Sarah Fraser Aunspaugh, 89, of Bald Knob, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004.
Survivors include J.O. Aunspaugh, Jr. of Searcy and George Aunspaugh of Hot Springs.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Independence Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pleasant Plains Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob.

Golden Marvel Bartlett
Golden Marvel Bartlett, 89, of Fort Smith, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004.
Survivors include three daughters, Virginia Tedder (Searcy), Phyllis Ann Byrum (Benton) and Betty Standridge (Fort Smith); six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith, with burial in Houston Cemetery, Altus. Family will visit with friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday.

Larry Gene Harris, 56, of St. Louis, Mo., died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, in St. Louis. Survivors include daughter, Emily Brown; brother, Ronnie Harris (Oil Trough); sisters, Norma Whomble (Tulsa, Okla.) and Judy Ruddell (Searcy); and two grandchildren. There will be no local services. Graveside services for Ed Hubbard of Searcy were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004. The Rev. Keith Lewis officiated.
Song selection was "Amazing Grace," sung by Kelley Lewis.
Burial was in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by W.L. Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
Llyn McEuen Sr.
Funeral services for Llyn McEuen Sr. of Searcy were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Searcy. Tom Letchworth and Paul Chandler officiated.
Special music was provided by organist Pam Liles and pianist Celeste Letchworth, with song selections "The Lord's Prayer," sung by Susan Bucher, and congregational singing of "How Great Thou Art."
Pallbearers were Bill Cook, Don Haney, Danny Townsend, Howard Cumby, Bill Mann and Wendell Langford. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Scott Dicus, Dr. John Henderson and Dr. James Merritt.
Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Searcy, by Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
John Thomas Winston
Graveside service for John Thomas Winston of Kensett was conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy with Bro. Louis Meredith officiating.
Song selections included, "Go Rest High on That Mountain" and "Shall We Gather at the River."
Winston was buried with military honors at White County Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
John Thomas Winton
John Thomas Winton, 77, of Kensett died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004. He was born Feb. 5, 1927, in Memphis, Tenn., to the late Elmer and Della Kennedy Winton. He was a retired U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by sons, Rodney Winton of Kensett and Johnny Winton of Branson, Mo.; daughter, Vicky Hall of Kensett; four brothers, Elbert, Frank, Dan and Ronald Winton; two sisters, Helen Easley and Bettye Haberman; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy. Arrangements by Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Helen May (Stumbo) Colglazier Morgan
Helen May (Stumbo) Colglazier Morgan, of Searcy, Ark., died Sunday, March 7, 2004.
Mrs. Morgan was born March 23, 1927, in LaHarpe, Kan., and was the daughter of Ernest L. and Jewel (Grizzle) Stumbo. She was a member of College Church of Christ, Searcy. She was a 1944 graduate of Lawrence High School, Lawrence, Kan., and attended Lawrence Business College. She married
James Norris Colglazier, Feb. 12, 1946. He preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1981. She married
Gerald Glenn Morgan, Jan. 17, 2004.
Also preceding her in death were her parents and three sisters, Hazel Mary Stumbo (her twin), Velma Carol Schwartz, and Ida Louise Menzies.
She is survived by her children, Sherla Winter, Abilene, Texas, Roger Colglazier, Cookeville, Tenn., Timothy Colglazier, Ft. Worth, Texas, Martha Ellis, Garland, Texas, Nancy Oliver, Henderson, Tenn., and Gerald's children, Terry Johnson, Corning, Ark., Karla Patterson, Madison, Miss., Shelley Trotter, Searcy, Gerald Morgan, Amarillo, Texas, and Jeffrey Morgan, Searcy. Together she and Gerald shared 28 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Fred Stumbo, Lawrence, Kan., Floyd Stumbo, Lubbock, Texas, Dorothy Bergmark, Aurora, Neb., and Lillian Sullivan, Edmond, Okla.
She treasured her sons- and daughters-in-law and cherished many dear friends, in particular Mrs. Paul (Lillie Mae) Erwin and Mr. and Mrs. George Oliver of Searcy.
Helen's family wishes to express their gratitude for the kindness of those who gave them help and comfort during her illness, including the doctors and health care staff in Searcy and Memphis.
Services will be at the College Church of Christ, Searcy, at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2004, with interment at the National Cemetery, Fort Scott, Kan., 10 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2004. Visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home, Searcy, Tuesday, March 9, 2004, from 5:30-7:45 p.m.

Kay Rosalyn Faith
Kay Rosalyn Faith, 67, of Searcy died Monday, March 29, 2004. She was born April 28, 1936, in Fort Scott, Kansas, to Robert and Elsie Wood Henry. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Searcy and was employed by Truman Baker at a Title Clerk.
She is survived by her mother, Elsie (Wood) Henry of Garnett, Kansas; three sons, Craig Faith of Dardanelle, Ronnie Faith of West Point, and Donnie Faith of Kensett; three daughters, Terri Faith of Batesville, Vicki Oldenburg of Searcy, and Leah Brooks of Bald Knob; two sisters, Jeanine Zentner and Twyla Duryea, both of Garnett, Kansas; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Henry.
Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Wednesday at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2004, at First Baptist Church in Searcy. Interment will be in Lone Elm cemetery in Lone Elm, Kansas. Arrangments by Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
George Warren Johnson, Jr.
George Warren Johnson, Jr., 84, of Judsonia died Sunday, March 28, 2004. He was born March 9, 1920, the son of George and Lena Mae Perring Johnson.
Mr. Johnson was a WWII veteran and a member of Lifeline Southern Baptist Church of Pleasant Plains.
He is survived by a son, George Johnson, Jr. of Judsonia; stepdaughter, Clara Smith of Floral; stepsons, Virgil Womock of Floral and Cleon Womock of Indiana; sisters, Leona House of Floral and Louise Harstery of Nebraska; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Etta Barnes Johnson; brothers, Ray and Carl; sisters, Georgia, Edna, Edith, Ethel and Alice and his parents.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at Lifeline Southern Baptist Church in Pleasant Plains. Interment will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia.

Funeral services for Kenneth Marvin Slayton Sr. of Arkadelphia were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at Searcy-McEuen Chapel. The Rev. Bill Lyons officiated.
Special music was provided by pianist Beverly Baldridge, with song selections "On the Wings of a Dove" and "Amazing Grace." Recorded song selection was "Angels Among Us."
Pallbearers were Ken Slayton Jr., Brooks Waite, Jimmy Harrington, Bryan VanWinkle, Chuck Burnett and George Hawthorn. Honorary pallbearer was Elton Buck.
Interment was in White County Memorial Gardens, Searcy, by Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
