Harold D. Dudley
Mr. Harold D. Dudley, age 96, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell, Louisiana.
He was born November 3, 1921, in Poteau, Oklahoma. He was a superintendent for KCS Railroad and retired after 45 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran having served during World War II.
Mr. Dudley was preceded in death by his wife Tressie Irene Robinson Dudley; his parents, Jesse L. and Cura Belle Wise Dudley; two sons, LeRoy Dudley and Gene Dudley.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carla Dudley Bennett and husband Ken of Slidell; six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services for Mr. Dudley will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in Redmen Cemetery with Kirk Akasaki and Travis Lane officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, March 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
George Gary Nunn
Mr. George Gary Nunn, age 65, a resident of Winthrop, Arkansas, died Thursday, March 15, 2018, at his home.
He was born January 3, 1953, in De Queen, Arkansas. He was a truck driver and a United States Navy Veteran.
Mr. Nunn was preceded in death by his parents, George Samuel and Vesta Louise Gallagher Nunn and one sister, Ruby Nunn.
He is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, Russell W. and Helen T. Nunn of Japan and Nicholas A. and Amanda S. Nunn of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; two daughters, Mary-Kate R. Nunn of North Adams, Massachusetts and Tabitha S. Nunn of Clarksburg, Massachusetts; three sisters, Linda Collins of Winthrop, Patricia Roberts of Houston, Texas, and Sandra Louise Nunn of Massachusetts; two brothers, Danny Scott of Ashdown, Arkansas and Terry Taylor of Gillham, Arkansas; 14 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. Nunn will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 7, 2018, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Lonnie Gene Willmon
Mr. Lonnie Gene Willmon, age 71, a resident of Gillham, Arkansas, died Monday, March 12, 2018, in Ashdown, Arkansas.
He was born August 25, 1946, in De Queen, Arkansas. He was a street superintendent for the City of De Queen for 40 years and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Mr. Willmon was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel Woodrow and Delma Marie Munn Willmon.
He is survived by his wife, Terri Avery Willmon; two sisters, Freda Arndt and Don Arndt of Gillham and Linda Gail Daniel and Houston Barton of Texarkana, Texas; one niece, Michelle Mourney and one nephew, Steven Daniel.
Funeral services for Mr. Willmon will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shane Haarmeyer officiating. Burial will follow at Cossatot Cemetery.
Doris Alene Gonzales
Doris Alene Gonzales, age 55, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Sunday, March 11, 2018, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was born May 19, 1962, in Talihina, Oklahoma. She was a loving mother and homemaker.
Doris Alene Gonzales was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Watson and Laverne Carterby Edwards; one brother, George Watson; and two sisters, Virginia Elizondo and Shirley Rosas.
She is survived by her spouse, Tony Whitmore; seven sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Jenny Gonzalez of De Queen, Robert Gonzalez and fiancé Micah of Bossier City, Louisiana, Keith and Yvette Gonzalez of Bossier City, Louisiana Daniel Gonzalez of De Queen, David and Alicia Gonzalez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Joseph Gonzalez and fiancé Beatrize of De Queen, and Zachary and Bethany Gonzalez also of De Queen; one daughter, Talesa and Chris Nofire of De Queen; one step-son, Derrick Whitmore of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; one brother, Aaron Watson of De Queen; two sisters, Mary Hurlocker of Haworth, Oklahoma and Arabella Sanchez of De Queen; twelve grandchildren, Veronica, Brittany, Gabbrielle, Sophia, Mireya, Matthew, Mattie, Kyleigh, Leigha, Adrian, Misael, and Juan; one great grandchild, Jeniece; a number of nieces and nephews; and the father of her children, Robert Gonzalez of De Queen.
Funeral services for Doris Alene Gonzales will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2018, in Buffalo Presbyterian Church in Watson, Oklahoma, with Nathan Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery in Watson, under the direction on Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the funeral home.
Claudio Galvez
Mr. Claudio Galvez, age 56, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at his home.
He was born July 7, 1961 in Zacatecas, Mexico. He was a chicken farmer and attended the St. Barbara Catholic Church.
A vigil service including the Holy Rosary will begin at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Mass for Mr. Galvez will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2018 in the Monsignor Scott Friend Pastoral Center at St. Barbara Catholic Church with Father Juan Manjarrez officiating. Burial will follow in Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

Sara J. Wilcher
Sara J. Wilcher, age 73 of Wickes, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Waldron.
Sara was born on January 11, 1945 in Canton, Ohio to the late Raymond Durrell Haun and the late Sylvia Irene Baughman Haun. Sara married the love of her life, James Roger Wilcher. Sara loved her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren, for they were her pride and joy. She enjoyed cooking and canning for her family and friends. Sara worked for many years in Accounting until she retired from Tyson. She was a loving mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by daughters Felita Dearing and husband Steve of Cove, Arkansas, Greta McDonald and husband Jerry of Heavener, Oklahoma and Mindy Kight and husband John of Wickes, Arkansas; grandchildren Mercedes Parrish of Wickes, Arkansas, Chance Dearing of Green Forrest, Arkansas, and Harly Dearing of Cove, Arkansas; brothers Bill Haun of Scio, Ohio and Tom Haun and wife Robin of Carrollton, Ohio; sister Carol Luzier and husband Tom of Warren, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Sylvia Haun, and husband James Roger Wilcher.
Graveside service will be Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Crystal Hill Cemetery in Wickes under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
Family and friend’s visitation will be Wednesday, March 7, 2018 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Beasley Wood.
Pallbearers will be Steve Dearing, Chance Dearing, John Kight, Jerry McDonald, Jerry Watkins and Seth Watkins.
Kyle Winston Roberts
Mr. Kyle Winston Roberts, age 50, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, died Friday, March 2, 2018 in Texarkana, Texas.
He was born November 6, 1967 in Irving, Texas.
Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Charles and ReNee Emmert Roberts, his brother, Timothy Joe “Roscoe” Roberts; a sister, Brenda Roberts; his grandparents, Mark and Ruth Emmert, and Howard and Necie Roberts.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, William and Jazmine Roberts, and Cameron Roberts; his sister and brother-in-law, Christina and Kevin Fatherree; his grandchildren, Liam Roberts and Avalyn Roberts all of Lockesburg; a nephew and niece, Stefan and Trista Fatherree, and a number of friends and family.
Funeral services for Mr. Roberts will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2018, in the Lockesburg Methodist Church with Terry Chapman officiating. Burial to follow in Bellville Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
