Jacqueline Killion Chandler
Mrs. Jacqueline Lanell Killion Chandler, age 82, resident of the Central Community of Sevier County, passed from this life on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at her home surrounded by family.

She was born to Robert D. and Minnie Mae Notgrass Killion on January 30, 1938 in Kermit, Texas. She married Arlice Odean Chandler in August of 1967 and was a member of New Life De Queen Church. She enjoyed spending time in her garden, flowers, crocheting and arts and crafts, but most of all, she cherished the time shared with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Beverly Chandler Ruzin; two siblings, Gayle Henry and Michael Killion.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 52 years, Arlice Chandler of Central Community; one daughter, Barbara Chandler Kurachi and husband George of Austin, Texas; seven grandchildren, Chris Ruzin of Austin, Texas, Kara Kurachi Deese and husband Bennett of High Point, North Carolina, Melissa Ruzin of Lockesburg, Keisha Kurachi Tillman and husband Michael of Leander, Texas, Stephanie Ruzin Purcell of Lockesburg, Kimberly Kurachi and Kelli Kurachi, both of Austin, Texas; seven great-granchildren; a great-niece, Kandice Killion; one brother, Bob Killion of Grandbury, Texas; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jackie Chandler will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 24, 2020 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Old Center Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

Audy Calvin Williams, Jr.
Audy Calvin Williams, Jr., age 69, of De Queen, Arkansas died Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at his home.

He was born April 16, 1950, in Gary, Indiana. He was retired from Pilgrims and a member of Peters Rock Baptist Church in Gary, Indiana.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, Audy Calvin and Willie Mae Lee Williams; one son, Anthony Williams; one sister, Brenda Williams; and two brothers, Paul and Saul Williams.

He is survived by two daughters, Shawana Williams and Angela Williams of Oakland, California; two sons, Antwon and Aundre Williams of Minneapolis, Minnesota; one grandson; one granddaughter; one great granddaughter; three sisters, Anna Johnson, Grace Williams, and Rita Williams; two brothers, Michael Williams and Kenneth Williams; and two aunts, Irene Daniels and Jane McCoy all of De Queen.

Funeral Services for Mr. Williams will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2020, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Sherri Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Sandhill Cemetery

Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, February 21st at the funeral home in De Queen.

Anthony “Tony” Lee Quinn
Anthony “Tony” Lee Quinn, age 59, of Dierks, Arkansas passed from this life Tuesday, February 18, 2020, in Nashville, Arkansas.

He was born January 11, 1961, in De Queen, Arkansas. He served in the United States Navy, was a maintenance manager for Tyson in Nashville, and a cattle farmer.

Mr. Quinn was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Quinn.

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 41 years, Cathy Burtsfield Quinn; his mother, Sue Hardin Quinn; two sons, Luke Quinn of Texarkana, Arkansas and Blake and spouse Courtney Quinn of Paducah, Kentucky; one daughter-in-law, Amy Nixon of Texarkana, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Anessa and Landon Quinn of Texarkana, Arkansas and Logan Quinn of Paducah; one brother, Marty and spouse Kelley Quinn of Claremore, Oklahoma; one sister, Kenya and spouse Jeff Heifner of Dierks; one brother-in-law, Bryan and spouse Jennifer Burtsfield of Orange, Texas; a number of nieces and nephews; special friends, Darrell Wilhite and John Fannin; his Tyson Family; his mother-in-law, Linda Burtsfield of Bellingham, Washington; and a sister-in-law, Carrie Walls of Canada.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Quinn will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 21, 2020, in the Dierks Cemetery with Michael Howard officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 20th at the Dierks Church of Christ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bobby and Anthony Quinn Memorial Scholarship at Diamond Bank in Dierks, Arkansas.

Mr. Manton Montgomery
Mr. William Manton Montgomery, age 94, resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in Dierks, Arkansas.

He was the eighth of nine children born to Elmer Lee and Katie Mae Williamson Montgomery on April 23, 1925 in De Queen. Manton was drafted and served his country with the United States Army and married the love of his life, Catherine Griffin, on January 1, 1946. He was very involved in the timber industry, working as a Logger, Truck Farmer and Land Buyer, for many years. When he was able, he attended church at De Queen First Baptist Church and was a former member of Memorial Missionary Baptist Church in De Queen. he enjoyed fox, deer and coyote hunting, dancing and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Catherine Montgomery; his daughter, Judy Lynn Tomlinson; four brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by one son, Ronnie Montgomery and wife Sheila of De Queen; four grandchildren, J. Mark Bigham and Susan of De Queen, Brian Montgomery of De Queen, Holly Rogers and Randy of De Queen, and Amy Mickle and Kalem of Rogers; four great-grandchildren, T.J. Bigham and Paige of De Queen, Spy Rogers of Pearcy, Candace Rogers of De Queen, and Chance Mickle of Rogers; a special niece, Diane Campbell of De Queen; as well as, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Mr. Manton Montgomery will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Ida Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Saturday, at the funeral home.

