Richard G. Wagner
Richard Gustav Wagner, age 75 of Winnsboro, Texas, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

He was born on September 16, 1944 in Waco, Texas to Quinton James Wagner and Frances Nehring Wagner.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Robert Wagner, and his wife, Mary Kay Anglin Wagner.

He is survived by four brothers, Quinton and Mary Ann Wagner of Texarkana, TX, John Wagner, Tom and Joyce Wagner, and Mike Wagner all of Horatio, AR one sister Quinthy and Ronald Mitchell of Fort Worth, TX, three daughters Michelle Van Sickels of Spring, TX, Lisa McKay of Magnolia, TX, Tanita Gumney of Bullard, TX, five grandkids and three great grandkids. He was loved by all of his nieces and nephews and will be dearly missed.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, October 28th, 2019 at Clear Creek Cemetery at 2:00 pm, in Horatio, AR, with Brother Joey Brewer officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Autumn Trails Model A Club, an annual antique car parade in Winnsboro, TX at 1310 CR 4186, Quitman, TX 75783, Attn: Vickie Clark.

Dr. Thomas McKinley Lutz
Dr. Thomas McKinley Lutz, age 85, a resident of De Queen, AR died Monday October 21, in Denton, Texas.

He was born June 5, 1934 in Ashland, Ohio to Herman Wesley Lutz and Anabel McKinley Lutz. Thomas leaves to cherish his loving memory his beloved wife of 59 years Betty Lutz, his daughter Melissa (Lisa) Marie Lutz, and his son Mark Mangold Lutz, all of De Queen, and grandson Garrett Lutz of Krum, Texas. Also, he leaves his treasured sister Jane Lutz Sponsler and her husband Brent, nephews Dustin, Ben, Aaron and their families of Ashland, Ohio and Ryan and his family of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, nieces Kelly Lutz, of Michigan, Floy Jean Driscoll of New Jersey, and numerous others. Thomas was preceded in death by his father Herman Wesley Lutz, his mother Anabel McKinley Lutz, his two twin brothers Richard and Robert, and his brother James Douglas Lutz, and niece Lori Lutz.

Thomas was a graduate of Ashland High School and a proud graduate and member of Lambda Chi Alpha of Wittenberg College in Springfield, OH. He obtained his MA from Ohio State University in 1958. He taught at Henderson State University where he married his best and only “A” student Betty Marie. He moved on to the University of Missouri doctoral program, which he finished years later at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. His 30 year career took him to interesting places around the world over four continents where he and his family enjoyed unique adventures and formed worldwide lifelong friendships.

After retirement, he started his own consulting business in Bonn, Germany. He focused on creating business, educational, and art connections between the USA and Germany. After the Berlin Wall came down, his German friends encouraged him to go to eastern Germany where he became the Representative of Lutherstadt Wittenberg in the USA. Thomas loved to travel and was a devoted friend to many the world over. He loved his fraternity brothers and tried never to miss a reunion. He was the finest husband and father. We will miss Thomas, devoted husband, beloved father, grandfather, brother and loyal friend.

Per his request, services will not be scheduled. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.

Diane Michelle Garrett Teehee
Diane Michelle Garrett Teehee, age 39, a resident of Ben Lomond, Arkansas died Friday, October 18, 2019, in Texarkana, Texas.

She was born March 3, 1980 in De Queen, Arkansas. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Teehee was preceded in death by her parents, George Garrett and Linda Diane Pogue Ridenour; her step-mother, Patricia Syler; and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Teehee; three sons, Gary Teehee, Christopher Teehee and Robbie Teehee; a daughter, Kaylee Rose Teehee, all of Ben Lomond; one sister, Elizabeth Humphrey of Houston, Texas; a half-brother, Josh Garrett of Eagletown, Oklahoma; a half-sister, Alicia Nevaquaya of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Teehee will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 26, 2019, in the Mt. Ida Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.

Lunch will be served after the service at Horatio First Assembly of God Church fellowship hall.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, the 25th at the funeral home.

Alex Michael Klitz
Alex Klitz departed this life on Monday October 21, 2019. Alex Michael Klitz of Horatio, AR, known for his contagious smile, is a first born grandson, loving son, protective brother, pestering uncle, grateful nephew, and beloved first cousin, according to his love ones. It is with broken and heavy hearts that they say good-bye on Thursday October 24, 2019 at Williamson Community Church.

