He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lonnie Warneke Luebben; his children James William Luebben and Shannon (Bruce) Otwell and their son, Corbin.
The loyal staff at Luebben and Associates including Deanna Burris, Betty Crain, Patti Pointer, and Diana Smith are also lovingly regarded.
William was the owner of Luebben and Associates Accounting Firm.
He served as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and as a Captain in the reserves.
Bill cared deeply about his community and served in a variety of ways including as President of Red Cross and as member of the Airport Commission.
He was an active member of the United Methodist Church.
One of the joys in his life was his continued friendship with the members of the HSHS Class of 1954.
Honorary pallbearers are Laurence Adkins, John Haggard, Larry Meyers, Don Schnipper and Larry Stephens.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church, Central Avenue.

Pauline Cockman, 70, of Hot Springs passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012.
She was born February 3, 1942 in Hot Springs to Benjamin F. Miller and Ruie McDowell Miller.
Pauline loved her flower garden.
Family was the centerpiece of her life with a special spot in her heart for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, six brothers, two sisters and one grandchild.
Pauline is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, five months and three days, Paul Cockman of Hot Springs; daughters, Paulette Cockman Smith (Charles) of Dardanelle and Paula Cockman Mercer (Carroll) of Lonsdale; brother, Ray Miller (Rita) and Kenneth Miller (Verona), both of California; sisters, Willa Speers and Nettie Davis (Ray), both of California; and eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Caruth Village Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Kenny Moore and Bro. Ollie Noles officiating.
Pallbearers include Danny Breshears, Adam Breshears, Tony Breshears, Eric Breshears, Andy Mercer, Zach Mercer, Owen Mercer, Robert Miller and Larry Hibbs.
Honorary pallbearers include Thurston Breshears, Jimmy Speers, special friends: Linda Gaston Bean, Sylvia Fleener Blake, Laverne Oats Graves, Lenora Frost and the Jessieville High School Class of 1961.

Madalean Fisher, 98, of Elgin, Illinois, formerly of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2012.
She was born August 25, 1914 in Brazil, Indiana to Fred and Mabel (Dodge) Urbin.
Madalean is predeceased by her parents and husband, Gerald Fisher.
Loving survivors include her son, Jerry Fisher and his wife, Karen, of Newberry, Florida; granddaughter, Shannon Hernandez and her husband, Carlos, of Elgin, Illinois; and two great-granddaughters, Isabella Hernandez and Mariana Hernandez.
Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Graveside services will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Memorial Gardens cemetery.

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Royce Lee Burks, 84, of Lonsdale, went home to be with the Lord on November 7, 2012.
She was born August 6, 1928 in Waldron, Arkansas to the late Tom and Delta Roach.
Royce was a member of Smith Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
She was predeceased her husband of 51 years, James Burks, son, David Burks, brothers, Bud Roach and Jerry Roach.
Loving survivors include her son, Paul Burks, of Lonsdale; daughter, Mary (Luke) Crowder, of Bryant; daughter, Wanda (Ron) Jenkins, of Hot Springs; daughter, Loretta (Larry) Hefley, of Lonsdale; brother, Jack Roach, of Sheridan, Wyoming; sister, Joyce James, of Lonsdale; eight grandchildren, Kristy (Paul) Hoople, Leann (John) Westerman, Chris (Shannon) Coleman, Karen (Tom) Braughton, Matthew (Jessica) Burks, Caleb (Lori) Crowder, Kaylee Hefley and Jamie Hefley; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Naomi Sara McCarta, 87, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born April 9, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Mustasa Samhat and Ada (Carsten) Samhat.
Naomi is preceded in death by her parents; husband T. J. 'Mac' McCarta, brother Ollie Samhat, and sister Virginia Hassan.
She is survived by her son, Greg Huegel (Jeannie) of Hot Springs; daughters Donna Kassidakos of Florida and Annette Grinnis (Richard) of Hot Springs; step-sons Jeff McCarta (Sandra), Kelvin McCarta (Linda), Mark McCarta (Mary) and Danny Jo McCarta; and step-daughter Tammy Wheelis (Jerry) all of Florida; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Chaplain Doc Kenser officiating.
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Genesis Cancer Center and Arkansas Hospice for the special care given to their mother.

He was born February 22, 1960 in Wichita Kansas to James C. and Lois Ferguson of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
James is survived by his parents; brother Jeffrey Ferguson; son Joshua Ferguson; grandchildren Ashlynn and Calvin Ferguson; grandmother Ruth Bishop all of Hot Springs, Arkansas and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
William Richard Moore
January 23, 1941 - November 6, 2012
William Richard (Rick) Moore born January 23, 1941 to Bill and Ruth Moore in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away after a one-car accident on November 6, 2012 in White County.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Rick went to work for his father-in-law Phil Dulin at Arkansas Gypsum and Dulin Materials in Hot Springs.
He was part owner of Valley Lumber and built many homes, condos and apartments.
The last few years were spent helping his son Philip at Commercial Cabinet Corporation.
Rick’s many interests included being a pilot, water and snow skiing, skeet shooting, duck and deer hunting, salt water and fresh water fishing, motor boating and the last few years, sailing on Lake DeGray.
Rick leaves behind his wife Lucy Kay and children Rich Moore, Karen (Michael) Ahlbrandt, Melinda (Matt) White, Philip (Sharla) Moore and grandchildren Army Pvt. Evan Moore, Carli Moore, Blake Ahlbrandt, Abbie Ahlbrandt, Matthew White, Gavin White, Paige Moore, Colby Moore and Lucy Lynn Moore; sisters, Billie Ruth (Tom) Hatcher, Pat (Farrell) Hegwood; nieces, Leslie (Scott) Bailey, Jenny Hatcher Downs, and Tom Hatcher, Jr. along with friends and fellow sailors at Iron Mountain Yacht Club, Jeannie Springer and Rendi Washington.
A memorial service will be held at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Sunday at 10:00 a.m. with reception immediately following.

Otto Hruby, 92, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, November 8, 2012.
He was born in Czechoslovakia to the late Franz and Anna (Ohnheiser) Hruby.
Otto worked as a photographer.
Otto is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Inga Hruby of Hot Springs, Arkansas; son Ralph Hruby and wife Sondra of Carol Stream, Illinois; grandchildren John Flynn, Sean Flynn, Gregory Hruby, Jeffrey Hruby, and Katrina Hruby.
There will be no service at this time.

Geraldine 'Jerry' Hawkins, 89, of Little Rock, passed away November 19, 2012.
She was born July 23, 1923 in Missouri to Harry and Minnie (Ferrell) Martin.
Jerry was a hairdresser and past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star.
She is predeceased by her parents, husband, William O. Hawkins and brother, Harry Martin Jr.
Loving survivors include niece, Nancy (Ronnie) Rhodes, of Hot Springs; niece, Nannette (Bill) Gentry of Little Rock; and nephew, Michael Martin, of Hot Springs.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 30, 2012 at Rest Hills cemetery, North Little Rock.
