Betty Jane Williams
Betty Jane Munnerlyn Williams, age 68, died Sept. 24, 2003.
She is survived by her husband, Trent Williams; daughters, Brenda K. Philo and Gail Hodges of Vilonia and Diane Head and Vicki McCarty of California; one son, Raymond Williams of Lonoke; brothers, J.C. Munnerlyn and Linvle Munnerlyn of Hazen, Orval Munnerlyn of Carlisle and Ron Munnerlyn of Ward; sisters, Geneva Cole of Carlisle and Shirley Trickey of Cabot; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with interment in Hamilton cemetery, by Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke.
Memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Betty G. Goff
Betty G. Goff, 66, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Taylor of Jacksonville; two grandsons; sisters, Myrtle Lamb of Lonoke and Wassie Pfeifer of Russellville; brother, Billy Flanary of Russellville.
Funeral services were Sept. 29, at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel followed by interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
Barbara Feeser
Barbara Feeser, 67, of Austin, died Thursday.
She is survived by two daughters, Loretta Manson and Linda Kay Carter; sons, Ricky Bostian, Gary Bostian, and Mark Bostian; four brothers, Marshall Cruce, Aaron Cruce, Mitchell Jones and Everett Jones; and her sisters, Sylvia Ball, Gail Burton, Peggy Evans, Shirley Walker and Ila Jones; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services, through Huson Funeral Home, Little Rock, were held at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Alan Kenneth Marlatt
MSgt. Retired, Alan Kenneth Marlatt, age 48, of Cabot, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003.
Survived by his wife, Karen Marlatt; daughter, Katherine; and son, Alex all of the home; mother, Tee Droege; and sister, Linda K. Marlatt of Fairfield Glade, Tenn.
Private family services were held at Arkansas State Veterans cemetery.

W.R. Baker
W.R. “Bill” Baker, 78, of El Dorado, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2003.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the United States Army. He served as the director of Public Works for the City of El Dorado for 33 years until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Tommie Jane Baker; a son, Harold Baker of El Dorado; three daughters, JoAnn White of Cabot, Brenda Baker of Little Rock, and Kathy Murph of Parkers Chapel; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sept. 28, at Young’s Funeral Directors Chapel, with burial in Arlington cemetery.

Elsie O. Wagner
Elsie O. Brannon Wagner, 78, of Little Rock died Sept. 26, 2003.
She was born in Cabot.
Survivors are her husband, Lester Wagner; daughters, Doris Coulson and Esther Adams; a sister, Mae White; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Oct. 1 at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Chapel in Little Rock, with burial in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
Lillian Jo Knoedl
Lillian Jo Knoedl, 82, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003.
She is survived by John E. Knoedl; two sons, John P. Knoedl of Opello, David Keith Knoedl of Benton; two daughters, Carol Stephanie Smith of Reed Springs, Mo., Karla Kathy Bellsie of Cabot; one sister, Betty Fern Daniels of Longview, Texas; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Saturday, Nov. 22 at Pinecrest Memorial Psrk in Alexander, with Father Abbott Kodel officiating. Rosary was Friday, Nov. 21, at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home.
Lonnie E. (Dick) Cole
Lonnie E. (Dick) Cole, Jr., 79, of Cabot went to be with Jesus November 22, 2003. He was a loving husband, dad, grand-dad and great grand-dad, but most of all he was a great friend. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, the late Arizona (Cole) Crace and Lonnie E. Cole, Sr., and one sister, Nina Widner. He is survived by his wonderful wife of 61 years, Elsie (Goforth) Cole; 2 sons, Harold Cole (and Charlotte) of Sherwood, and Jerry Cole (and Susan) of Cabot; 1 daughter, Robin Standridge (and Jerry) of Cabot; 5 grandchildren, Annette Krebs, Harold E. Cole, Kelle Cole, Derek and Justin Standrige; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Jesse Castro of OR, Mary Jones Green of Maumelle AR, Noma Serdin of CA, Virginia Gonzales of Cabot, AR; 1 brother, Grover Cole of Little Rock AR.
Visitation was Monday, Nov. 24 from 6-8 pm at Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 2 pm at McArthur Assembly of God, 3501 John Harden Rd., Jacksonville, AR, with Larry Burton officiating and interment in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Calvin P. Roach
Calvin P. Roach, 69, of Cabot died Nov. 17, 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and 5 brothers. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Roach of the home; 2 sons, Johnnie C. “J.C.” Roach and Billy R. Roach, of Cabot; 3 daughters, Katie Lee Mayfield and Patty A. Wheatly of Cabot and Robin Wright of TX; 4 brothers, Jessie, J.D., Jimmie, and Richard Roach; 2 sisters, Darlene Goode and Charlene Mayfield; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Wednesday, Nov. 19, noon-1 pm at Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services followed at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Springs Baptist Church with Brother James Thomason officiating. Interment was at Mt. Springs cemetery, Cabot. Arrangements by Cabot Funeral Home.
Arron Morgan Lea
Arron Morgan Lea, 18, of Mt. Vernon, was born May 5, 1985 and went to be with the Lord Nov. 16, 2003. He was a member of Foothills Fellowship Bible Church.
His mother, Charlotte Diane Lea, preceded him in death. Survived by his dad, Myles Lea; two sisters, La Rena Van Buren and Lindsey Strickland; aunts and uncles include his legal guardians, John and Cindy McCarty, Les Wisinger, Eddie and Patty Wisinger; cousins, Casey Moser, Brian and Sharon Daniels, Atlanta Daniels and Keely Pace; grandmother, Billie Ritchie; great-grandmother, Charlotte Thompson; numerous other aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Wed. Nov. 19 at Cabot Funeral Home.
