Lisa R. Tollison
Lisa Renee Tollison, 27, of Clarksville died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident on County Road 3348.
She was a Pentecostal and preceded in death by one sister, Lori Ann Gray.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Tollison; one daughter, Britney Hogeland of Clarksville; four sons, Kyle Hogeland, Taylor Tollison, Payton Tollison, and Terry Tollison, all of Clarksville; parents, Jesse Wilson and Darlene Gray of Clarksville; three sisters, Rachel Schneider and Tina Gray of Clarksville, and Valerie Day of Lamar; and four brothers, Jesse Vance Gray, Falon Gray, and Billy Gray, all of Clarksville, and Mace Gray of Ozark.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Don Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Holman cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Vance Gray, Falon Gray, Bill Schneider, Mace Gray, Billy Jack Gray, and Shea Duffel.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Larry Neal Varnell
Larry Neal Varnell, 59, of Paris died Thursday, Aug. 5, 2004, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Subiaco, son of the late Lee and Nettie Moore Varnell, used car salesman, and had worked at a cotton gin in England, Collinwood Grain Company in Kansas, and Chicago Bridge and Iron Company where he painted water towers. He was preceded in death by six brothers, William, Russell, Bobby, Leonard, Billie and Jerry Varnell, and one grandson, Everett Lee Varnell.
Survivors include his widow, Donna Rutherford Varnell; two daughters, Regina Trask of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Amanda Smith of Fort Dodge, Iowa; two sons, Ray Neal Varnell of Midway and Josh Edward Varnell of Dardanelle; three brothers, Curtis Varnell, Darrel Varnell and Danny Varnell, all of Midway; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, at Midway Assembly of God Church with Rev. C. L. Haston and Rev. James Hice officiating.
Burial was in Hickory Grove cemetery at Midway under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers were Troy Fondren, Hershal Hice, Jose Garza, John Holman, Steve Watson, Sidney Pilgreen, Ronnie Sanders, and Roger Caldwell.
Honorary pallbearers were Rocky Titsworth, Ralph Titsworth, John Gattis, Craig Schriver, Bob Maddox, Jeff Brown, Craig Dollar, nephews and grandchildren.
Mary Ann Ledbetter
Mary Ann Ledbetter, 66, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, in Tulsa, Okla.
She was a daughter of the late Eldon and Mildred Pitts of Clarksville, 1955 graduate of Clarksville High School, former member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Clarksville, former child care worker at LaPetite Academy in Tulsa, Okla., and an institutional cook at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa, Okla., and Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, and was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna and Faye Ellen.
She is survived by two children, Joe Williams of Utah and Polly Van Fleet of Glenpool, Okla.; one brother, Dane Pitts of Hartman; and four grandchildren, Marcus Perry and Nicholas Perry, both of Tulsa, Okla., Courtney Perry and Rachel Van Fleet of Glenpool, Okla.
Funeral was Monday, Aug. 9, at the Green Hill Funeral Home in Sapulpa, Okla.
Carisa Lynn Ennis
Carisa Lynn Ennis, 25, of Russellville died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 21 approximately 8.6 miles north of Clarksville.
She was born Dec. 6, 1978, at Arkadelphia, Arkansas, graduate of Russellville High School, attended the Assembly of God Church, employee of Tyson Foods in Clarksville and was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jack Otis Ennis.
Survivors include her parents, Gregory and Debbie Ennis of Russellville; paternal grandmother, Paige Ennis of Russellville; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Clara Copeland of Arkadelphia; adopted grandfather, Stanley Cohen of Russellville; three uncles and spouses, Kelly and Margie Ennis of Russellville, Doug and Pam Ennis of Conway, and Ricky and Joetta Copeland of Arkadelphia; three aunts and spouses, Jackie and Jeff Nichols of London, Carrie and Brett Meek of Greenbrier, and Jackie and Bob Gore of Taloga, Okla.; and cousins, Kellie and Roy Talbert, Jase Talbert, Kristina Ennis, Magan Ennis, Alison Ennis, Hanna Ennis, Paige Ennis, Ryan Ennis, Nicholas Ennis, Matthew McAlister, Jennifer McAlister, Taylor Richards, Sean Gore, Wendy Gore, Nicole Gore, Tyler Richards, Christopher McAlister, Cameron Copeland, Tori Ennis, and Kathrine Ennis.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at the First Assembly of God Church in Russellville with Rev. Larry Moore officiating.
Burial was in Rest Haven cemetery in Russellville under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.

Dayton M. Johnson
Dayton Milton Johnson, 79, of Lamar died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004, at his home.
He was the son of the late Albert S. and Myrtle Harmon Johnson, a farmer, construction employee, attended the Holman Freewill Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by one sister, Ola Allen; and four brothers, Melvin, Lovell, Donell and Leon Johnson.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen Daniel Johnson; one daughter and son-in-law, Teressa and Wallie Shaw of Lamar; two sons and daughters-in-law, S. D. and Carol Colvin and Charles and Elaine Colvin, all of Lamar; two sisters, Lenora Crutchfield of Lamar and Anna Bixler of Sikeston, Mo.; one sister-in-law, Lavern Johnson of Dardanelle; two brothers, Earl Johnson of Canalau, Mo., and Jeff Johnson and wife, Ruby, of Russellville; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Herb Tilley officiating. Burial, along with Masonic honors, was in Holman cemetery.

Geraldine F. Casey
Geraldine F. Casey, 86, of Clarksville died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, at Clarksville Convalescent Home.
She was a daughter of the late Eric and Bessie Penner Rowbotham, widow of Virgil Casey, and member of the Hagarville Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Lisa Casey of Clarksville; one sister, Mildred Johnson of Clarksville; and two grandchildren, Sarah and Kayla Casey, both of Clarksville.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Milam officiating. Burial was in Hagarville cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Noel Rowbotham, Dale Rowbotham, Herschell Breedlove, Bob McGuire, Gerald Vaught, and Louis Reece.

Gayland C. McCarley
Gayland Cecil McCarley, 76, of Lamar died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 17, 1928, at Lamar, Ark., son of the late William Sanford and Ossie Belle Jones McCarley, a child who loved everyone and a man who was a friend to all. He was preceded in death by four brothers, John Frank, Joe, Pierce and Buck McCarley; and two sisters, Daisy Mae Rowbotham and Nannie Belle Hughes.
Survivors are one sister-in-law, Ellen McCarley of Lamar; one brother-in-law, Ocil Rowbotham of Hagarville; numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 29, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike McCarley officiating. Burial was in Minnow Creek cemetery.
Pallbearers were Theron Rowbotham, Joe K. McCarley, Luke Leeds, Keith McCarley, Steven Williams and Shawn Hughes.
Visitation was from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, at Hardwicke Funeral Home.