Mr. Larry Nichols
Mr. Larry Dale Nichols, age 74, resident of Shinewell, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital, surrounded by family.

He was born to Oscar Jack and Mary Louise Carter Nichols on October 29, 1945 in De Queen. He was a graduate of Haworth High School and proudly served his country with the United States Navy. During his time in the Navy, Larry was stationed on the USS Saratoga. He married the love of his life, Rita Ann Carden, on May 23, 1965 in Winthrop, and to this union, one son was born. Larry was a Millwright working for International Paper in Valliant, Oklahoma, retiring after 32 years service. Larry also worked for Huber in Broken Bow, taking his second retirement after five years service. He was a member and Deacon of First Southern Baptist Church in Crossroads and was an ordained Baptist Minister. Larry was a member of the National Rifle Association and loved hunting and fishing, but there was one thing that surpassed this love and that was his family. He cherished the time spent with his loving wife, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Joey David; one great-grandson, Alex Reyes; and one sister, Shirley Hicks.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 54 years, Rita Ann Nichols, whom he affectionately called “ReeRee,” of Shinewell, Oklahoma; one son, James Nichols and his wife Suszanne of Kountze, Texas; grandchildren, Colby Nichols and his wife Rendi of Shinewell, Oklahoma, Maggie McDonald of Foreman, Brandy Hart and her husband Matt and Kristy Reyes, both of Kountze, Texas; great-grandchildren, Kurtis and Krista Reyes, Kendra and Logan Hart, Jake Allen and Weston Jack Nichols, and Jaycee Platt; great-great-grandchildren, Aurora and Grayson Reyes; one brother, Nicky Nichols and his wife Sandy of Readyville, Tennessee; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Walter Ray Igo
Walter Ray Igo, age 82 of Wickes, Arkansas died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at his home.

He was born February 24, 1937, in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. He was a machinist for Boeing, an Airforce veteran having served in the Korean War and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Wickes.

Mr. Igo was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Cleatus and Velma Leona Ray Igo; his wife, Dorothy Lou Little Igo and one brother, Glen Edgar Igo.

He is survived by two sons, Wesley Igo and Walter Igo, Jr. of El Paso, Texas; three daughters, Dian Clemons of Seattle, Washington, Donna (Fred) Gammon of De Queen and Jennifer (Travis) McNeal of Foreman, Arkansas; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Maurice Walch of Washington state; one sister-in-law, Carolyn Sue Igo of Chowchilla, California; seven grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Igo will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the Pentecostal Church of God in Wickes with Bro. Chris Burke officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Ida Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.

Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, February 14th at the funeral home in De Queen.

Glenda Gayle Bryars Wells
Glenda Gayle Bryars Wells, age 84, of Ashdown, Arkansas died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, in Ashdown.

She was born November 27, 1935, in Bay Minette, Alabama. She was a member of the New Zion Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern Star, and caregiver and homemaker.

Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her parents and step father, Jesse Floyd Bryars and Eva Pearl Griffin McClain and Gordan McClain; one daughter, Eva Gayle Wells Patterson; two sisters, June DeMarco and Dawn Garrison; her step-mother, Lou Bryars.

She is survived by five daughters, Beth Gayle Shoemake (Randy) of Ashdown, Mary Gayle Moran (Steve) of Moucks Corner, South Carolina, Bobbie Gayle McQueen (David), Barbara Gayle Redmond (R.J.), and Glenda Gayle Redmond (O.L.) all of Perkinston, Mississippi; grandchildren, Skeeter Shoemake, Dustin and Andria Moran, Phyllip and Satchel McQueen, Trevor and Colton Redmond, Levi and Brittany Redmond, and Luke and Simon Patterson; eleven great grandchildren; two step-sisters, Pam Young of Florence, Mississippi and Marsha Young of Jackson, Mississippi and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Wells will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2020, at the New Zion Methodist Church in Perkinston, Mississippi with Larry Bradberry officiating. Burial will follow in the New Zion Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen, Arkansas.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time.
