Mary Rose Masternak
February 17, 1960 - May 1, 2016
Rogers, Arkansas
Mary Rose Masternak, died Sunday, May 1, 2016 at her home in
Rogers., Ark. She was born February 17, 1960 in Detroit,
Michigan to Victor H. and Bonnie B. Darden Masternak.
She received her degree in graphic arts from Oakland University in
Farmington Hills, MI, then worked for a few years with an
entertainment magazine.
Mary found real happiness in caring for others. She worked for the
state of Michigan, where she had the responsibility to get
individuals back into the workforce. She would work with them
side by side, until they felt comfortable in their new environment.
Mary spent many happy hours at the Rogers Wellness Center
playing 'Pickle Ball', and enjoyed being in the company of family
and friends.
She treasured her relationships with her family. Her friends and
family will lovingly remember her for her love, kindness and
generosity.
Mary knew no strangers. In her own neighborhood, she was always
helping someone. She had an infectious laugh, and a very likeable
character. All will miss her very much.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Baker and her
father, Victor Masternak.
Mary leaves behind her husband, Harry A. Manning; her mother,
Bonnie Bolton and husband, Dale of Paragould, Ark; sister, Rhyan
A. Candour also of Paragould; brother-in-law, Dennis Baker of
Pinckney, MI; two nieces, Ashley J. Rivera and Carleigh Long; one
great niece, Natalia; one great nephew, Elias Rivera; and many
dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be from 12:00 noon until 3:00 pm
Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at Fellowship Bible Church in the
Training Center Room 166.
She will be laid to rest beside her family at Cardwell cemetery in
Cardwell, MO at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cardwell cemetery
in care of Eulus Vaughn, P.O. Box 488, Cardwell, MO 63829.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral
Services of Rogers.

Deanna Sue "GoGo" Strickland Stiglets
December 31, 1959 - March 3, 2016
Bentonville, Arkansas
Deanna Sue "GoGo" Strickland Stiglets, 56, of Bentonville,
Arkansas, passed from this life on the evening of Thursday,
March 3, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale,
Arkansas. She was born December 31, 1959 to Jack Dean &
Colleen Warden Strickland in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one aunt, Barbara
K. Scott.

De is survived by her husband, Guy E. Stiglets of the home; one
daughter, Mandy Stiglets; two sons, Eddie Stiglets and Joshua
Stiglets; one grandson, Edward James Stiglets all of Bentonville;
and two sisters, Kathy Strickland and Karen Boston of Tulsa,
Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at
All Saints Episcopal Church in Bentonville. Services will
commence at 4:30 pm, at the same location with Father Roger
Joslin officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of
Deanna to Mary Mae Jones Elementary in Bentonville for
educational aids.

Nancy Carol Harding
June 5, 1935 - July 30, 2016
Rogers, Arkansas
Nancy Carol Harding, 81, of Rogers, Arkansas died Saturday, July
30, 2016 in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born June 5, 1935 in
Los Angeles, CA to John David and Claire Fitzgerald.

Nancy grew up in Southern California and met Ray in Palm dale,
California and married in 1953. They were happily married and
best friends for 53 years.

They raised their five children in Southern California; owned a
weekend house in the mountains in Idyllwild and enjoyed the
outdoors, traveling, camping and spending time with family.

She was the President of the Republican Women’s Committee in
Idyllwild during the 1980 Regan election.

After Ray retired, they moved to Northwest Arkansas where they
owned and operated Harding’s One Stop in Garfield, AR and
Harding’s Monte Ne for 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond
Harding in 2006; her son, James Harding (2007) and 9 siblings.

Nancy is survived by four children, son, Stan Harding and wife,
Cindy of Idyllwild, CA, daughters, Deborah Harding of Las Vegas,
NV, Joni Giese and husband, Philip of Bella Vista, AR, Julie
Burkhart and husband, Robert of Rogers; fourteen grandchildren,
Elizabeth, Jamie, Christian, Mike, Amanda, John, Katie, Nikki,
Megan, Sean, Cole, Morgan, Mackenzie and James and eleven
great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ethan, Aiden, Bella, Evan, Jack,
Marah, Maddie, Michelle, Mickie and Aiden.

