Feriba Earlene Duggan Dyer
Ms. Feriba Earlene Duggan Dyer, age 77, resident of Texarkana, Texas passed from this life on Friday, November 15, 2019 at her home following a long battle with Cancer.

Feriba was born in De Queen, Arkansas to William Earl and Anna Belle Duggan of Gillham. She graduated from Gillham High School in 1960 and attended Henderson State University. She worked as an accountant in Malvern, Arkansas. She taught the senior girls Sunday School class at Second Baptist Church for many years. She and her family lived in Arkadelphia from 1977 to 1980. They later moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and she worked as a real estate agent. As her career progressed, she became a mortgage loan officer and relocated to Texarkana, Texas in 1997, to be closer to family. She continued working until she retired in 2013.

Feriba enjoyed and attended every event her grandchildren were involved in. She celebrated life with them at every opportunity. Gardening was another love she had, growing and sharing her produce with others.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Earl and Anna Belle Duggan; and her brother Michael Duggan.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Ricky Ray of Conway, Arkansas and Cindy and Mark Forbes of Texarkana, Texas; seven grandchildren, Dustin Ray of New Bergan, NJ, Hannah Ray (Will), Rachel Ray, Colin Forbes (Madison), all of Conway, AR, Landon Forbes, Brady Forbes (Abby) and Ryan Forbes of Texarkana, TX; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Kay Duggan of De Queen and Max and Lavon Duggan of Gillham; one sister and brother-in-law, Zada and Bill Pemberton of Dallas, TX; her special fur-baby, Daisy; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial services for Ms. Feriba Duggan Dyer will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 23, 2019 the East Funeral Home Chapel, 2807 Moores Ln, Texarkana, Texas, with Bro. Larry Sims officiating. Private burial will be held at Overturf Cemetery in Gillham, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from noon until service time, Saturday, at East Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to Hospice of Texarkana and especially the staff at MD Anderson.

Ms. Patricia Bailey
Ms. Patricia Ann Hayman Bailey, age 55, resident of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, November 8, 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was born on December 28, 1963 in Wilminton, Delaware. She was a 1981 graduate of the Jacksonville High School and was an active member of the City of Refuge Church in Little Rock. She worked in administration for Crane Automotive and enjoyed going to church and watching football. She was an avid fan of the New York Giants. More than anything, Patricia cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor Hayman; a special aunt whom she dearly loved, Mary Louis Congo; and one brother, Travis Hayman.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her father, Leonard Earl Austin of Little Rock; her twin sister, Melody Ann Gasbar and her husband Rodolfo of Newark, Delaware; two brothers, Franklin Hayman of Smyrna, Delaware and Leroy Lloyd of Wilmington, Delaware; two nephews, Ronnie W. Robinson and Zair M. St. George, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; as well as other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Ms. Patricia Bailey will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 16, 2019 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with the City of Refuge Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Williamson Cemetery, Oak Grove, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time, Saturday, at the funeral home.

James Wayne Dove, Jr.
James Wayne Dove, Jr., age 52, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas died Thursday, November 7, 2019, in Nashville, Arkansas.

He was born December 7, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and was an electrician.

Mr. Dove was preceded in death by his parents, James Wayne Dove, Sr. and Patricia Ann Carr Dove Chandler.

He is survived by his wife, Pam Dove; one son, Tyler Dove of Dierks; one daughter and son-in-law, Hanna and Kendel Webb of Lockesburg, Arkansas; one brother, Shane Dove; two grandchildren, Easton and Wyatt Webb; and a number of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Dove will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019, at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Bro. J.W. Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.

Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 9th at the funeral home chapel in Dierks.

Joseph Ernest Pressley
Joseph Ernest Pressley, age 91, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas died Thursday, November 7, 2019, in Ashdown, Arkansas.

He was born January 24, 1928, in Horatio, Arkansas. Mr. Pressley owned Ernie’s Independent Shop where he was an automotive mechanic. He loved to garden, hunt, and fish. He also loved his beagles, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Mr. Pressley was preceded in death by his parents, Monte Melvin and Susie Belle Stinnett Pressley and nine siblings, Lanor Pressley, Madora Pressley, Lillie Pullium, Betty Reid, Eveline Johnson, Ruthie Ford, Alvie Pressley, T Bone Pressley, and Lonnie Leon Pressley.

