Terry Eugene Dobyns
Terry Eugene Dobyns, 58, of Hartman died Wednesday, June 30, 1999, at his home.
He was a native of Enid, Okla., and a retired highway construction employee.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Patricia Dobyns; three daughters, Terrilyn Dobyns of Russellville, Tracie Clark of Vine Grove, Ky., and Deana Rodriquez of Houston, Texas; mother, Edna Bloomquist of Peoples Valley, Ariz.; two sisters, Cheryl Brown of Riverside, Calif., and Jolene Shahan of Peoples Valley, Ariz.; one brother, Clay Dobyns of Lacerene Valley, Calif.; five grandchildren; one stepdaughter, Deborah Baskins of Russellville; and one stepson, Thomas Chance Baskins of Conway.
The body was cremated.
Local arrangements were under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Della Mae Campbell
Della Mae Campbell, 82, of Knoxville died Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in fort Smith.
She was a native of Casa, daughter of the late Ernest Elmer and Anne Stewart Raney, widow of Edward Campbell, attended Knoxville Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by one sister, Maxine Gist; and two brothers, Jeff (Boots) and Harold Raney.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Marilyn Campbell of Van Buren; two brothers, Glenn Elmer Rainey of Knoxville and Irvin Raney of Ola; two sisters, Charlene Scoles of Centerville and Imogene West of Russellville; two grandchildren and spouses, Karen and Danny Fight of Van Buren and Tom and Traci Campbell of Little Rock; and two great-grandchildren, Rachel and Catelyn Fight, both of Van Buren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Shinn Funeral Service Chapel in Russellville with Rev. Denver Robinson officiating. Burial was in Aunt Dilly cemetery at Casa.
Nephews served as active pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers were Dennis Gist, Jimmy Birkhahn, Jerry Birkhahn, and Gerald Birkhahn.

Emma L. Baskin
Emma Lou Smith Baskin, 73, of Kansas City, Mo., died Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was a native of the Harmony Community, daughter of the late Riley and Lola Dickerson Smith, buyer for Health Midwest prior to retiring in 1995, and was preceded in death by one sister, Ladeane Smith Meyer.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, James L. Baskin; one daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Mark Fletcher of Lone Jack, Mo.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Garry and Joyce Baskin of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Larry and Kim Baskin of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren, Erin Baskin and fiance, Tom Jenkins, Emily Baskin, Angela Fletcher, Brittany Baskin and Baleigh Baskin; one great-granddaughter, Destiny Dawn Fletcher; one sister and brother-in-law, Gladys and Wayne Ogilvie of Holton, Kan.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Longview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Park Lawn Funeral Home.

Earle H. Hunt Jr.
Earle H. Hunt Jr., 85, of Clarksville died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2003, at Maumelle.
A native of Clarksville, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earle Houston (Totton Hutchison) Hunt Sr., member of the First United Methodist Church, graduate of Clarksville High School, attended the University of Arkansas and Hendrix College, Army veteran of World War II, and a retired policeman for the city of Clarksville.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Helen Hilton Hunt; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Earle (Donna) Hunt III of Maumelle, Mr. and Mrs. Don (Linda) Hunt of Springdale, and Mr. and Mrs. Bob (Nancy) Hunt of Little Rock; one sister, Lillian Zarwell of Clarksville; and four grandchildren, Donald Hunt Jr. of Springdale, Misty Hunt Murphey of Washington, D. C., Robert H. Hunt Jr. of Little Rock, and Earle Houston Hunt IV of Maumelle.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Steve Wingo officiating. The body was cremated by Faith Crematory in Van Buren. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.

Freddie Roughley
Freddie Bob Roughley, 66, of Vera, Okla., formerly of Coal Hill, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003, at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla.
He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Elbert Roughley; parents, Albert Earl and Reba Marie Crabtree Roughley; and one brother, Johnny Lee Roughley.
Survivors include his widow, Diana Smith Roughley; three daughters, Tonya Knotts, Sherrie Roughley, and Angela Joyce; two sisters, Glenda Roughley of Clarksville and Faye Pannell of Greenwood; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Resthaven cemetery in Sperry, Okla., with Pastor Bob Morton officiating.
Farris Lee Skaggs
Farris Lee (F. L. "Red") Skaggs, 78, of Clarksville died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, at Ozark.
He was a retired licensed real estate broker and appraiser, self-employed businessman including an excavation construction company and military surplus heavy equipment business, served in the U. S. Army 7th Armored Division and 48th Armored Infantry Battalion in World War II, recipient of a Purple Heart award, Bronze Star, and the U. S. Army Distinguished Service Cross for his participation in various battles including the Battle of the Bulge. He was a son of the late Sidney Floyd and Annie Rose Skaggs, and was preceded in death by one brother, Earnest Loyd (Bob) Skaggs; and two infant siblings.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Marietta Janie Whitson Skaggs; three daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Jackie Dobbins of Van Buren, and Connie and Kenn Young and Peggy and John Brown, all of Clarksville; one son and daughter-in-law, Tim and P. J. Skaggs of Ozark; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Gladys and James Gipson, Hazel and Mervin Farris, and Edith and John Chrisman, all of Clarksville, and Roseanna and Les Woodard of Oklahoma; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Lester and Frances Skaggs and Ira Skaggs, all of Clarksville; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Amos Pledger officiating. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mark Estelle, Todd Dobbins, Greg Massengale, Jeff Massengale, Dale Wright, and Lucas Skaggs.
Jimmy Greenhaw
Jimmy Greenhaw, 57, of Lamar died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, at Countryside Manor Nursing Home.
He was a native of Mount Judea, son of the late Walter and Lizzie Chavers Greenhaw, and member of the Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by five sisters, Louise Cully, Jackie Pelts, and Donna Mefford, all of Clarksville, Dimple Cross of Hartman, and Imogene King of Ozone; one brother, Doyle Mefford of Clarksville; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial were at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at the Knoxville cemetery with Rev. Sally Ladd officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Jewell E. Holloway
Jewell E. Holloway, 93, of Coal Hill died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2003, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
She was a native of Coal Hill, daughter of the late Johnie and Belle Spicer Williams, widow of Carl Holloway, Methodist, and a graduate of Hartman High School, where she was an all-American basketball player. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jeffrey Yates; son-in-law, Milton Grobe; four brothers; and three sisters.
She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Carlene Grobe of Fredericksburg, Texas, Mary and Louis Dewett of Springdale, and Anita and Bob Weathers and Rita and Don Yates, all of Coal Hill; one son and daughter-in-law, John and Brenda Holloway of Orange, Calif.; one sister, Janis Woods of Orange, Calif.; one brother, Wilson Williams of Fort Smith; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Louis Dewett officiating. Burial was in Coal Hill cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Darrell Weathers, Steve Weathers, Eddie Grobe, Joe Smith, Stacy Looney, Dean Bright, and Jerry Oehler.
Honorary pallbearers were Michael Holloway and Damon Morris.