John Peter Logsdon
September 23, 1932 - February 19, 2016
Bentonville, Arkansas
John Peter Logsdon, 83, of Bentonville, AR died February 19,
2016 in Bentonville. He was born September 23, 1932 in
Cleburne, Texas to Porterfield and Janetta Logsdon.

He was a wonderful, faithful husband, father, grandfather, great
grandfather and dear friend to many. He and Charlie were
inseparable.

John was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Charles
and one grandson, John P. Hathorn.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Charleta 'Charlie', of
the home; one son, Sam and wife, Patricia; two daughters,
Patricia Sampson and Carol Bowden; grandchildren, John Paul
Hathorn’s children: Jodi and Johnathan, Kyra Kimball and her
children: Keddy and Ty, Karen Jones and her children:
Austin, Bailey, Autumn and Taylor, Kimberly Hathorn and her
daughter: Caitlyn, Cyndi Tyson and her children: Brenae,
Taylor and Brooklyn, Rusty Ford and his children: Naomi and
Aiden, Mary Ford and her children: Natalynn, Kaylnn and
Dylan, Leah Booth and her children: Katie and Eden.

Memorial Services will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 23,
2016 at Radiant Life Church in Bentonville.

Jackie Lee "Jack" Bailey
March 17, 1930 - August 16, 2016
Bentonville, Arkansas
Jackie Lee 'Jack' Bailey, 86, of Bentonville, Arkansas died,
Tuesday, August 16, 2016 in Bentonville. He was born March 17,
1930 in Brownwood, Texas.
He served twenty-five years in the United States Air Force, retiring
with the grade of Major. During this period he was awarded the
Distinguished Flying Cross, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with
Gold Star, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Silver Star,
eleven Air Medals for his combat missions and numerous lesser
awards including Honorary Wings of the Vietnamese Air Force.
Jack is survived by his wife, Ada, of the home; one daughter,
Jackie Easterwood and husband, Mike of Sperry, Oklahoma; two
grandchildren, David and Kristen and one sister, Josephine Keith of
Bella Vista, AR.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon, Friday, August 19, 2016 at
Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers. Burial will be at 2:
00 pm at the National cemetery in Fayetteville, AR with full
military honors provided by the Little Rock Air Force Base Honor
Guard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer
Association or to the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
Arrangements are by Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of
Rogers. Memories may be shared at Stockdale-Moody Funeral
Services of Rogers.

Dennis R. Creech
January 16, 1954 - March10, 2016

Dennis R. Creech, 62, of Rogers died Thursday, March 10, 2016
in Rogers. He was born January 16, 1954 in Rogers, Arkansas to
Walter and Mary Jean Creech.

He was a 1972 graduate of Rogers High School and had a degree
in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He
was an avid fan of all Razorback sports.

Dennis was a faithful member of Central United Methodist
Church where he sang in the church choir. He was an active
member of the Rogers Lions Club and the Chamber of
Commerce.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Dennis is survived by one brother, Stanley Price; one sister,
Teresa Creech and many descendants of the Creech and
Wilkerson Families.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 pm, Monday, March 14,
2016, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 15,
2016, at Central United Methodist Church in Rogers with the
Rev. Carness Vaughan officiating. Burial will be at Rogers
cemetery.

