Cody E. Mabery, 26, of Jessieville passed away Monday, January 16, 2012.
He was born October 15, 1985 in Osage Beach, Missouri to Lance and Shelly Mabery.
Cody was a graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a degree in History and Political Science and was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Village Church of Christ.
He loved to hunt and fish.
He had an outgoing personality with a compassion and caring attitude for family and friends.
Cody had a prankster sense of humor that kept people on their toes.
He is predeceased by grandparents, Bro. Jim and Lee Mabery and Charlie and Joyce Cooper.
Cody is survived by his parents, Lance and Shelly Mabery of Jessieville; sister, McKayla Mabery of Jessieville; and grandparents, Dale and Sara McElwee, Mildred Redman and Betty King, all of Missouri.
Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday at Village Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. David Tappe and Pastor Roger Reid officiating.
Pallbearers include Dale McElwee, Michael Wainscott, Aaron Pate, Rob Pratt, Mark Hawkins and Ryan Bradbury.
Honorary pallbearers include Corey Ray, Zack Geiling, Carl Counts, Mike Meredith, Ricky Garrett, Tiffany Garrett and his Kappa Sigma Brothers.

He was born January 29, 1952 in Oxnard, California to the late Sidney Franklin and Elaine Margaret (Bradley) Hill.
Loving survivors include his brother, Carroll Hill and wife, Mary, of Hot Springs; niece, Jennifer (Daren) Smith; niece, Sara (Jeff) Small; and nephew, Jim (Hanna) Hill.
Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday at the funeral home.

Michael Beck, 55, of Royal, Arkansas, died January 25, 2012.
He was born March 9, 1956, in Moline, Illinois to Patrick and Judith Beck.
Mike was a member of Hot Springs Baptist Church, the Stephen Dunn Sunday School Class and the owner of Suburban Sanitation.
Mike is preceded in death by his father Patrick Beck and son Eric Beck.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Libby Beck of Royal; daughter and son-in-law Brandi and Chad Cook; granddaughter Kinsley Cook; mother Judith Beck and sister and brother-in-law Kent and Kim Teague all of Royal and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers include Kent Teague, Kris DeAngelis, Greg Watkins, Chad Cook, Dale Singleton, Danny Gwinn, Ricky Hill and Bryan Carpenter.
Honorary pallbearers include the employees of Suburban Sanitation.
Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel.
Service will follow in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friday with Stacy Sanders and Bro. Manley Beasley officiating.

Dick Lentz, 69, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012.
He was born September 19, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Paul and Page Morrisette Lentz.
Dick should be remembered for his determination to take on any task that needed to be done.
He enjoyed tennis and the outdoors, but his real passion was his family.
Dick was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
He is predeceased by his parents and brothers, William and John Lentz.
Dick is survived by the love of his life, Carolyn Lentz, his wife of 50 years; son, Jeff (Laurie) Lentz of Texas; daughter, Terrie (Ken) Shuffield of Texas; sister, Linda Lentz of Colorado; and grandchildren, Hayden, Emma and Samuel Lentz and Gabe Shuffield.
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Woodlands Presbyterian Church with Dr. Jim Farley officiating.

Charley Wardell Beshears, 69, of Malvern, Arkansas passed away on January 28, 2012 in Hot Springs with his family by his side.
He was born May 21, 1942 in Oden, Arkansas to the late Ida and John Beshears.
Charley attended Prairie Bayou Church.
He was a skilled woodworker and jack of all trades.
His beautiful blue eyes and contagious smile will be sorely missed.
Charley is predeceased by sons, Dale Beshears and Shane Beshears.
Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Marjorie Beshears; sisters, Lidamae Bowers (James) and Mary Costa; brothers, William Beshears (Sherry) and John Beshears (Dianne); daughters, Louise Swart (Charles) and Cindy Houpt (Johnnie); son, William "Glen" Beshears (Vickie); grandchildren, Charles Swart, Matthew Swart, Essence Morehead, Peyton Morehead, Katie Houpt, Dalton Beshears, John Houpt, Alyssa Beshears and Pleaz Mendez; great grandchildren, Charlotte Swart and Roxanna Swart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Claris Allenne Wilkinson Reece Harper, 86, of Hot Springs, AR passed away Friday, January 27, 2012.
She was born July 31, 1925 in Royal, AR to Jacob and Edith Young.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Claris' legacy was her strength, her faith and the love she showed everyone around her.
She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
She is predeceased by her parents; husbands, James Vernon Wilkinson, Curtis Reece and Ervin Harper; sister, Dorothy Hill; and brothers, Elvin Young and Jesse Young.
Claris is survived by sons, James Vernon Wilkinson, Jr. (Virginia) of Jeffersonville, IN, Shelby Wilkinson (Joyce) Of Shepherdsville, KY, Jacob Andrew Wilkinson (Amy) of Louisville, KY; stepson, Steve Harper (Linda) of Hot Springs; stepdaughters, Kristi Robertson (Bobby) and Phyllis Majors, both of Hot Springs; brother, Terrell Young of Hot Springs; grandson, James E. Wilkinson (Julie); and great grandchildren, Logan and Madeline Wilkinson.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor George Vincent officiating.
Interment will be in Walnut Ridge cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN.

Nathaniel Matthew 'Matt' Powell, 24, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, January 26, 2012.
He was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Eugene R. and Dianna (Martinez) Powell, Jr.
Matt is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Eugene Powell, Sr. and maternal grandfather, Charles Martinez, Sr.
He is survived by his parents; brother John Martinez of Hot Springs; sister Miranda Powell of Santa Cruz, California; paternal grandmother Heidi Powell of Hot Springs; maternal grandmother Petra Martinez of Pampa, Texas and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Brian Henry officiating.

Joanne M. Schmitz, 75, of Hot Springs Village passed away January 27, 2012.
Joanne was born February 20, 1936 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Florence and Peter Jezo.
Joanne graduated from Milwaukee County General Resident Nursing program, earning her R.N. and working much of her life long nursing career at West Allis Memorial Hospital as Night Supervisor.
Joanne and her husband retired to Hot Springs Village in 1998.
She is predeceased by her son, Scott; sister, Patty; and her parents.
Joanne is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jim Schmitz; son, Bryan Schmitz; daughter, Mary Lewy; sister, Linda Crossman; and five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2012 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and an additional Memorial is planned in Milwaukee in the spring.
