Jerry Ellis White
Jerry Ellis White, 57, of Cabot, died March 3, 2005.
His survivors include his wife, Linda White; daughter, Michelle Holt; son, Jeremy White; three granddaughters; brothers, Shelby White, Vernon White, Homer Gene White, and Andy White; and sister, Doris Szfranski.
Services were held March 5, at Cabot Funeral Chapel with interment at Pat Howell cemetery near Cabot.
Genevieve Larson
Genevieve Genelle “Jenny” Thomas Larson, 82, of Austin, TX, died Feb. 18, 2005.
She is survived by her sister, Patty Rogers of Paragould; sons, Tom Larson of Cabot, Mike Larson of Siloam Springs, and Martin Larson of McKinney, TX; daughter Royce of Austin, TX; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Amy Key Rudd
Amy Key Rudd, 78, of Little Rock, died, March 5, 2005.
She was on the faculty of UALR and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, NARFE, and the American Speech and Hearing Association.
She is survived by daughters, Judy Rudd of Little Rock and Becky Wardlow of Stafford, VA; son, William H. Rudd, III of Cabot; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 8, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Little Rock. Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church or to your favorite charity.
Loomis Avery
Loomis Avery, 70, of Cabot, died March 5, 2005.
He was a member of Cabot United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Evans Avery of the home; stepdaughter Anna Michalek Black of Alexandria, VA; stepson, Alex Michalek of Alexandria, LA.; granddaughter, Gracie Black of Alexandria, Va.; and brother, James Harvey Avery,Jr., of Clinton, N.C.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wed., March 9, 2005, at Cabot United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Lancaster officiating.
Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
Memorials be made to Cabot United Methodist Church.
Ray J. Weddle
Ray Johnson Weddle, 69, died March 4, 2005.
He retired after 32 years from Producers Rice Mill and was a member of Calvary Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Miller Weddle; brother, James Weddle; sister, Dolores Alverson; children, Rayanne Bednar of Slovak, Barry Weddle of Stuttgart, Kent Weddle, Brent Weddle, Jerry White, Shane Weems, all of Hazen, Dustin Weddle of Carlisle, Debbie White of Mayflower, and Melanie Scroggins of Furlow; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 8, at the Calvary Baptist Church with interment in the Hazen cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church.
Martha B. Jenkins
Martha Belle Drennan Jenkins, 74, of Cabot, died March 3, 2005.
She graduated from El Paso High School and attended ASU in Beebe. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Jenkins; daughters, Kathy Grober of Austin, TX, and Vicki Jenkins of North Little Rock; son, Steve Jenkins of Cabot; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Ducy Brown of North Little Rock, and Deborah Williams of West Memphis.
Funeral Service were conducted by David Riley and Jerry Riley March 6, 2005, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel in North Little Rock. Interment followed at Blasingame cemetery in El Paso.

Theodore W. Fraser
Theodore William Fraser, 55, of Lonoke, died March 3, 2005.
Survivors include his wife, Pok Fraser; children, Sarah Fraser, Trista Maple, Danny Fraser, Sheila and Lori Fraser; brother, John Fraser, Marge Counley.
Funeral services were held March 5 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Chapel and interment was at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
Heather Goodman
Heather Leann Brewer Goodman, 31, of Jacksonville died March 2, 2005.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Goodman; three children, Dustin Goodman, Zachary Goodman and Alexis Goodman, all of the home; mother and stepfather, Diane and David Bjork, Sr., of Jacksonville; father and stepmother, Gary and Susan Brewer of Sherwood; sisters, Bethany Borders of Ward, and Stacy Donathan of Sherwood; brothers, David Bjork, Jr., of North Little Rock, Daniel Bjork of Kansas City, KS, Doug Bjork of England, and Josh Brewer of Sherwood; paternal grandmother, Loretta Conway of Judsonia; maternal step-grandfather, Fred Bjork of Jacksonville.
Funeral services were held March 7, 2005, at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Chapel with Rev. Larry Ballard officiating.
Interment followed at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
Billy J. McDonald
Billy J. “Bill” McDonald, 67, of North Little Rock died March 3, 2005.
He worked for Falcon Jet for 27 years and was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Sherwood.
He is survived by his wife, Hatsue “Sue” McDonald of North Little Rock; daughters, Veronca Owen of Mansfield, TX, and Stacy Ishcomer of Sherwood; brothers, Harold McDonald, of England, and Lyndell McDonald, of Lonoke; sisters, Dee Davis, of England, and Dorothy Leonard, of North Little Rock; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 7, 2005, at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment was in Mulberry cemetery in England.
George Ralph Henry
George Ralph Henry, 84, of Jacksonville died on March 3, 2005.
He retired as Equipment Manager at the Pine Bluff Arsenal after 25 years of service. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Jacksonville.
Survivors are his wife of 58 years, Iris Williams Henry; son, Michael; and three granddaughters.
Funeral services were held March 7, 2005, in the Chapel of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Leonard officiating.
Interment was in Old Austin cemetery.
Bessie Lockard
Bessie Smith Lockard, 94, died March 3, 2005, at the Golden Years Manor Nursing Home in Lonoke.
She was a retired teacher and librarian in the public schools of Arkansas from 1930 until her retirement in 1972. Thereafter, she was chief librarian at the Arlene Cherry Memorial Library in Cabot for 16 years.
She was a graduate of the then Arkansas State Teachers College and the University of Arkansas, and did post-graduate study in library science at the then Henderson State Teachers College.
Her husband, Harold Lockard, died in 1983. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Noff Smith and Patricia Lockard of Rockville, Maryland; three grandchildren, John Lockard of Woodbridge, Virginia, Kate Lockard of Rockville, Maryland, and Tom (Lynne) Lockard of Ellicott City, Maryland; two great-grandchildren, Caroline Lockard and Andrew Lockard of Ellicott City, Maryland; a sister, Vara S. Seaton of Batesville; a brother, N.E. Smith of Cabot; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was private. A memorial service will be held at Cabot United Methodist Church at 2:30 p.m., Sat., March 12.
