Elmer E. Strong
Elmer Eldon Strong, 63, of Clarksville died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was a son of the late Elmer M. and Daisy White Strong and was preceded in death by one daughter, Terri Strong.
He is survived by two daughters, Tracy Dickerson of Coal Hill and Toni Foster of Cement, Okla.; one brother, Denton Strong of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one sister, Janice Picha of California; seven stepchildren; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
The body will be cremated.
Rev. James Breedlove
Rev. James Edward Breedlove, 58, of Columbia, S. C., died Friday, Jan. 20, 2006.
A native of Altus, he was a son of the late James Marion Breedlove, graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla., and Wesleyan Seminary in Washington, D. C., United Methodist pastor for 26 years and served in the U. S. Army in the states and overseas.
Survivors are his wife of 36 years Naomi Carney Breedlove; mother and stepfather, Lois Marie (Morrow) and Charles Magby of Hartman; three sons, Shawn Breedlove of Columbia, S. C., Jason Breedlove and wife, Pamela, of Lancaster, S. C., and Jeremy Breedlove of Rock Hill, S. C.; one daughter, Christy Roberts and husband, Brian, of Rock Hill, S. C.; three brothers, Tommy Breedlove of Oark, Jerry Breedlove of Clarksville, and Johnny Breedlove of Coal Hill; and five grandchildren, Austin Roberts, Taylor Roberts, Brooke Roberts, Andrew Breedlove and Alex Breedlove.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel in Columbia, S. C., with Rev. Frank Griffith officiating. Burial was in Beaufort National cemetery in Beaufort, S. C.
Jewell F. Bean
Jewell Frost Bean, 93, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006, at her home.
She was a seamstress, member of Lone Pine Presbyterian Church, the only cook for the Lone Pine School, daughter of the late Benson and Ada Moore Frost, and was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Orland Henderson Bean and one sister, Iladean Lutz.
She is survived by two daughters, Jewell Faye Damon of Clarksville and Ethel Mae Damon of Knoxville; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Burley King officiating. Burial was in Lone Pine cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Jim Damon, Roy Damon, Louis Irwin, Charlie Irwin, Steve Pitts, and Bobby Pitts.
Honorary pallbearers were Carey Clark, Stan Case, Larry Irwin, Rodney Pitts, James Robert Betnar and Charles Louis Irwin.

Rosetta Barber
Rosetta Barber, 89, of Lamar died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006, at Clarksville Convalescent Home.
She was a member of the Hagarville Church of Christ, former employee of Clarksville Foot Wear, daughter of the late John T. and May Warren Barber, and was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Ellen Barber, Flora Wilson, and Anna Freeman.
She is survived by two brothers, Bill Barber and wife, Hazel, of Owasso, Okla., and J. T. Barber and wife, Wilma, of Hagarville; and one sister, Wanda Crumrine and husband, Harold, of Hagarville.
Funeral was at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with John Ballard officiating. Burial was in Rosetta cemetery.
Pallbearers were James Freeman, Vaughnon Freeman, Don McCall, Gary Barber, Mike Barber, James Hurst, Ronnie Crumrine Jr., Bobby Freeman, Ronnie Crumrine Sr. and Leland Freeman.
Anna B. Freeman
Anna B. Freeman, 91, of Lamar died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, at Clarksville Convalescent Home.
She was a member of the Hagarville Church of Christ, widow of Earl Freeman, daughter of the late John Taylor and Maggie Mae Warren Barber, and was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Ellen Barber and Flora Wilson.
Survivors include two daughters, Janice Blackard of Clarksville and Rhonda Gail Colwell of Hagarville; four sons, James Freeman of Fort Smith, Vaughnon Freeman and Leland Freeman, both of Hagarville, and Bobby Freeman of Jefferson City, Mo.; two brothers, Bill Barber of Owasso, Okla., and J. T. Barber of Hagarville; two sisters, Rosetta Barber and Wanda Jean Crumrine, both of Hagarville; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Amos Pledger officiating. Burial was in Annie's Chapel cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Steve Blackard, Neal Freeman, Jeff Freeman, Greg Freeman, Mark Freeman, and John Colwell.
Honorary pallbearers were Kevin, Jason, Matthew and Lonny Freeman.
Bobbie Jean Hamill
Bobbie Jean Head Hamill, 61, of Lamar died Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, at Countryside Manor Nursing Home.
She was a member of the Lamar Methodist Church, graduate of the University of the Ozarks, retired kindergarten teacher, and daughter of the late Robert A. Head.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Hamill; one son, Joey Hamill and fiance, Annette Killian, of Bentonville; mother, Jessie Head of Lamar; four sisters, Sharon Curtis of Lamar, Margaret (Sissy) Deaver of Fort Smith, Jo Ellen Banhart of Van Buren, and Mary Jesse Dorman of Springdale; two grandchildren, Justin and Shayna Killian, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at the Lamar cemetery with Rev. Joe Dorman officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Open visitation will be held Thursday, Jan. 26, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Donald Grace
Donald Grace, 46, of Clarksville died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was an area manager for Baldor Electric, a realtor, and son of the late Willis B. Grace.
Survivors include his wife, Brandie B. Moore Grace; three sons, Skylr, Braydon and Bryce Grace, all of Clarksville; mother, Ruthie M. Grace of Lamar; three brothers, Wadey Grace and wife, Tricia, of Clarksville, Gary Grace and wife, Kim, and Kenneth Grace and wife, Diane, all of Lamar; two sisters, Bonnie Bachus and husband, Leon, and Mary Grace, all of Lamar; three sisters-in-law, Ginger Damon and husband, Thomas, of Clarksville, Katie Black of Black Springs, and Danette Grant and husband, Michael, of Atkins; and mother-in-law, Judy Westmoreland of Centerville.
Funeral was at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at East Mt. Zion Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Robbie Jackson and Rev. Gary Mitchell officiating.
Burial was in Holman cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Emogean Hunt
Emogean Hunt, 76, of Clarksville died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, at Ouachita County Medical Center.
She was a native of Knoxville and daughter of the late Marion and Nora Jane Freeman Chavers.
Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Hunt of Tahlequah, Okla.; one son, Robert Hunt of Sallisaw, Okla.; and several grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial were at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Knoxville cemetery with Rev. Lee Cording officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
