Donald J. Leakey, 90, of Rogers, Arkansas
passed away surrounded by his family,
Monday, July 20, 2015 in Rogers. He was
born December 16, 1924 in New Lisbon,
Indiana to Floyd and Mildred Ammerman
Leakey.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents and
one sister.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Anita
Esteban Leakey; one son, Rick and wife
Teresa of Dallas, TX; two daughters, Randy
Tiernan and husband, Steve of Bentonville,
AR, Janna McConn of Dallas, TX; six
grandchildren, Keith Leakey, Jim Leakey,
David Leakey, Craig Tiernan, Katie Tiernan,
Kelly McConn and two great grandchildren,
Jaxon Leakey and Quinn Leakey.

Janie Smith Mayo
April 5, 1939 - March 22, 2015
Bentonville, Arkansas
Jane Smith Mayo, 75, of Naples, Maine and Bentonville, Arkansas
entered eternal life on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in
Rogers, Arkansas. She was born April 5, 1939 in Lake Wales, Florida,
the daughter of Arthur and Drusilla Smith of New Vineyard, Maine. She
was raised in a home where values, ethics, morals and integrity were
based on a foundation of faith.

Janie, as she preferred to be called, was an amazing light in the lives of
many. She was an eternal optimist that always saw the bright side of
life. She touched the hearts and nurtured the souls of many who graced
her journey in life. She had a loving and caring spirit and had a unique
way of making people feel special by her living expression shining
through the kindness in her face, the kindness in her eyes, the kindness in
her smile and the love in her heart. She was a gracious soul that had a
deep beauty inside and out and she will be remembered and honored for
how brightly her flame burned.

Janie started spending the winters with her daughter in Bentonville in
November of 2013 and she spent the summers at her cottage in Naples,
Maine. She was always the happiest when she was at the lake in
Maine. She truly felt at peace there and always loved being by the
water. She was thankful for every day and considered each one a gift.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sears Mayo, and also
her son, Mark Stephen Mayo who were both lost to cancer too soon.

Janie is survived by one daughter, Heather Mayo of Bentonville,
Arkansas, her daughter-in-law, Beth Mayo, and two grandchildren,
Stephanie and Stephen Mayo of Salem, New Hampshire.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 30th at Hunt Chapel
at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens in Rogers, AR commencing at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the
American Cancer Society. Janie was a 19 year breast cancer survivor.

Chester Leroy "Buck" Pyle
November 7, 1941 - February 4, 2015
Marietta, Georgia
Chester "Buck" Pyle, 73, of Marietta, GA, passed from his earthly life into his
eternal home to meet his Lord, Jesus Christ and to be reunited with his precious
wife Donna on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.

Buck was born in Licking, MO, on November 7, 1941, to Chester and Gladys
Pyle. He grew up in the Silent Grove community of Springdale, AR. After
graduating from Springdale High School, Mr. Pyle attended the University of
Arkansas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
After graduating the University of Arkansas he spent over 45 years working in the
field of Animal Health. Buck loved what he did, and did what he loved. During
the span of his career he was honored as the Salesman of the Year by multiple
companies.

Buck was a man of faith, who put his trust in the promise of eternity assured by the
blood of Jesus Christ. During his life he was blessed to be a member of three
wonderful church families; Temple Baptist Church of Springdale, AR, Flat Creek
Baptist Church of Fayetteville, GA, and the First
Baptist Church of Huntingburg, IN. Throughout his Christian life, Buck was
always involved with teaching Sunday School classes to various age groups. He
cherished his relationships with the members of all of his church families, with the
most discussed and enjoyed being his adventures in
ministry with the High School youth of Temple Baptist Church.

Buck loved working. He never retired and was still traveling extensively up until
his health restricted his ability to get behind the wheel. His favorite things in life
outside of work were spending time on lakes playing in the water, fishing, canoeing
the rivers of Arkansas and Missouri (before it was cool), golfing, pulling for the
Razorbacks in everything and keeping up with the exploits of his nine grandchildren.

Buck was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Gladys Pyle; and the love
of his earthly life, his wife Donna Fields Pyle.

Buck is survived by his son, Andy Pyle and wife, Kelly of Andrews, NC; his
daughter, Monica Greer and husband, Patrick of Acworth, GA; and grandchildren,
Ella, Nik, Brock, Teague and Simms Greer, all of Acworth; and Zack, Seth, Drew
and Adelia Pyle of Andrews; two wonderful Sisters in Law, Sharron Wooldridge
and husband, Sammy and Sue Crabtree and husband, Jimmie all of Bentonville,
AR; and nine nieces and nephews. Buck is also survived by his friend, June Smith
of Marietta, Ga.

Services will be held at 2 p.m, Monday, February 9th, 2015 at the First Christian
Church of Bentonville, AR. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m., until service
time. The Reverend Cody Robertson will officiate. Graveside service will
immediately follow at the Bentonville City cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Zack, Seth and Drew Pyle and Nik,
Brock, Teague and Simms Greer.

