Katherine Hawkins
Katherine Marvine Treadwell Hawkins, 81, of Morrilton died Thursday, June 22.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Morrilton.
She is survived by three children, Kaye Hawkins Anderson of Lonoke, and John Robert Hawkins and Donald Bruce Hawkins, both of Morrilton; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 24, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment followed at Center Ridge cemetery in Center Ridge.

Roy E. Kuchel
Roy E. Kuchel, 81, of Hot Springs Village died Monday, June 12.
He was a former employee of Hospital Surgical Supplies where he served as the Regional Vice President in California; was Vice-President of William T. Stover Company in Little Rock; retired, and then became general manager of Park Plaza Medical Southwest of Little Rock.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia 'Ginny' Plumb Kuchel of Hot Springs Village; son Rick Kuchel of Cabot; daughters Kathy Back of West Palm Beach, Fla., Tracy Hobbs of Cabot, and Dr. Lori Montgomery of Little Rock; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, June 28, at CedarVale Funeral Home Chapel in Hot Springs Village, with Pastor Jeff Benda officiating.
Interment will be in CedarVale Mausoleum.

Robert P. Canrell Jr.
Robert 'Robby' P. Cantrell Jr., 43, of Cabot died Saturday, June 24.
He was a 1981 graduate of Parkview High School in Little Rock and attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.
He was a field technician for Sprint PCS and a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.
Survivors include his wife Rhonda (King) Cantrell; daughters Brianna Cantrell and Destiny Bratcher, all of Cabot; parents Beverly (Langford) Spratlin of Little Rock, and Robert P. Cantrell Sr. and wife Drucilla of North Little Rock; and sister Julie (Cantrell) Parenzan of McKinney, Texas.
Following cremation, a memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, in the chapel of Immanuel Baptist Church at 501 North Shackleford Rd. in Little Rock, with visitation immediately following the memorial service.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice in North Little Rock, First Baptist Church of Sherwood, Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, or a charity of your choice.
Charles K. Gernold
Charles Kirwan Gernold, of Cabot died Friday, June 23.
He retired from the Simi Valley, Calif., School District in March 1995.
He is survived by his wife, Pat; stepdaughter Deborah Blackiston; sister Kaye Perram; and three grandsons.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 27, at Cabot Funeral Home.

Elsie Flowers
Elsie Mary Baxter Flowers, 81, of Jacksonville died Sunday, June 25.
She was of the Catholic faith and a member of South Bend Baptist Church in Lonoke.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Baxter of Plumerville, and Millard Flowers of Lonoke; daughters Jill Jackson and Vicki Hickam, both of Jacksonville, Maxine Garringer of Lonoke, Mary Broyles of Collierville, Tenn., and Myrlene Halsey of North Little Rock; stepson Bobby Flowers of Plumerville; stepdaughter Myrlene Flowers of Morrilton; 26 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Elmwood cemetery in Morrilton.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Emeric Strange Sr.
Emeric Ray Strange Sr., 70, of Scott died Sunday, June 25.
He attended Grace Baptist Church and was a 30-year member of McMillian Blowdell Box Company and Banks Hunting Club.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Shirley A. Reynolds Strange; son Ray Strange Jr. of Scott; daughter Kay Adams of Scott; and sister, Helen Fry of Vestevia, Ala.; two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment followed at Mulberry cemetery in England.
James D. McLean
James Dewey McLean, 38, of Cabot died Saturday, June 24.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Traci Gills McLean; son Devin McLean; mother Barbara McLean; and sister Barbara Wilson, all of Cabot; and brother Brian McLean of Jacksonville.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 30, at Old Austin Baptist Church on Hwy. 38 in Cabot.
Glynn T. Davis
Glynn Thomas Davis, 57, of Conway died Sunday, June 25.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and retiree and a member of the Conway chapter of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his children, Renee Douglas of Mayflower, Amber Davis of Little Rock, Roy Edward Davis of Cabot, and Carroll Davis of Little Rock; brother Virgil Fowler of Little Rock; sisters Barbara Ottwell of Little Rock, and Mary Watkins and Betty Klitz, both of Greenbrier; and five grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, at the Arkansas State Veterans cemetery in North Little Rock, officiated by Bro. Randy Hawkins.
Lee Basinger
Lee Basinger, 74, of Cabot and Romance died Tuesday, June 20.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene Basinger; sons Larry Basinger of Denver, Colo., and David Basinger of Loveland, Colo.; daughter Pam Zimmerman of Cabot; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, June 21, at Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
Burial was Friday, June 23, in Celina, Texas.
Mildred L. Price
Mildred Louise 'Lou' Price, 88, of Beebe died Thursday, June 22.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Beebe.
She is survived by her sons, Bennie Price of Beebe, Leroy 'Cotton' Price of Ward, and Jerry Price of Oliver Springs, Tenn.; sisters Mary Catherine Stark of Searcy, Imogene Glass of Columbus, Kan., and Frances Furns of Beebe; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held June 24 at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Weir cemetery.

Pat Johnson
Pat Johnson, 60, of Sherwood died Sunday, June 18.
She survived polio, which she was diagnosed with at age 3.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Boyd Johnson; brother Hubert Evans and wife Charlotte of Lonoke; sisters Mildred Berry of Sherwood, Kaye Donham and husband David of Benton, and Faye Hubbard of Sherwood.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 21, at Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Sherwood, with burial in Old Austin cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or Victory Missionary Baptist Church.
Nora Lee Gordon
Nora Lee Gordon, 84, of Cabot died Thursday, June 1, 2006.
She was a member of New Hope Tabernacle in Austin.
She is survived by two nieces; four great nephews and nieces.
A graveside was held Saturday at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