Steve Hundley
September 3, 1943 - February 24, 2016
Bentonville, Arkansas
Steve Hundley, 72, former coach and educator for Bentonville
Schools, passed away, Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at
Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born September 3, 1943 in
Wellington, Kansas to Perry William and Maxine Roth
Hundley.
He graduated from Kingman High School and received his
degree and Masters in Education from Emporia State
University in Kansas. He was proud to be an Eagle Scout.
Coach Hundley was known for his quirky dry humor, complete
dedication to his students and athletes, passion for golf, and his
love and generosity for his family. Steve always enjoyed
reminiscing with past students and colleagues. After retiring
from teaching, he treasured the friends he made while working
and playing at Lost Springs Golf Course. His extensive
knowledge of sports made him a candidate to coach in every
field, from gymnastics, to tennis, to football, to track.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dr.
Perry 'Gene' Hundley.
Steve is survived and loved by his children, Justin Hundley
and wife, Erin of Bentonville and Justin’s mother, Linda
Hundley, Natalie Jabusch and husband, Brandon of Bella
Vista, AR, Jessica Miller of Bentonville, Jeremy Miller and
wife, Lindsey of Austin, Texas and their mother, Elizabeth
Hundley; one brother, John Hundley of Kingman, Kansas;
seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Holland, Sarah Connley, Shelby
Fears, Madison Hundley, Sophia Morey, Max Miller, Declan
Miller and many dear colleagues, former students and friends.
Funeral services will be at 12 Noon, Monday, February 29,
2016 at First United Methodist Church in Bentonville with the
Rev. Kurt Boggan officiating.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 pm, Tuesday, March 1,
2016 at Walnut Hill cemetery in Kingman, Kansas.

Mavis Orana McClain, 95, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away
Friday, February 19, 2016, at her residence, surrounded by her family.
She was born January 30, 1921, in Commanche County, Texas to James
Efford and Cora Churchwell.

She was preceded in death by Wayne McClain, her husband of 68 years
whom she married November 8, 1942; two sisters and six brothers: Vera
Castleberry, Cora Lee Jacobs, Charlie Churchwell, L. B.(Doc)
Churchwell, Marvin Churchwell, Woody Churchwell, Bill Churchwell,
and Wendlan (Mutt) Churchwell.

Mavis is survived by four sons, Bill McClain and wife, Carolyn of
Garfield, Arkansas; David McClain and wife, Brenda of Tahlequah,
Oklahoma; Doyle McClain of Charlottesville, Virginia; Steve McClain
and wife, Sunny of Bentonville; grandchildren, Kari McClain-Riggins
and husband, Kevin; Clinton McClain and wife, Elizabeth, Laura
McClain, Jessica McClain, Michael McClain and wife, Samantha,
Carolyn McClain-Johnson and husband, Zeke; Scott Baker and wife,
Stephanie, Jamie Ligi and husband, Lou; great grandchildren; Dakota and
wife, Lauren, Granger, Remington, Stockton, and Gunnison Riggins,
Mackenzie and Cooper McClain, Lou, Zachary, and Devin Ligi, and
Tyler Baker; one great-great granddaughter, Sagely Riggins; treasured
niece, Evelyn Trice; family friend Oleta Barnett; her caregivers: Helen
Henson, Gloria Timbes, Joyce Tolbert, and many cherished friends and
relatives.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23,
2016, in the Chapel at First Baptist Church in Bentonville. Funeral
services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2016, in the
Chapel at First Baptist Church in Bentonville with the Reverend Tom
Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Benton County Memorial Park
cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas.

Gary Don Stansberry
February 24, 1953 - July 24, 2016
Bentonville, Arkansas
Gary Don Stansberry, 63, of Bentonville, AR passed away July
24, 2016 at Norwest Medical Center. He was born February
12, 1953 in Oklahoma City, OK. Gary grew up in Riverside,
CA until his parents Leonard and Edna McFall Stansberry
relocated in 1969 to Bentonville where Gary graduated in 1971.

Following graduation Gary proudly served in the United States
Army as Communications Specialist, stationed in New Jersey
and Germany. Upon honorable discharge Gary returned to
Bentonville joining Wal-Mart where he worked for 30+ years
with distinction. For years he frequently served area nursing
and rehab centers playing piano, guitar and singing hymns to
residents.

Gary is preceded in death by his father, Leonard; and his name
sake uncle, Donald Jay McFall.

He is survived by his mother, Edna Braker and husband, Henry
of Bella Vista; three aunts, Joy McFall Plumlee, Debra McFall
DeBartelo and Pat Miller McFall; several close cousins; and
girlfriend, Kim Amer.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016 at
Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel, Rogers, AR with Pastor
James Longmate officiating.
