MARY ELLIOTT PATTERSON, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, was born January 18, 1917, in West Plains, Missouri, a daughter of Dr. James H. and Jessie (Lawing) Elliott. She departed this life Wednesday, April 21, 2004, in Berryville at the age of 87.
Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker and a music teacher.
On September 28, 1964, she was united in marriage with Stanley Patterson who survives her of the home. She is also survived by her daughter, Caroline Joyce Gardner of Nashville, Tennessee; two step sons, Bill and his wife, Lou Patterson of Shell Knob, Missouri, and Joe Patterson of Touque Ville, Utah; two step daughters, Julie and her husband Glen Austin and Lucy Elwell all of Salt Lake City, Utah; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jessie Elliott; and her daughter, Kay Gardner.
TROY ACUFF, a resident of Green Forest, Arkansas was born January 13, 1923 in Bergman, Arkansas. He departed this life Saturday, March 23, 2002 in his home at the age of 79.
Mr. Acuff was a carpenter.
He is survived by many special and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 30, 2002 at Billies Bar in Green Forest.
JACK FRANKLIN NORRIS, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas was born May 7,1922 in Green Forest, Arkansas and passed away April 25, 2004 in his home. He was a son of Joe and Rebecca (Galloway) Norris.
He is survived by two sons, Roy Ray Norris of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Jackie Lee Norris and wife, Debbie of Searcy, Arkansas and three grandchildren Nathan, Amanda and Megan. He has two step daughters, Jessie Jean McCannon of Wichita, Kansas and Barbara Yoho and her husband, Kenneth of Goddard, Kansas; two stepsons, Charles Ruddle and wife Penny of Wichita, Kansas and Wayne Ruddle and wife Linda of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; also two sisters, Ruth Stavens and Bernice Boggs of Hesperia, California. In 1984, he was united in marriage with Ollie (Robbins) Norris who survives him, also three step sons, Charles Robbins and wife Sharon, Lonnie Robbins and wife Cindy. Noland Robbins and wife Donna; four step-grandchildren and three great step grandsons. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and friends that will greatly miss him.
RALPH THOMAS BLUNDON, a resident of Huntsville, Arkansas, was born May 8, 1912, in Edmond, Washington, a son of Ralph Thomas and Sadie Lillian (White) Blundon. He departed this life Tuesday, May 4, 2004, in Huntsville at the age of 91.
Mr. Blundon was a forklift operator at a plywood plant. He was a member of an Elks Club in Oregon and was of the Lutheran Faith.
On September 16, 1935, he was united in marriage with Ruth E. Blundon who survives him. He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Doris M. and Leon McLoud of Kingston; his son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Brook Blundon; four grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Sadie Blundon; two grandsons, Gary Kelley and Vance Kelley; and his granddaughter, Allison Blundon.
SAM A. CIMINO, a resident of Alpena, Arkansas was born June 6, 1931 in Richmond, Virginia, a son of Fred J. and Mary Elizabeth (Blankenship) Cimino. He departed this life Friday, May 7, 2004 in Alpena, Arkansas at the age of 72. Mr. Cimino was an electrician. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Cushman, Arkansas and the Moose Lodge. On April 8, 1974 he was united in marriage with Jo Ann (Burns) Cimino who survives him. He is also survived by his daughter, Ruth Ellan and her husband, Eugene McDoniel of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas; his son, Charles Gene Cimino of Alpena, Arkansas; daughter, Patricia and her husband Gerald Stillman of St. Joe, Arkansas and daughter, Vanessa Sue Smith of Alberque, New Mexico; three grandchildren, Patrick Crowson of St. Joe, Arkansas, Brian Smith of Alberque, New Mexico and Heather Crowson of St. Joe, Arkansas; one brother, Fred Cimino, Jr. of Richmond, Virginia and Carolyn Sue Cimino of Pennsylvania; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ralph Cimino.
JUNIOR HARP, of Metalton, Arkansas, passed from this life on May 7, 2004. He was born September 2, 1926, to D.N. and Bertha Harp. He was a farmer and timber worker.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, William Harp, two sisters, Virginia Gage and Willadean Long, two half sisters, Sue Whiteley and Earnestine Worthington, a daughter, Doris Wilson, and his wife, Bettie Harp.
He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kay and L.N. BILLY GENE McALISTER, a resident of Alpena, Arkansas was born September 13, 1967 in Harrison, Arkansas a son of Bobby Gene and Madeline Kay (McCollough) McAlister. He departed this life Wednesday, May 12, 2004 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 36.
Mr. McAlister was a member of the Osage Assembly of God Church. He was a farmer and an avid hunter who especially enjoyed the outdoors.

DOLORIS L. AVERY, a resident of Green Forest, Arkansas was born August 18, 1927 in Catron, Missouri a daughter of Christopher Columbus and Inez Thelma (Bratcher) Thurston. She departed this life Wednesday, May 19, 2004 in her home at the age of 76. Mrs. Avery was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Green Forest. She was a homemaker and worked at Tyson Foods for several years. She is survived by one son, Don and his wife Carol Williamson of Ellington, Missouri; five daughters, Christine and her husband Fay Poyner of Green Forest, Lorene and her husband Jesse James of Green Forest, Pam and her husband Mike Poyner of Green Forest, Sherry Martin of Ft. Worth, Texas and Candace Sawatzky of South Carolina; two sisters, Shelby Lindsey of Berryville and Opal Starkey of Harrison; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. On August 7, 1980 she was united in marriage with Elmer S. Avery who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, James, Robert and Cletus Thurston and one granddaughter, Kelly Williamson.
EUNICE LEOLA SOUTHARD, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, was born July 7, 1901, in Knox, North Dakota, a daughter of Elwin L. and Josephine C. (Berg) Kingsley. She departed this life Tuesday, May 18, 2004, in her home at the age of 102.
Mrs. Southard was a retired school teacher. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Berryville where she served as deacon and elder. She was also involved in many womens organizations within the church. She volunteered at the Berryville Head Start for many years.
She is survived by three nieces, Dr. Cynthia Newman of Sacremento, California, Gloria Lakatos of New Orleans, Louisianna, and Barbara Gerlach of Tucker, Georgia; one nephew, Robert Kingsley of Redding, California; and her caregiver, Maurice Mason of Berryville, Arkansas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
