Benjamin O.M.J. Farley, age 36, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Mena.
He was born August 8, 1975 in Mena, Arkansas to the late DeeFee Farley and Janie F. Moore Farley. He was of the Baptist faith and was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by:

Brothers: Johnny Farley of Mena, Arkansas James Farley of Salem, Oregon
Sisters: Amanda Ingram of Mena, Arkansas Della Farley of Mena, Arkansas Janie Trolinder of Amarillo, Arkansas Sharon Vickoren of Oregon Cindy Martin of Washington State Karren Deneen of Washington State
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, DeeFee Farley.
Benjamin was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home. Memorial services will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Midway Freewill Baptist Church at Opal with Brother Troy Denton officiating.
Betty Colleen Little

Betty Colleen Little, age 80, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 25, 2012 in Mena.
She was born February 26, 1931 in Kewanee, Missouri to the late Thomas LeRoy Shanks and the late Emily Colleen Davis Shanks. Betty was married to the late John Wesley Little for 55 years. Betty attended the Mountain Fork Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, wife, aunt, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is loved and will be greatly missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Emily Shanks and her husband of 55 years, John Wesley Little.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
Gerald Singleton
(May 24, 1937 - February 28, 2012)
Gerald Singleton, age 74, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 in Little Rock.
He was born May 24, 1937 in Oden, Arkansas to the late Z.F. Singleton and the late Dessie Singleton. He was a cattle farmer and was a member of the Polk County Cattleman’s Association. He was a devoted Christian, and was a member of the Bible Believers’ Baptist Church. Mr. Singleton was also a veteran, serving his country in the United States Air Force. He was a loving father, step-father, grandfather, brother, and friend and will be missed by his family and friends.

Step-Children: Kenneth and JoAnn Dagenhart and Sandra Lindsay
Step-Grandchildren: Ashton Cook, Austin Lindsay, and Jordan Dagenhart
He was preceded in death by his parents, Z.F. and Dessie Singleton, a wife, Denia Singleton, a brother, Pete Singleton, and 2 sisters, Imogene Roberts and Maxine McGathy.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Beasley- Wood Chapel with Brother Jerry Musgrove officiating. Interment follows in Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Big Fork under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Home. Visitation will be general.
Pallbearers are Gary Singleton, Trevan Cureton, Jason Singleton, Rob Shields, Ken Hastey, and James Walters.
Honorary pallbearers are Greg Singleton, Teddy Gaither, Dwight Shields, and David Walters.
Gisela Becker

Mrs. Gisela Schneider Becker, age 72, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012 in Mena.
She was born June 6, 1939 in Hamburg, Germany to the late Friedrich Schneider and the late Magda Jurgens Schneider. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Becker on November 27, 1966. She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed greatly by those who loved and knew her.
She is survived by:

She was preceded in death by her parents, Friedrich and Magda Schneider.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Gardens, Inc. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Dan Becker, Wayne Becker, Josh Becker, and David Peterson.
Clifford Hicks

Clifford Hicks, age 87, of Pine Ridge, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He was born January 2, 1925 in Pine Ridge, Arkansas to the late Thomas Houston Hicks and the late Martha Melvina Wilhite Hicks. Mr. Hicks was a cattle rancher by profession. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend.

Sister: Bethel Hicks of Pine Ridge, Arkansas
Brother: Glen R. Hicks of Pine Ridge, Arkansas
Numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Martha Melvina Hicks, his brothers, Kirby Hicks, Wesley Hicks, George Hicks, Gilbert Hicks, and Wilford Hicks and his sisters, Dora Howard, Leona Johnson, and Grace Chambers.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pine Ridge Union Church. Interment will follow in the Pine Ridge Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
Visitation is general.
