Lillian Hoeftmann, 93, of Cabot, died May 23, 2004.
Graveside service was May 28, at Mt. Carmel cemetery. Arrangements by Cabot Funeral Home.
Phillip H. Moore
Phillip H. Moore, 88, of Jacksonville died Friday, May 28, 2004.
He was retired from Vertac Inc. in Jacksonville, and was a WWII Army veteran and a lifetime member of the VFW.
He is survived by five sons, Philip E. Moore of Lonoke, Lue Moore, Jim Moore, Jessie Moore and Sam Moore, all of Jacksonville; three daughters, Barbara Hancock of DeValls Bluff, Sue Hall and Judy Nichols, both of Jacksonville; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Tuesday at Stanfill Baptist Church and burial was in Harmony cemetery. North Little Rock Funeral Home was in charge.
Donna Lee Cushing
Donna Lee Cushing, age 54, of Harrison, died May 30, 2004.
She leaves behind her daughter of Searcy; her son Ronnie Sutton II of Bryant; and her sister Darlene Creasey of Harrison.

Barry Lynn Ray, age 46, of Cabot, died May 31, 2004.
He leaves behind his parents, O.W. Bill & Mildred Ray; two brothers: Timothy & Don Ray.

Mary Helen Blackwell
Mary Helen Blackwell, infant daughter of Jeffery and Janine Blackwell of Cabot, died May 8, 2004. She is survived by 1 brother; Samuel “Sam” Wayne Blackwell; grandparents Bobby and Mary Blackwell and Sam and Helen Trapanotto.
Visitation was Tuesday at Cabot Funeral Home. Graveside Service was at Mt. Carmel cemetery with Chaplain Wade officiating.
Garland E. Goodwin
Garland E. Goodwin, 82, of Beebe, formerly of Cabot, died May 7, 2004. Garland was retired from Timex Corporation after working for 38 years. He was a tool and die maker. He fought in World War II in Germany.
He belonged to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Jacksonville, where he served in numerous capacities of church and religious service. He is most recently a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Searcy.
Survivors include three sons, Dan Goodwin of Jacksonville, Larry Goodwin of Long Beach, Calif., and Mark Goodwin of Beebe; three daughters, Margaret Lowery of Denver, Colo., Naomi Blauer of Boise, Idaho, and Janice Gandy of Gilbert, Ariz.; 26 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 14, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Jacksonville. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens in Beebe.
Marie P. Lilly Morgan
Marie Percefull Lilly Morgan, 81, died May 9, 2004. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Theron Morgan, 3 sons, Julian Lilly and wife Clara, Jeff Lilly and Sam Lilly, granddaughter, Julie Marie, 5 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry and Dale Hoggard of Roland, grandchildren: Mike and Amy Hoggard, Kevin and Terri Hoggard, Jennifer and Donald White, all of Roland, and Robin and Mike Wilson of Maumelle; great-grandchildren: Lexie Hoggard, Conner and Blake White; step-children: Mary, Jim, Susie and Sally; brothers: Edwin Percefull of Little Rock, and Ronald Percefull of Tulsa; sister Bernice (Bea) Bennett of Carlisle. Brigitte B. Campbell
Brigitte Barbara Campbell, age 68, of Cabot passed away Monday, May 10, 2004.She was born July 18, 1935 in Germersheim, Germany to the late Johan Halbritter and Emilie Halbritter-Bolz.
Brigitte spent most of her life traveling extensively with her husband Charlie which was a joy for them both. Never meeting a stranger, she loved everyone that came in contact with her and even “adopted” many as her own child or grandchildren and attended First Freedom Baptist Church.
Also preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Campbell in 2002, and two sons Johnny E. Campbell in 1975 and Clarence W. Campbell in 1999.
Survivors include two daughters - Virginia Campbell Shaver and husband Chuck of Blacksburg, Va., and Charlotte A. Campbell of Cabot; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Ryan Shaver and Charles Jackson Shaver both of Blacksdburg,
Virginia; three brothers, Bend Bolz and wife Hieka and Hans Halbritter, Alex Bolz of Germany; and one sister, Waltraud Haywood of Austin, Texas, as well as many very dear friends.
There will be private visitation, and graveside services 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2004. Interment at Mt. Carmel cemetery in Cabot with Bro. Freddy Dulany officiating. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service,713 South Second St., Cabot, AR, (502) 941-7888. Cabot.
Oma Caldwell
Oma Caldwell, 96, of Jonesboro died May 7, 2004.
She is survived by six daughters, Sarah Hank of Farmington, Mo., Ernestine Bailey of Pine Bluff, Doris Wheeler of Newark, Jennie Harris of Jonesboro, Patricia Davidson of Ward, Betty Rowton of Lonoke; and two sons, Alfred Rogers of West Helena and Jim Caldwell of Marianna; four step-children, Geraldine Morrow of Almyra, T.M. “Sunny Boy” Caldwell of Moro, Nora Parks of Forrest City and Ruby Hill of Phoenix, Ariz.; 48 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held at First Baptist Church, Marianna, Tuesday, with burial at Caldwell cemetery, Aubery. Arrangements by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, Marianna.
Dorothy L. Klein
Dorothy L. Klein of Lonoke died May 9, 2004, at the age of 86.
She attended Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Janis Klein of Lonoke and Marilyn D’Alena of California; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Erline Sedberry of Lonoke.
Graveside services were Wednesday, May 12, at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
Louise Doolittle
Louise Doolittle, 89, of North Little Rock, died Tuesday, May 4, 2004.
She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by two sons, John Louis Doolittle of Little Rock and Jim R. Doolittle of Cabot; two daughters, Margie L. May of North Little Rock, Rose Gross of Maumelle; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 6150 Remount Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118.
Mass of Christian burial was held Friday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church with burial in Calvary cemetery. A Rosary service was held Thursday. North Little Rock Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