A visitation will be Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 4:00
until 6:00 PM, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in
Rogers.

Burial will be in Cary, Illinois.

Ronald Dubois
January 23, 1939 - September 28, 2015
Centerton, Arkansas
Ronald (Ronnie) Wilfred Dubois, 76, of Centerton, Arkansas went to
be with his Heavenly Father Monday, September 28, 2015 at his
residence. He was born January 23, 1939 in Woonsocket, Rhode
Island to George Albert Dubois and Edna May Meunier Dubois.
He was the founder and successful owner/operator for 38 years of
North Smithfield Auto Body in North Smithfield, Rhode Island where
he lived for 53 years, and then he moved to Cocoa, Florida. It was in
Florida where he met his wife of 10 years, Karen Hufford Dubois.
They have lived in Arkansas the past several years where Karen grew
up.
Ronnie was a very dynamic, cheerful and social man. He worked
hard and played hard and treated everyone with hospitality and
goodness.
His son, Ron, recalls that when he was growing up their home was
always filled with music, friends and family singing and socializing
with parties and good clean fun. Summertime was spent at a cottage
by a lake where everyone was welcome.
Ronnie was generous and giving of his time and he loved with passion
and humor all those he associated with.
He served on the North Smithfield, RI town council for two terms in
the 1970's and served part time as a police officer. He was a strong
man, a hard worker and provided well for his family. He left them a
rich and lasting legacy of love.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Timothy John
Dubois in 1996; and two sisters, Eileen Gesualdi and Judith Smith.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Karen, of the home; one son, Ronald
Alan Dubois and wife, Jayne of Brentwood, TN; Karen’s daughters,
Shelli Piha and husband, Aaron of Bentonville, AR, Missi Brooks and
husband, Zeke of Merritt Island, FL; four granddaughters, Jacqueline
Dubois-Diaz and husband, Antonio, Dominique Dubois, Danielle
Marie Dubois, all of Brentwood, Tennessee; and Kali Piha of
Bentonville, AR; five grandsons, Nicholas Dubois, and a great
granddaughter from Burrillville, RI, Ethan Piha of Bentonville, AR,
Chaz, Derik and Kai Brooks of Merritt Island, FL. He was adored by
all of his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, October 2, 2015 at
Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Burial will be in
North Smithfield, Rhode Island.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to Horses
for Healing, 14673 Daniels Rd, Bentonville, AR 72712 or Circle of
Life Hospice, 1201 NE Legacy Parkway, Bentonville, AR 72712.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral
Services of Rogers.

Thomas Mitchell Hill
July 28, 1963 - December 2, 2015
Bentonville, AR
Thomas Mitchell Hill, 52, of Bentonville, AR passed
away Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Circle of Life
Hospice Legacy Village surrounded by his family. He
was born July 28, 1963 in Las Vegas, NV to Joe Delton
and Charlotte Waseleski Hill.
One of Tom’s most endearing memories is his time as a
letterman on the Razorback football team. According to
former head football coach Ken Hatfield and the then
team’s chaplain, Dr. H. D. McCarty, Tom was not only a
personal standout athletically, but also of impactive
spiritual influence on the players. Tom will never be
forgotten by the staff and his teammates. Both Hatfield
and McCarty will participate in his service. Dean Weber
longtime head team trainer, commented that Tom was
one of the finest young men to ever come through the
Razorback program.
He loved playing golf, reading, writing, the outdoors, and
grilling.
He loved his family more than anything in the world and
always encouraged his children to pursue their dreams in
life.
Tom was a deacon and faithful member of First Baptist
Church in Bentonville. He worked for Walmart Home
Office for 9 years and loved his work family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte and
one brother, Joe Hill.
Tom is survived by his wife, Penny Hill; a daughter,
Kathryn Hill; a son, Thomas Blayne Hill; his father, Joe
Hill and wife, Wanda; and two sisters, Carolyn
Holbrooks and Anita Adams.
A visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Friday, December
4, 2015 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday,
December 5, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Bentonville
with the Rev. Phillip Smith, DR. H.D. McCarty and
Coach Ken Hatfield officiating.
Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice
Legacy Village, 1201 NE Legacy Parkway, Bentonville,
AR 72712.

Lorenda Sue Saulsbury
February 22, 1957 - February 15, 2015

Lorenda Sue Saulsbury, 57, of Rogers, Ark passed away Sunday,
February 15, 2015 at Mercy Hospital. She was born February 22, 1957
in Rushville, IL to Jesse and Mary Kinman Carpenter.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry; one sister, Lois
Carpenter and her parents.

Lorenda is survived by her two daughters, Mary Horwedel, and Nancy
Carpenter; one son, Josh Carpenter and wife, Janette; three brothers,
Larry Carpenter, George Carpenter and John Carpenter; one sister,
Leisa Jackson; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February
18, 2015 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 19, 2015
at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel with Bob Cemer officiating.