Alex “Iron Head” Klitz is survived by his three children, his pride and joy in this world, Audrey Raine Klitz, Abel Kristofer Klitz, and Aizen Alexander Klitz. He is survived by a large family with enormous love: His brother Zak Klitz and sister, Renee Burnard, his father, Tommy Klitz and stepmother Faith, and his mother Trudy Klitz. Alex’s memory is a joy to his family who cherish the memory of his awesome smile, his practical jokes, and his love for family. His favorite moments were holidays and family gatherings when Alex could be found playing games and cards into the late hours of the night with anyone up for the challenge.

The services for Alex are at 10 a.m. on Thursday October 24, 2019 and will be held at Williamson Community Church. The pallbearers are honoring Alex and his family are B.J. Brooks, Tyler Lisenby, Tyler Irvan, Jesse “Crazy” Chandler, Dillon Blankenship, and Shane Frady, all of Horatio.

Cathy Ruth Sennett
Mrs. Cathy Ruth Wagner Sennett, age 65, resident of De Queen, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 in Ashdown, Arkansas.

She was born to Jack Wagner and Betty Ruth Wallace on March 4, 1954 in Vernon, Texas. She was a 1973 graduate of De Queen High School and was Vice President of Southern LP Gas. Cathy had worked with the Gray family for about 40 years. She began with Lou Gray, working for Gray’s Butane, around 1974. She enjoyed traveling, watching Food Network and HGTV, but most of all, she cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, whom she cherished, Don Wallace; and two brothers, Gary Wagner and Billy Wagner.

She is survived by one son, Mike Sennett and his wife Maggie of Acworth, Georgia; one daughter, Erica Brigance and her husband Joshua of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Bailey Ann Sennett, Lauren Elizabeth Sennett and Isabella Donn Brigance; one sister, Stephanie White and her husband Glenn of De Queen; as well as, nieces, other relatives and a host of dear friends.

Graveside Services for Mrs. Cathy Sennett will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 19, 2019 in the Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Jessica Renae Kinney Baig
Mrs. Jessica Renae Kinney Baig, age 32, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas died Saturday, October 12, 2019, in a wreck along with her spouse, Mirza Farhan Baig and daughter, Lillian April Baig near De Queen, Arkansas.

She was born April 28, 1987, in Texarkana, Texas. Jessica loved the Lord Jesus Christ and lived a life of faith, love, and kindness, She was a teacher at Legacy Academy for six years and a primary school teacher for Mcleod Elementary as of this current school year. She was a light to many and her faith an inspiration to all.

Mrs. Baig was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Curtis Langley, Floyd Kinney, and Freddie Stubbs.

She is survived by one daughter, Roselyn Renae Baig; her parents, Rickey and Valerie Kinney of Horatio; two brothers, Nathan Kinney and wife Caitlin and Benjamin Kinney of Horatio; one sister, Kristina Kinney of Monticello, Arkansas; two grandmothers, Linda Kinney of Horatio and Nancy Stubbs of Atlanta, Texas; one niece; three nephews; and numerous cousins, uncles, and aunts.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Baig will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, in the Williamson Community Church in Horatio with Bro. Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery in Crossroads, Arkansas under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen. A luncheon and fellowship will be held after the burial at the church.

Viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 18th and the family will receive friends from 5:00-9:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.

Lillian April Baig
Lillian April Baig, age 10, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas died Saturday, October 12, 2019, in a wreck along with her mother and father, Jessica Renae Baig and Mirza Farhan Baig near De Queen, Arkansas.

She was born April 20, 2009, in Texarkana, Texas. Lillian was a beautiful light and she loved everyone. She loved going to church, loved the Lord, and cats. Lillian’s vibrant, loving personality touched and inspired many. She loved playing with her sister, cousins, and friends. She enjoyed music and learned to play the violin and had wanted to learn to play the piano.

Lillian was preceded in death by her great grandfathers, Curtis Langley, Floyd Kinney, and Freddie Stubbs.

She is survived by one sister, Roselyn Renae Baig; her grandparents, Rickey and Valerie Kinney of Horatio and Mr. and Mrs. Mirza Hamid Baig of India; along with numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral Services for Lillian will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the Williamson Community Church in Horatio with Bro. Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery in Crossroads, Arkansas under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen. A luncheon and fellowship will be held after the burial at the church.
