Shelba Jean Pipkins
Mrs. Shelba Jean Pipkins, age 44, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas, died Friday, February 24, 2017, in Texarkana, Texas.
She was born August 25, 1972 in De Queen, Arkansas. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Pipkins was preceded in death by her father, James Gossage.
She is survived by two sons, James Ward of Nashville, Arkansas and Zeke Pennington of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; two daughters, Nikki Pate of Kirby, Arkansas and D.J. Keith of Broken Bow; her mother, Shirley Gossage of Dierks; three sisters, Sheila Andrade, Angela Nava and Joyce Grubbs, all of Dierks; four granddaughters, Felicity Pate, Alyssa Pate, Clarissa Ward and Kylie Keith; two grandsons, Dakota Pate and Daniel Ward and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Pipkins will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2017, in the First Assembly of God Church in Dierks. Burial will follow in Dierks Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26th at the funeral home in Dierks.
Mr. James Dwight Kitchens
Mr. James Dwight Kitchens, age 88, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas, died Friday, February 24, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas.
He was born December 12, 1928 in Liberty Hill, Arkansas. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a former member of Liberty Hill Church of Christ, more recently Arkansas Boulevard Church of Christ in Texarkana, and served on the Dierks School Board from 1970 to 1990. He was also a rancher and active in the timber and poultry industries.
Mr. Kitchens was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Bert and Alma Pearl Greene Kitchens; his wife and mother of his children, Lenora Pinkerton Kitchens; his second wife, Virginia Bounds Kitchens; one brother, Dorman Kitchens; and a sister, Lorene Krantz.
He is survived by three daughters, Debra Laster of Texarkana, Arkansas, Donna Blubaugh of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Deanna Davis of Stamps, Arkansas; one son, Dayton Kitchens of Augusta, Arkansas; three sisters, Faye Dixon of Dierks, Arkansas, June Kesterson of Mena, Arkansas and Jane Hubbard of Russellville, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Kitchens will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2017 in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks with Scott Kitchens and Travis Lane officiating. Burial will follow in Harmony Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, February 26th at the funeral home in Dierks.
Cynthia Daraine Williamson
Mrs. Cynthia Daraine Williamson, age 55, a resident of Dierks, Arkansas, died Friday, February 24, 2017, at her home.
She was born June 7, 1961 in De Queen, Arkansas. She was a member of the Main St. Church of Christ in Dierks.
Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her father, Ben Clinton Stuart.
She is survived by one son, Mark Williamson of San Angelo, Texas; one daughter, Stephanie Mann of Texarkana, Texas; her mother, Nietta Stuart of Dierks; two sisters, Barbara Saunders of Missouri and Joy Christman of Dierks; three brothers, Tim Stuart of Jacksonville, Florida, David Stuart and Stephen Stuart, both of Dierks; and uncle, Earnest Cantrell of Polk City, Florida; a granddaughter, Zoe Price; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 in the Fellowship Cemetery with Mike Moore officiating.
Paxan Kole Platt
Paxan Kole Platt infant son of Barbara Fatherree and Justin Platt passed from this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Mena, Arkansas.
He was born Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Mena.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Aubrey and Wanda Fatherree. He is survived by his parents, Justin Platt and Barbara Fatherree of Lockesburg; his grandparents, John and Julie Platt of De Queen and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mr. David Frachiseur
Mr. David Edward Frachiseur, age 70, a resident of Grannis, Arkansas, passed from this life, Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at his home in Grannis.
He was born to Math Christopher and Rena Elizabeth Reid Frachiseur on January 28, 1947 in Grannis. He married the love of his life, Elizabeth Ann Bismark on August 25, 1967 at the Wickes Methodist Church in Wickes, Arkansas. He had a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and was a plant manager at Tyson Foods, Inc for almost 40 years. David was a collector of heads. Heads on stamps, arrowheads, deer heads, and ancestral heads through many years of genealogical research. He was a Christian man and an active member of the Holly Grove Missionary Baptist Church at Grannis, where he was a leader in numerous church and cemetery projects and activities. He served in the United States Army, stationed in Okinawa and enjoyed hunting , fishing, and farming. He was a father of two and a "Pop" of four. He was also a big brother of six.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Daniel Shawn Frachiseur.
