Minnie Shelby Bennett, 66, of Charleston,,,, died Monday, May 15, 2000, in North Logan Mercy Hospital, Paris.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, May 17, at 10 a.m. at Carpenter Cemetery, southwest of Roseville, under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston.

Maggie Sampley

Maggie Sampley, 82, of Alix, the widow of Harley Frank Sampley, died Tuesday, May 16, 2000, in her home.

Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Alix Assembly of God Church.

Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Ozark, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

Clyde John Hawk

Clyde John Hawk, 73, of Ratcliff, a self-employed contractor, died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center, Fort Smith.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 17, at 2 p.m. at Caulksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, with burial at Garden of Memories in Charleston, under the direction of Smith Mortuary.

George Wesley Pledger

George Wesley Pledger, 58, of Fort Smith, died Monday, May 15, 2000, in a Fort Smith hospital.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 17, at 2 p.m. at Blanscet Cemetery, Altus.

Burial will be under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

George Willis Young, 72, of Fayetteville, died there Wednesday, May 10, 2000, at Washington Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services were Saturday at 2 p.m. at Roller-Cox Chapel, Clarksville, with burial at Oak Cemetery.

Diana Sue Foster

Diana Sue Foster, 56, of Mulberry, died Friday, May 12, 2000, at Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark.

Cremation was under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Deborah Marie McAlister

Deborah Marie McAlister, 41, of Lonoke, sister of Frank McKenzie of Ozark, died May 9, 2000, in her home, after an extended illness.

A memorial service was held Friday at Lonoke First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Nick Lascaro officiating.

Bonnie Lee Reynolds

Bonnie Lee Reynolds, 99, of Ozark, died Thursday, May 11, 2000, in her home.

Graveside services were Saturday at 2 p.m. at Highland Cemetery.

Burial was under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

Johnny Doyle Stover, 55, of Altus, died Thursday, June 8, 2000, after suffering an apparent heart attack at his home.

Funeral services were Saturday at 4 p.m. at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Liberty Cemetery.

David Wayne Patrick

David Wayne Patrick, 28, of Ozark, died Saturday, June 10, 2000, in Ozark.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 14, at 10 a.m. at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel.
