Mary Ann McRae Perez
Mrs. Mary Ann McRae Perez, age 44, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at her home.
She was born July 18, 1972, in De Queen. She was a member of the Solid Rock Gospel Church.
Mrs. Perez was preceded in death by her father, John Gilbert McRae and her mother and step father, Carolyn Brizendine Schiffman and James Schiffman.
She is survived by two sisters, Barbara Lopez and Carolyn Socash; one brother, John D. McRae all of De Queen and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Perez will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017, in the Chapel Hill Cemetery with Floyd Wright officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 12th at the funeral home.
Mr. Todd Earney
Mr. Joseph Todd Earney, age 47, a resident of De Queen, died July 6, 2017 at his home.
He was born on September 8, 1969 in Little Rock, Arkansas, and owned several rental properties. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Donna and Don Bradley of De Queen, his father, Joe Earney Siloam Springs, Arkansas, a brother and sister-in-law, Chad and Chayla Earney of De Queen, a sister and brother-in-law, Christin and Adam Lites of White Hall, Arkansas, Nephews, Hunter Earney and Cole Earney both of De Queen, and Blake Lites of White Hall
Arkansas, nieces, Faith Lites and Claire Lites both of White Hall, Arkansas.
Graveside memorial services for Mr. Todd Earney will be held on Saturday, July 29th at 11:00 in the Witherspoon Cemetery, between Hatton and Vandervoort, Arkansas, with Bro. Shane Haarmeyer officiating, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home.
Levi Shane Terry
Levi Shane Terry, age 31, a resident of De Queen, died Saturday, July 8, 2017 in UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born January 13, 1986 in De Queen.
Levi was preceded in death by his father, Johnie Sisk; his grandparents, Clarence and Daisy Gillespie; his aunt, Rosalee Bailey and his uncle Dick Gillespie.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Gillespie of De Queen; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Ronnie Wilcox of Haworth, Oklahoma and Johnna and Jessy Churchwell of Gillham, Arkansas; one brother and sister-in-law, Micky and Kristie Strang of De Queen; a number of nieces and nephews and tons of friends that he loved dearly.

Margaret Eloise Hibbs
Mrs. Margaret Eloise Lovell Hibbs, age 86, a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas, died Friday, July 7, 2017 in Arlington, Texas.
She was born August 14, 1930, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. She received LVN training at Texarkana Community College, worked at nursing homes in Texas and Arkansas and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mrs. Hibbs was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest D. and Lexie Marie Pennington Lovell; husband, Franklyn Hibbs; son, Benjamin Hibbs and brother, Gene Lovell.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Hibbs and grandson, Bo Hibbs of Grand Prairie and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hibbs will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in De Queen with Bobby Tatum officiating. Burial will follow at Redmen Cemetery.
Florine Lofton
Mrs. Florine Lofton, age 91, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas, died Friday, July 7, 2017 in Dierks.
She was born December 22, 1925, in Dierks. She was the co-owner of Lofton Hardware for many years and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dierks.
Mrs. Lofton was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Flora Chandler Lee and one sister, Evelyn Lyrock.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lofton of Dierks; one daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Bud Walston of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one grandson, Scott Walston and his wife Rachael of Hot Springs and four great-grandchildren, Allie and Austin Barnes and Knox and Brax Walston.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church in Dierks. A graveside funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at Dierks Cemetery with Rev. Carroll Jackson officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
Mr. Jake Geiger
Mr. Jake Wade Geiger, age 73, a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, died Friday, June 30, 2017, in Baptist Medical Health Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born to Shirley and Mary Greenlee Geiger in Lockesburg, Arkansas, on November 6, 1943. He was a truck driver, retiring from Blood Trucking in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a Jehovah Witness, and enjoyed fishing, and dominoes. He cherished the time spent with family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, Dallas Nelson, Cecil Geiger, Herbert Geiger, Henry Geiger, Dorothy White, Lorene Scroggins, and Shirley Temple Garland.
He is survived by his wife of over 52 years, Minniola Perry Geiger of Little Rock, a son, Allen Wade Geiger of Little Rock, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Debbie Gibson of Fort Worth, Texas, Lisa Lynn and Robert Walker of Wichita Falls, Texas, Mary and Wayne Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas, nine grandchildren, Sha’kydra Boose, Sierra Moore, Alex Geiger, Emaja Dodson, Jha’oun Jones, Ashanti Geiger, Chyna Geiger, Laela Geiger and Caleb Geiger, two great-grandchildren, KyYale Porter and Makayka DuVall, a brother, Clenon Geiger, Sr., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Jake Geiger will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 8, 2017 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Emaja Dodson officiating. Burial will be private.
Lemuel "Cooney" O'Neal
Mr. Lemuel “Cooney” O’Neal, age 91, a resident of Newhope, Arkansas, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017, in Dierks Health and Rehab in Dierks.
He was born November 8, 1925, in Daisy, Arkansas. He was an employee of Weyerhaeuser Timberlands and retired after 42 years and was a member of the Pleasant Grove Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. O’Neal also served in the Army Air Corp and was a Mason.
Mr. O’Neal was preceded in death by his parents, James Cleveland and Octavia Elizabeth Simmons O’Neal; his wife, Mary Lou Reid O’Neal and one son, Clint O’Neal.
He is survived by one daughter, Brenda Watson of Nashville, Arkansas; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Roni O’Neal of Edmond, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Chris White, Jamie White, Ryan O’Neal, Shawn O’Neal, Jordan Watson, Leslie Hugo and Nancy Tate and four great-grandchildren, Hannah White, Jett Watson, Brady Hugo and Yasimen O’Neal.
Funeral services for Mr. O’Neal will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 8, 2017, in the Pleasant Grove Freewill Baptist Church with Kenny Fant officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 7th at the funeral home in Dierks.
