Allen, born Nov. 17, 1941 to John Henry Allen and Anna Mae Twilley in Helena, died June 9, 2004 at the Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
She attended public schools in Helena and graduated in 1958. She had aspirations of going to the United States Army, but God chose another path for her. She worked at Doughboy Industries for many years. She later found employment in the Hotel Industry at various locations.
She leaves to cherish her memory a loving mother; Anna Mae Twilley of Helena, one daughter; Carla Vance and her husband Joel of Atlanta, one son; Travis L. Allen of Clarksville, Tenn., siblings; Louis Chandler and his wife Sandy of Palmyra, Mary Carter of Joliet, Ill., Mose Chandler of Ft. Worth, Tx., Lionell Moss of Helena, Martha Ann Moss of Seattle, Wash., eight grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Hopper, born Feb. 6, 1941 in Marvell, died June 17, 2004 in Memphis. He was a state inspector for state commercial vehicles.

Delbert Hopper of Elgin, Ill and N.R. Hopper of Hardy; a sister Rosalee Stout of Mayflower and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces and nephews. A daughter Tina Kay and a grandson Anthony King preceded him in death.

Moore, born June 10, 1931 to John McKinly Moore and Pearl Jones of Marvell, died April 3, 2004 at Helena Regional Medical Center.
He confessed a hope in Christ in 1995 at the Central Methodists church. He moved to Minneapolis, Minn. in 1945 and returned to Arkansas in 1983. He joined the St. Luke M.B. Church and was a faithful member until his health failed. He sang in the church choir and was the church janitor.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Christie; five children; 13 step children, four sisters, Johnnie McKissie and Roverta Moore of Minneapolis, Erma Moore of Marvell and Dorothy Charles of Los Vegas, Nev., a brother and best friend James Moore; two brothers in-law, James Nelson of Marvell, E.C. Graveside services for Helena Southard Walker, 91, the widow of Marvin Earl Walker and a lifelong resident of Helena will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2004 at Sunset Memorial Park.
She was born on March 18, 1913, one of the first sets of triplets born in Phillips County, and was named after her place of birth. She died on April 27, 2004, at Crestpark Retirement Inn.
She graduated from the old Helena High School, was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in Helena, where she served in several church groups, was a volunteer at Helena Regional Medical Center. Was a bookkeeper for Webb and Company and for Bankston and Edmund Waters.
Preceding her in death were her parents Lillie and Allen Southard; brothers, Rob and Alan Southard, her husband, a stepdaughter Ann Little, step granddaughter Diane Little and step great grandson Jordan Donald Armstrong.
She leaves a step-daughter Betty and Beuford Armstrong of West Helena; grandchildren, Marsha Beasley of Sacramento, Calif., Judy Johnston of Batesville, Edward Earl Little of West Elena, James B. "Shane, " as his loved ones called him, confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Tucker's Temple of Mason, Tenn. Hosey worked several years at Riceland Rice Company and retired from Pine Bluff Warehouse in 1997. He is preceded in death by both parents, and four brothers (Eddie, Erma, R.V. and Lester Whitmore - all of Cleveland, Ohio).
