all of Nashville. Honorary pallbearers are Jack Bennett and Jettie Steel.

Mattye Toleson Crawford

Mattye Lou (Toleson) Crawford, age 89, of Norman, Oklahoma, formerly of Saratoga, Arkansas, died August 19, 2005. She was born March 28, 1916 in Saratoga, the daughter of the late Wilburn and Maudie Bulington Toleson. She was married to Paul “Lefty” Crawford January 18, 1941. Mattye worked at the Okay General Store, later as Postmaster of Okay and Columbus Post Offices. She moved to Saratoga following Lefty’s retirement, and lived there until 1998 when she and Lefty moved to live near their son in Norman, Oklahoma. She was a faithful and long term member of the Saratoga Church of Christ. After moving to Norman, she and Lefty worshipped at the Westside church of Christ in Norman as long as their health permitted.She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul “Lefty” Crawford; one brother Claude, who was killed in the Philippines in WWII, and half-brother, Henry Toleson.Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law Paul Allen and Rose of Norman, Oklahoma; three grandsons, Chris and wife Jennifer of Fort Worth, Tx; Paul and wife Alissa of Edmond, Ok; Jeff and wife Jennifer of Edmond, Oklahoma; eight great-grandchildren, Chad, Matt, Danny, Joel, Paul, Maddie, Abby, and Nathan; one sister, Clara Mae McMullan of Hope, AR; three sisters-in-Law, Ava Myrtle Matthews of Ashdown, Betty Strahan of New Orleans, LA, and Betty Ruth Crawford of Ashdown; one nephew David McMullan of Fort Morgan Colorado, and niece, Peggy Tetirick of Ashdown. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 23, 2005, in Saratoga Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Monday at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Frank Pickett

Frank Pickett, 54, of Nashville, died Wednesday, August 17, 2005, in Laramie, WY. He was born October 14, 1950, at De Queen, AR, the son of the late Claude and Fannie Russell Pickett.
He was a truck driver for SRT. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Pickett was preceded in death by one sister, Sue Sherck.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Pickett of Nashville, AR; one son, Chris Pickett of Oberlin, OH; one sister, Sheila Mendez of Wake Village, TX; two grandchildren; one aunt, Mary Jane Pickett of Lockesburg, AR; and a host of friends.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 23, at Old Union Church, Lockesburg, with Wes Blankenship officiating, burial in Old Union Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashvile.

Edwin Christopher Roberts, 49, of Nashville, died Thursday, August 4, 2005, at his home. He was born August 19, 1955, at Nashville, AR, the son of Minnie Roberts and the late Isom Edwin Roberts. He was a born again Christian and attended First Baptist Church, Nashville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Isom Edwin Roberts and one sister, Edna Mae Markham.
He is survived by his mother, Minnie Roberts of Nashville, AR; one brother, Harold C. Roberts of Topeka, Kansas; three sisters, Joyce Teague of Nashville, AR, Mary Ellen Wood of Milwalkee, WI and Betty Ann Oliver of Fort Smith, AR; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 6, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, burial in Unity Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.

Edna Pearl Honeycutt, 92, of Hope, died Sunday, July 9, 2006, at a Hope nursing home. She was born March 14, 1914, at McCaskill, AR, the daughter of the late Erastus and Eula Rodgers Brown.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Honeycutt and one daughter, Beulah Honeycutt. Two brothers Chester and Clyde Brown, and one sister Mildred Buckley
Mrs. Honeycutt is survived by three sons, Johnnie Honeycutt of Hope, AR, Robert Honeycutt of Prescott, AR and James Honeycutt of Hope, AR; two daughters Mary Parker of Hope, AR, and Shirley Jackson of Hope, AR; nine Grandchildren, eleven Great-grandchildren, and two Great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at Friendship Cemetery with Wallace Edger officiating. Under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home – Nashville.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday July 10, at Latimer Funeral Home.
Lema Price

Lema Sue Price , 83, of Nashville, Arkansas, died Sunday, July 9, 2006 at a Hot Springs hospital. She was born June 27, 1923 in Norman, AR., the daughter of the late James Harve and Cora Orrick Ward.
She was a retired nurse for the Colonial Nursing Home and a member of the First Christian Church in Murfreesboro.
Mrs. Price was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.
Survivors include one son Farron and wife Debbie Wroblewski of Nashville, AR; one sister Mildred Hastings of Baton Rouge, LA; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One special niece Schvonne and Ray Fendley, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services were 1:00 P.M. Sunday July 9, 2006, at College Hill Cemetery near Murfreesboro. Under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