He is survived by his wife of over 49 years, Elizabeth Ann Bismark Frachiseur of Grannis; one son and daughter-in-law, Christopher David and Ann Elizabeth Frachiseur of Grannis, one daughter and son-in-law, Chrystal Annette and Matt Wheeler of Dover, Arkansas; one brother Richard Douglas and Anetta Frachiseur of Grannis; five sisters and their husbands, Ruby Kathleen and Jim Weston of Sidney, Arkansas, Anna Gwendolyn Lavender of Texarkana, Arkansas, Bonita June and Walter Smith of De Queen, Roberta Kay and Terry Youngblood of Watson, Oklahoma, and Jackie Louise and Kenny Icenhower of Redwater, Texas; four grandchildren Danielle Frachiseur of Russellville, Arkansas, Coy Frachiseur of Grannis, Rylie Wheeler and Bailee Wheeler both of Dover, Arkansas; as well as, a number of nieces, nephews, and other family members, and a host of friends.
Funeral services for Mr. David Edward Frachiseur will be held Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Holly Grove Missionary Baptist Church at Grannis, with Bro. John Gilbert and Bro. Jim Weston officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery. There will be open visitation. The family has requested donations be made In Memory of David E. Frachiseur to the Holly Grove Cemetery Fund.
Mrs. Margaret Taylor-Neugebauer
Mrs. Margaret Ann Craft Taylor-Neugebauer, age 66, a resident of Horatio, Arkansas, passed from this life, Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at her home in Horatio.
She was born to James H. and Mary Ann Craft, on October 2, 1950 in New York State. She married Robert Neil Neugebauer at De Queen, Arkansas in October of 1998. She worked as a line lead and also in the warehouse at the former Poulan Weedeater, She was also a CNA at Wadley Regional and the former Brookewood Nursing Home. Margaret enjoyed her animals, shopping, and most of all, loved time spent with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kenny Dale Jeanes; a grandson, Kenny Jeanes; and a sister, Clara Craft Johnson.
She is survived by her husband of over 18 years; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Donnie and Jennifer Jeanes of Wickes, Arkansas and Tommy Taylor of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two daughters and a son-in-law, Colleen and Mickell Janes of De Queen and Jordan Taylor of Horatio; seven grandchildren, Zack and Cherish Rivers, Autum Jeanes, Seth Rivers, Krissy Jeanes, Ashtyn Hanney, Christian Johnson, Amber Jeanes, William Jeanes and one daughter-in-law, Donna Jeanes of Nashville, Arkansas.
Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Ann Taylor-Neugebauer will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Byron G. Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Ida Cemetery at De Queen. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Mrs. Mildred Ann Lensing Etzkorn
Mrs. Mildred Ann Lensing Etzkorn, age 92, a resident of Sulphur Springs, Texas and formerly of De Queen, Arkansas died Monday, February 13, 2017, in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
She was born to Henry and Ida Lensing on November 28, 1924, in New Blaine, Arkansas.
She was retired from Rephans Department Store where she worked in the material department for many years. She was a past member of the De Queen Hospital Auxiliary, Sevier County Extension Homemakers and a longtime member of St. Barbara Catholic Church and Ladies Altar Society. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking, gardening and reading.
Mrs. Etzkorn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rudy E. Etzkorn of fifty-one years; one son, Gary Etzkorn, one granddaughter, Brooke Etzkorn, one great granddaughter, Natalie Wagner and a grand daughter-in-law, Amber Wagner.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and Liz Etzkorn of Sulphur Springs, Randy and Roberta Etzkorn of Greenville, South Carolina and Jim and Kay Etzkorn of Cannon Beach, Oregon; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Tommy Wagner of Horatio, Arkansas and Janet and Doug Mock of San Antonio, Texas; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass for Mrs. Etzkorn will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2017, in the St. Barbara Catholic Church in De Queen with Father Juan Manjarrez officiating. Burial will follow in Redmen Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:30, Thursday, February 16th with rosary to follow at the funeral home.
