Charles Randy Dorsey
Mr. Charles Randy Dorsey, age 64, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, died Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his home.
He was born November 17, 1956 in Sentinel, Oklahoma. He was a cattle farmer for Rudy Rivas Farms.
Mr. Dorsey was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Ellis and Gracie Viola (Patton) Dorsey; two sisters, Wanda Edens and Fenora Watkins and one brother, Gary Dorsey.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Hudson of Foreman, Arkansas and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Mr. Dorsey will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in De Queen with John Gutierres officiating.
Cheri Denise Ayers
Cheri Denise Ayers, age 60, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
She was born July 16, 1961. Cheri loved her kids and grandchildren, they were her life.
Cheri was preceded in death by her parents, Joy D. Pickett and Betty J. Walker Frady.
She is survived by her four children, April Stinson and husband Johnny of Lockesburg, Curtis Ayers of De Queen, Jennifer Ayers of Lockesburg; Kimberly Ayers of De Queen; twelve grandchildren, Halli Stinson, Jacob Stinson, Dominic Ayers, Nolan Ayers, Ty Kight, Aubrey Kight, Aaliyah Ayers, Alissa Ayers, Alaina Tietge, Angel Currence, Adalynn Morgan, Abigayle Morgan; one brother, Randy Pickett of Lockesburg; one sister, Sonya Pickett of Springdale, Arkansas and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Cheri will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 14, 2021 at First Baptist Church in De Queen with Bro. Josh Herweck officiating.

Mrs. Martha Terry
Mrs. Martha Ann Rolfe Williamson Terry, age 66, resident of Horatio, Arkansas, passed from this life on Monday, October 11, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas.
Martha was born on August 31, 1955, in Rochester, New York, and was a graduate of a Rochester High School. She attended the Williamson Community Church in Horatio and worked as a Secretary for Gra-Don Industrial in Ashdown. Martha enjoyed animals, especially horses, and helping others. More than anything, she cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Dorothy Rolfe Griffin; her husband, George Williamson, better known as “Pa-Paw”; one son, Robert Greenwood; and one brother, Harold Rolfe.
Martha leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband, Robert Terry; three sons, Jason Greenwood, David Greenwood, and Bendigo Greenwood and wife Kaisie; one daughter, Jessica Easlon; grandchildren, Melanie Greenwood, Seth Greenwood, Alicen Greenwood, Junior Easlon, Zachary Easlon, and Luke Greenwood; one great-grandchild, Faith Easlon; one brother, John Rolfe; as well as other dear relatives, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen. Services are not scheduled at this time.
Mr. Larry Johnson
Mr. Larry Dean Johnson, a resident of Provo Community in Lockesburg, Arkansas, was the tenth and last child born to Ebbin White Johnson and Willie Lou Bishop in Lone Grove, Texas, on Monday, February 14, 1949, and left us for his forever home in heaven on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 72 years old.
Larry spent the first four years of his life as part of a migrant farmworker family, working in the fields alongside his siblings and parents. He graduated from Arvin High School in 1967. Larry served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1973. He worked in oil production, carpentry, construction, farming, maintenance, and other jobs to support his family. Larry retired in 2011. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Jerome, Roy, Donnie, and Ebbin Johnson; and three sisters: Beulah Cady, Eula Moore, and Martha Bone.
Larry is survived by his wife Jean; four daughters: Sasha Johnson, Lee Awna Johnson, Abbie Hall, and Mindy Zacarias; three sisters: Peairlee Hall, Reba Young, and Wilma Green-Harget; eight grandchildren: Christina Johnson, Sabrina Wertz, Sarah Nash, Cylindria Johnson, Sage Johnson, Amanda Sain, Adrian Zacarias, and Antonio Zacarias; four great-grandchildren: Leon Wertz, Indigo Downing, Daedric Daniels, and Desmond Bouchard; his best friend: Bill Dildy; and numerous neices and nephews.
Services for Mr. Larry Johnson will be privately held, with burial at McHorse Cemetery in the Provo Community. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen.
Sarah Louise Barnhill
Sarah Louise Barnhill, age 36, a resident of Alma, Arkansas, lost her battle with Diabetes on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her mother’s home in Greenwood.
She was born April 3, 1985 in De Queen, Arkansas to Joe Newsome III and Cathy DeAnne Nichols Barnhill. She was diagnosed on her 6th birthday with type 1 Juvenile Diabetes.
Sarah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Lorece Barnhill and Louise Lay.
She is survived by her daughter, Taylah Powell; her parents, Cathy Barnhill Beach and bonus dad, David Beach and Joey Barnhill all of Arkansas; bonus moms, Melissa Scott of Oklahoma and Lori Rogers of Arkansas; her brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Delayna Barnhill of Arkansas; bonus brothers, Cody and Mike Beach of Arkansas and Jeremy Beach of North Carolina; her grandfathers, Otis Lay and Nick Nichols; her bonus grandmothers, Tannie Lay and Carolyn Hawkin and many cousins and friends.
Graveside funeral services for Sarah will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in Redmen Cemetery in De Queen, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.

Mr. Shane Dagenhart
Mr. Roger Shane Dagenhart, age 48, former resident of Horatio, Arkansas, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Shane was born the first of three children to the union of Roger Dale and Eva Sue Alsobrook Dagenhart on March 18, 1973, in De Queen. Shane worked as a security system salesman and was a Christian. He enjoyed anything outdoors, fishing, swimming, rafting, riding motorcycles, and baseball. Most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Dagenhart; paternal grandparents, D.C. Dagenhart and Gladys Shrawder.
Shane leaves to cherish his loving memory, his parents, Sue and Terry Hargis of Horatio; three sisters, Debbie Oplotnik and husband Jeff of Yukon, Oklahoma, Stacy Carter and husband Jimmy of De Queen, and Amber Dagenhart Ramirez of De Queen; three children, Haley Jolly of Oklahoma City, Elijah Dagenhart of Toledo, and Damian Arnold of Toledo; maternal grandparents, Bob Alsobrook of Oklahoma City, and Dorothy Crum of De Queen; as well as a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 15, 2021, in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Homer Frachiseur officiating. Cremation Arrangements are entrusted to Chandler Funeral Home of De Queen.
