Nealie Kelley
Nealie Kelley, 93, of North Little Rock died Tuesday, June 8. 2004. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Floyd.
She is survived by three daughters, Nell Elliott and Linda French of Sherwood; two sons, J. Kelley of Jacksonville and Richard Kelley of Tehachapi, Calif.; two sisters, Euna Clark of North Little Rock and Marie Carroll of Cabot; brother, Wallace Harrell of North Little Rock; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildlren.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice Center of North Little Rock, Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center 3H, North Little Rock, Ark. 72114 or a charity of your choice.
Funeral service was Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Floyd’s Old cemetery in Floyd.
Anthony D. Turner
Anthony Dixon Turner, age 30, of Austin, died July 2, 2004.
Survivors include his daughter, Faith Dawn Turner of Austin; father and step-mother, Roy and Kathy Turner of Moses Lake, WA; mother and step-father, Stephany and Chuck Hill of Austin; and sister, Kelly Goodspeed of Owego, NY.

Donna Scoggin
Donna Bell Scoggin, born July 29th, 1924 passed away June 26th at her daughter’s home in Maricopa, AZ. She was a flight nurse in the Navy during the post-WWII era and retired from the Veteran’s Hospital of Phoenix, Arizona where she had been a nursing supervisor.
Donna taught in the Cabot school system and was a nurse at a Jacksonville hospital.
She is survived by her three daughters: Donna Lee, Diane and Daphne; her four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Carl Wylie, Jr.
Carl Price Wylie, Sr., 87, died June 4, 2004, at his home in Albany, GA. He was a native of Cabot.
Survivors include his wife, Fern Ruple Wylie; son, Carl Wylie, Jr.; two grandchildren.
Funeral services were June 8, 2004 at Crown Hill cemetery, Albany, by Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors.
Donna Kim Brown
Donna Kim Brown, age 45, died July 10, 2004 in Colorado. She is survived by her son, Dustn Miller and two daughters, Dess Miller and Katie Brown.
Elwood L. Cox
Elwood L. Cox, 72, of Cabot died Monday, June 21, 2004.
He recently retired from A Star Tire in Cabot, which he established and founded 10 years ago. He had been in the tire business 40 years.
He was a great husband, father and grandfather. He loved to be outdoors planting his flowers and trees.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Phyllis M. Cox; a son, Rick L. Cox; a daughter, Sherry R. Clark; a son-in-law, Ricky E. Clark; and granddaughters, Alicia V. Clark and Amanda M. Clark and a grandson, Dwayne L. Clark, all of Cabot.
He will truly be missed.
At his request, there was no funeral.
Margaret Tenison
Margaret Tenison, 87, of Lonoke, went to be with her Lord July 11, 2004.
She was born at Oak Grove to A.W. and Valentine (Moran) Perryman. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kelse Tenison, a grandson, Drew Ryan Howard, two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors are two sons. Alton Tenison of Lonoke and Billy Tenison of Hickory Plains; two daughters, Joyce Campbell and Carolyn Arkels of Lonoke; 11 grandchildren, Tony and Bill Campbell, Karen Gibbs, Jeff and Mark Tenison, Beth and Amy Scales, Donald R. Howard Jr., Melanie, Shane and Shawn Tenison; great-grandchildren, Alex, Nikki, Cody, Kelsey and Michael (Lori) Campbell, Allison and Andrew Gibbs, Cassie Tenison and Luke Scales.
She was a member of the New Testament Missionary Baptist Church and the Lonoke Eastern Star.
Services were at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 14 at New Testament Baptist Church with Bro. Doug Hambrick and Royal Burt officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove cemetery. Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were her grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Testament Baptist Church, 1600 Lincoln St., Lonoke.
Frances J. Moore
Frances J. Beggs Moore, 71, wife of the late Samuel F. Moore of Lonoke, died July 11, 2004.
She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and lived most of her life in Lonoke. She was a foster parent to many children during her earlier years. She was a retired bus driver for the Lonoke County School System.
Survivors include two children, Kathy King of Lonoke and Leesa Wilson of Bee Branch; her dog, Prissy; five siblings, Margaret Benafield, Joyce Butler and Sandra Anderson of Lonoke; a brother, Dan Beggs and Lewis Beggs of Hughes; six grandchildren, Kevin, Laurie, Ashley, Melaney, Samantha and Jacob; 13 great-grandchildren, Brooke, T.J., Teryn, Megan, Riley, Tavor, Seth, Kalyn, Hayley, Hunter, Dayton, Ethan and Cole.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at Concord United Methodist Church, Furlow, with Rev. Doyle Wilson officiating. Burial was in Concord cemetery.

Mary Alice Ball
Mary Alice Ball, 86, of Cabot died July 10, 2004.
Survivors are a daughter, LeeAnn Fincher; a grandson; and a brother, Wesley Waymack.
Graveside service was July 13 at Vilonia cemetery in Vilonia. Cabot Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Dale Wayne Edge
Dale Wayne Edge, 56, of Hazen, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004.
He was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Janie; and a brother, Warren Edge of Hazen.
Funeral services were July 9, at Center Point Baptist Church. Burial was in the Center Point cemetery. Arrangements were by Westbrook Funeral Home of Hazen.
Thomas H. Aston
Thomas H. Aston, age 95, of Benton died Tuesday, July 6, 2004.
He was retired from Reynolds Metals and was a WWII Navy Veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Evelyn Couch Aston, Benton; daughter, Linda Stevens, Joplin, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services were July 9, at Salem United Methodist Church with burial at Pinecrest cemetery by Ashby Funeral Home.