He is survived by his wife, Lula Black Pressley; two daughters and a son-in-law, Joanie and Dennis Patterson and Shirley Ralls all of De Queen; four grandchildren, Jody Cherry of De Queen, Carrie and husband Gary Dinger of Dierks, Arkansas, Brad and wife Laurel Patterson of De Queen, and Ginger and husband Jeffrey Marshall also of De Queen; eight great grandchildren, Katelyn, Matthew, Nathan, and Landon Patterson, Hudson and Myleigh Marshall, Courtney Hankins, and Magan Dorsey; and four great-great grandchildren, Bentley, Canton, and Emerson Hankins, and Tate Dorsey.

Funeral services for Mr. Pressley will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Homer Frachiseur officiating. Cremation to follow.

Family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m., until service time.

Itoko Onso McNully
Itoko Onso McNully, age 88, a resident of Huntsville, AL, died Sunday, November 3, 2019 in Huntsville.

She was born March 4, 1931 in Japan. She was an artist.

Mrs. McNully was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joseph Lester McNully.

She is survived by one son, Robert Wayne McNully and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. McNully will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2019 in Horatio Cemetery with Sam McNully officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.

Mrs. Mildred Hulse
Mrs. Mildred Modene Aday Hulse, age 82, resident of Lockesburg, died Monday, November 4, 2019 at her home, surrounded by family.

She was born to Otis “Pete” Aday and Imon Johnnie Aday on September 27, 1937 in Royce City, Texas. She married the love of her life, John Jonas Hulse, on April 17, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. She attended church at the First Baptist Church in Lockesburg and worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Ed Revels. Mildred loved to travel and especially enjoyed trips to Las Vegas. She also enjoyed game shows, reading and had a special love for Elvis Presley, but more than anything, she cherished the time spent with her children and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mildred is survived by her husband of over 55 years, John Hulse of Lockesburg; four sons, William “Eddy” Martin of Lockesburg, Charles Wayne “Chuck” Martin and his wife Jo Ann of Lockesburg, Scott Martin of Texarkana and John Alan Hulse and his wife Becky of Canyon Lake, Texas; two daughters, Terri Lynn Rambin and her husband Mike of Mount Vernon, Texas and Tammi Leigh Johnson of Wylie, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roger Wayne Aday and his wife Connie of Kaufman, Texas and Jimmy Charles Aday of Lockesburg; seven sister-in-laws; special friends, Dr. Ed Revels and Shirley Rawls; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Graveside Services for Mrs. Mildred Hulse will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 9, 2019 in the Lockesburg Cemetery, with Bro. Jerrel Helms officiating, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Floy Marguerite Foster
Mrs. Floy Marguerite Foster, age 85, resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Sunday, November 3, 2019 in Little Rock.

She was born to W.G. and Francis Ethel Griffith on October 28, 1934 in Gary, Texas. She married the love of her life, Carroll L. Foster on December 25, 1953 in Gary. She was a member of the Geneva Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Marguerite was a talented Pianist and taught many children the art for more than thirty years. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of almost 60 years, Carroll Foster; four brothers, O.H., Byron, Norris and J.W. Griffith; one sister, Francis Dixon; and a daughter-in-law, Roxieann Foster.

She is survived by three sons, Keith Foster of Ripley, Mississippi, Kyle Foster and his wife Holly of Gary, Texas and Keven Foster of De Queen; one daughter, Karol René Reed and her husband Vernon of Malvern; sixteen grandchildren, Jarred, Jason, Adam, Steven Keith, Linda, Dana, Tyler, Zack, Tabitha, Megan, Nathan, Bryan, Clay, Aaron, David and Christopher; twenty-two great-grandchildren; one brother, Cecil Griffith and his wife Tommi of Gary, Texas; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Marguerite Foster will be held at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, November 9, 2019 in the Geneva Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Kyle Foster and Bro. Travis Lane officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Ida Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.
