Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, in the Old Union Missionary Baptist Church of Lockesburg with the Rev. James Gathright officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Union cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family received friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 26.

Noah Hancock, age 84, of Nashville, Ark., died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Howard Memorial Hospital. He was born Sunday, May 25, 1924 in De Queen, Ark. Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2009, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville with David Williams officiating. Burial followed at Delight cemetery in Delight under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Nashville. There was not be a visitation per family request.

Mary Francis Henson, age 66, a resident of Plainview, died Monday, May 18, 2009 at her home. She was born Aug. 30, 1942 in Clay County, Arkansas to the late Frank Gower and Nola Elizabeth Conley Parker. Memorial services will be held Monday, June 1 at 11 a.m. at Carter Cove cemetery with the Rev. Stacy Lisenbey officiating. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville.

Graveside service will be held at Redmen cemetery in De Queen on May 24 at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Bob Fant officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, North Little Rock; First Assembly of God Church, De Queen; or The American Heart Association.
