Bobby Dann II, 17, of Atkins died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001.
He was born Aug. 13, 1983 in Visalia, Calif. He was a student at Atkins High School, a member of the Atkins First Assembly of God Church and a member of the Atkins High School football and track teams.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Bob and Stacey Dann of Atkins; his mother, Tammy Owen of Russellville; a brother, James Dann of Russellville; a sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Tony Comstock of Russellville; two step-brothers, Brandon and Dyllan Crow of Pottsville; grandparents, Larry and Luetta Dann of Tipton, Calif.; a niece, a nephew and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 13 at the Atkins First Assembly of God with the Rev. Kenny Hibbard officiating. Burial was in the Atkins City cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service.
Pallbearers were Brandon Wilson, Josh Tyson, Waymond McDaniel, Robert Brooks, Dustin Bell and Jeremy Bell, Michael Jones, and Chad Smith.
Honorary pallbearers were the members of the AHS Coaching Staff.

Mrs. Agnes Burroughs
Mrs. Agnes Phillips Burroughs, 89, of San Diego, Calif., a native of Hartman, died Wednesday, July 2, 1997.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Blythe and John Vandeven of San Diego, Calif.; one sister, Amy Hearne of Springfield, Mo.; one brother, Robert Phillips of Clarksville; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Interment was in California.
Bobby Dean Jacobs
Bobby Dean Allen Jacobs, 63, of Hartman died Sunday, July 6, 1997, at Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark.
He was a service station owner/operator and son of the late J. O. Jacobs.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Steven M. and Rhonda Jacobs of New Market, England; mother, Mrs. Pauline Jacobs of Hunt; two brothers, Mike Jacobs of Clarksville and Gary Jacobs of Hunt; and three grandchildren, Amy Jacobs, Jesse Jacobs, and Jeremy Jacobs.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. O. L. Kinsey officiating. Burial will be in Hogan cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Ike Pointer, Darril Hunt, Johnny Little, Jamey Ledbetter, Harold Hyden, and Gaylon Holman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Howard Clinton, Vernice Ledbetter, Jerry Kirby, Gaylan Williams, Conway Jones, and Jack Allen.
Mrs. Daisy Atkinson
Mrs. Daisy Nunley Atkinson, 79, of Clarksville died Saturday, July 5, 1997, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
She was a native of Coal Hill, daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Betty Hurtt Knight, retired USDA inspector, and member of the East Mount Zion Trinity Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Janice Lou Hathorn of Hartman and Bonnie Sue McWilliams of Clarksville; one son, Johnny P. Nunley of Greenwood; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at East Mount Zion Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Robbie Jackson officiating.
Burial was in Mount Airy cemetery under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers were Jonah Nunley, Wahlon O'Neal Jr., Michael Daniel, Timothy Keith, Coleman Whitecotton, and Lynn Ferguson.
Honorary pallbearers were Mike Sexton and Ronnie Hathorn.
George Bailey Geisler
George Bailey Geisler, 75, of Clarksville died Sunday, July 6, 1997, at the University Medical Center in Little Rock.
He was a native of the Bethlehem Community, son of the late Elbert and Lottie Hurn Geisler, graduate of Hartman High School, retired U. S. Postal Service employee, member of the First United Methodist Church, and served in the United States Marine Corps in the Pacific during World War II.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Judy Geisler; one daughter, Brenda Neal of Rogers; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Julie Geisler of Van Buren; and two grandchildren, Adam Neal and Casey Neal, both of Rogers.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, at the First United Methodist Church in Clarksville with Rev. Sam Williams officiating.
Burial was in Oakland cemetery under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers were Bob Blackard, Robert Smith, Cass Wofford, Troy Brown, Cecil Hudson, and Ray Meadors.

Mrs. Mae Shields
Mrs. Mae Nowotny Basham Shields, 89, of Clarksville died Tuesday, July 1, 1997, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.
She was a native of Stone Hill, daughter of the late James and Sena Elizabeth Sloan Masterson, a member of the First Baptist Church of Knoxville, the widow of Tom J. Nowotny and Drew Basham and had lived most of her life in Clarksville and Knoxville.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Shields; four daughters, Mary Williams of Knoxville, Betty Hays of Russellville, Patricia Smith of Pocola, Okla., and Myrtle Armstrong of Clarksville; one son, Bill Nowotny of Clarksville; one sister, Maggie Nowotny of Clarksville; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 3, at the First Baptist Church of Knoxville with Rev. Ira Taylor officiating.
Burial was in Knoxville cemetery under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.

Mrs. Nancy Anderson
Mrs. Nancy Margaret Anderson, 58, of Clarksville died Wednesday, July 2, 1997, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Louie Roscoe and Vida Virginia Duncan Baugh.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Anderson; four daughters, Lynn Steel of Hot Springs, Regina Shirley of Lamar, Judy Corbell of Ozark, and Donna Russell of Clarksville; two sons, Joe Anderson of Wasco, Calif., and Dean Anderson of Port Orchard, Wash.; 19 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial were at 10 a.m. Monday, July 7, at McKendree cemetery at Subiaco with Rev. Autry Davis officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Walter Stell, Billy Joe Stell, Richard Gray, Bill Powers, Felix Parrish, and Rick Morris.
