Robert 'Bob' E. Huggins, 59, of Cabot died Friday, March 2, 2007.
He was a CNC operator for 15 years with Dassault Falcon Jet until he retired in 2001.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Jimmy and Johnny Huggins; and granddaughter Angelina Huggins.
He is survived by his wife Peggy; sons Chris and fiancé Lydia, Jeremy and Jason Huggins all of Cabot; daughters Tami Skiver and husband Clint of Cabot, Kristi Moreno and husband Adam of Jacksonville; six grandchildren; sisters Betty Summerow, Gayla Hartley and husband Larry, Anita Coffey and husband Gene Coffey, and Jo Church and husband Ronnie; and brother Kenneth Huggins.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 5, at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
She is survived by her brothers Joe D. and Roger C. Lacy both of Benton; sisters Grace Stratton of Roland and Pat Hafner of Cabot.
A Memorial service is planned for a later date.
Bobbe Lynn Johnson
Bobbe Lynn Johnson, 70, of Lonoke died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007.
Memorials services were held Saturday, March 3, at Moore’s Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville.

William J. Raney
William J. Raney, 75, of Cabot, died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007.
He was a U.S. Marine veteran and retired from the Union PacificRailroad after 43 years.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Jean Raney; sons David of North Little Rock and Mark Raney of Benton; daughters Sandra Raney Nichols and Peggy Raney Peek and husband Edward all of Little Rock; Ark.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Graveside service were held Thursday, March 1, at Pine Crest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Arrangements were by Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home.
J. E. Rackley
J. E. 'Buddy' Rackley, 88, of Pine Bluff died Tuesday, February 27, 2007.
He was a member of Green Meadows Baptist Church and he was a farmer all of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents oke; two brothers, Hassell Rackley of Dumas and Lloyd Rackley of Little Rock; a sister Martha Hooks of Grady; two daughters, Linda Byrne of Rison, and Sarah Jane Rackley of Pine Bluff.
He is survived by his wife Zelma Gray Rackley; a brother, Eddie Lee Rackley of Pocahontas; a son, James E. and Linda Rackley of Nesbitt, Mississippi; three daughters, Carolyn and Jerry Jemerson of Pine Bluff, Gracie Lee Askew of Hendersonville, Missouri, Judy and Walter Gould of Little Rock; 11 grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, 6 to 8 PM at Robinson’s.
Funeral service will be 2 PM, Saturday, March 3, 2007, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son, with Reverend Bert Thomas officiating.

Robert Schenebeck
Robert Schenebeck, 86, of Lonoke died Friday, March 2, 2007.
He served in the Air Transport Command as a pilot in Scotland during World War II, served on Lonoke City Council eight years and was Lonoke County Co-ordinator for Emergency Services 17 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Sue Schenebeck and brother Eric Schenebeck.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Peggy Billingsley Schenebeck; daughters Linda Brown and husband Ed and Susan King and husband Rich; son Robert Jr.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at Lonoke cemetery Monday, March 05, with Bro. Jimmy Wallace officiating.
Arrangements were by Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke.
Steve Sowell
Steve Sowell, 54, of Austin died Friday, March 2, 2007. He was employed at the VA Medical Center at Fort Roots for 23 years, most recently in the Employee Health Unit.
Survivors include his wife Teresa; daughter Stephanie; sons Alex and Ryan; mother Jerri Sowell all of Austin; and brother Rick Sowell and wife Sherry of Beebe.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 5, at First United Methodist Church in Beebe.

James H. Bulice
James Hugh Bulice, 47, of Cabot died Saturday, March 3, 2007. He was born Oct. 15, 1959 in Little Rock to Roy and Helen Bulice.
Survivors include his wife Pam Bulice of Cabot; sons Jeff Fugatt and wife Susan of Ward and Bryant Bulice of Cabot; daughter Nikki Griffin and husband Craig of Ward; parents Roy and Helen Bulice of Cabot; brothers Clayton and wife Laurie of Conway, and Harvey and wife Sharon, and Gary and Melissa Bulice all of Cabot; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 5, at Mt. Springs Baptist Church in Cabot with interment following at Mt. Springs cemetery.
Memorials be made to a local Lions Club Organization.

Earline N. Heer
Earline Nutt Heer, 74, of Rison died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007.
She was a retired officer and branch manager for Union National Bank. She was also a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Rison.
She was preceded in death by her parents James Frank Nutt and Geneva Mae Barnes Nutt; husband George Heer; son James Edward Heer; and brothers Jimmy, Earl and Ellis Nutt.
She is survived by her sons George of Cabot, Glenn of Little Rock and Wayne Heer of North Little Rock; daughter Laverne Bradley of Little Rock; brother J.W. Nutt of Memphis, Tenn.; sister Mary Lederman Milburn of Rison; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 1, at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Rison with Rev. Charles Van Ness officiating.
Arrangements were by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
Bessie L. Norman
Bessie Lee (Jobe) Norman was born Oct. 19, 1913 in Mt. Vernon and died March 1, 2007 in Beebe.
She is survived by a daughter Bessie Mae Griffin and husband Robert of Cabot, a son Jimmie D. and wife Ruby of Jupiter, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Brent B. Norman, Shela Norman, Leslie Griffin and Bradley Griffin.
There are six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
A Memorial Service was Sunday in the chapel of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home at 411 East Race in Searcy with interment following in the Romance cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, any memorial be made in her memory to The Hospice of White County Chapter at 112 Brantley Road Searcy, Ark., 72143.
Gladys I. Bean
Gladys Irene Bean, 76, of Cabot, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007.
She was born March 15, 1930 in Seminole, Okla., to the late Robert L. Alston & Mary Love-Alston.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert L. and Mary Alston, husband Leslie Bean and sisters Lena and Pauline.
Survivors include her daughters Linda Richardson and husband Paul of Rogers, and Sandra Harrod and husband Don of Hot Springs; sons Leslie W. and wife Susan of Benton, and Robert Bean and wife Donna Bean of Conway; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 29, at McArthur Assembly of God Church in Jacksonville with Rev. Larry Burton officiating.
Interment was at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Okla.
Memorials may be sent to Arkansas Cancer Research Center in Little Rock or to McArthur Assembly of God Church in Jacksonville.
