J. L. Henley

J. L. Henley of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., a native of Johnson County, died Sunday, April 11, 1999.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ruth Clark Henley; two daughters, Joan Pitts and Geraldene Walker; three grandsons; two granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister of California.
Funeral and burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 15, in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif.

Juan A. Rodriquez

Juan Antonio Rodriquez, infant son of Antonio and Eulalia Valenciano Rodriquez of Clarksville, died Tuesday, April 6, 1999, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
Other survivors include grandparents, Finalo Juan and Hermeregil Da Davilah Rodriquez and Luis and Fransisca Zapater Valenciano.
Graveside services and burial were at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 8, at Holy Redeemer cemetery with Father Victor Gillespie officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lucille Arbuckle

Mrs. Lucille C. Arbuckle, 84, of Hartman died Wednesday, April 7, 1999, at Clarksville Convalescent Home.
She was a native of Forrest City, daughter of the late Oliver and Nora Pady Perry, member of Springs of Living Water Church in Ozark, and was preceded in death by one daugh-
ter, Syble Butler.
Survivors include her husband, James W. Arbuckle; three daughters, Linda Pullen of Ozark, Bobbie Watson of Hartman, and Phyllis Tebbetts of Bryant; one sister, Ealzy Newson of Altus; one brother, Floyd Perry of Altus; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with Rev. Shirley Smith officiating. Burial was in Houston cemetery.

Mrs. Loraine Kendall

Mrs. Loraine (Sody) Kendall, 90, of Clarksville died Thursday, April 8, 1999, at Countryside Manor Nursing Home.
A native of Clarksville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Cletton Green, widow of Loren Kendall, member of the First Presbyterian Church, and was preceded in death by one daughter, Annabell Sykes, and two grandchildren, Carolyn and Bruce Sykes.
She is survived by one niece, Beverly Carr of Sonora, Calif.; and several cousins.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lance Jones officiating. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Bill Clark, W. C. White Jr., Frank Eichenberger, Levon Stumbaugh, Jim Shrigley, and Troy Taylor.
Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Larson, Stewart Willey, and Harold Lewis.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, P. O. Box 1068, Clarksville, AR 72830.

Robert H. Over

Robert H. (Bob) Over, 66, of Hopkinsville, Ky., son of Hazel Williams Dewberry of Clarksville, died Saturday, April 10, 1999, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Ky.
He was a native of Prairie, son of the late Homer Over, a retired director of facility engineer supply for the Civil Service in Fort Campbell, Ky., and was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Hibbs Over.
Other survivors include five sons, Robert Dale Over of Mifflinburg, Pa., Dr. Darrell Over of Pine Bluff, Kenny Over and Billy Over, both of Hopkinsville, Ky., and Michael Over of Clarksville, Tenn.; three daughters, Laurel Over, Alicia Over, and Kathryn Trout, all of Hopkinsville, Ky.; one sister, Lorretta Ritchie of Clarksville; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Maddux Funeral Home in Hopkinsville, Ky., with Rev. Larry Dale Combs officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Hopkinsville, Ky.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

Samuel A. Boswell

Samuel A. Boswell, 74, of Floral, former resident of Clarksville, died Wednesday, April 7, 1999.
He was a native of Bradford, son of the late Milton and Maudie Adams Boswell, retired owner of Boswell and Son Grocery at Floral, a member of the Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Curl and Mollie Douglas.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maxine Wood Boswell; two sons, Michael Boswell of Lamar and Clifford Boswell of Batesville; two brothers, Melvin Boswell of Granger, Ind., and Billy Boswell of Desha; four sisters, Orene McDougal of New Buffalo, Mich., Nelle Lea of Judsonia, Willie Wilson of Pleasant Plains, and Lottie James of Bradford; and five grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10, at the Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Union Grove cemetery under the direction of Powell Funeral Home, Inc., Bald Knob-Judsonia.

Harold C. Abner

Harold C. Abner, 77, of Fort Smith, father of Michael Lee Abner of Clarksville, died Saturday, April 17, 1999.
He was a retired sergeant first class in the Army and a veteran of World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War, retired Whirlpool Corporation employee, and a member of Four Square Gospel Church in Springfield, Ill.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Patricia A. Abner; one daughter, Yvonne Tracy McDonald of Van Buren; one other son, Mark Alan Abner of Fort Smith; three sisters, Mildred Wilson of Buffalo, Ill., and Betty Bailey and Helen Abner, both of Springfield, Ill.; one brother, William of Springfield, Ill.; four grandchildren, Jeremy Abner, Justin McDonald, Carl Ryan Abner, and Devry McDonald; and several aunts and nieces.
Graveside services and burial were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, at the U. S. National cemetery in Fort Smith with full military honors. Arrangements were under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 1274, Fort Smith, AR 72902.

Hugo W. Drittler

Hugo W. Drittler, 92, of Archbold, Ohio, died April 10, 1999, at the Toledo (Ohio) Hospital.
He was a native of Lutherville, son of the late Fred and Lena Giesler Drittler, and was preceded in death by his wife, Luella Bundy Drittler, three brothers, Emil Drittler, Frank Drittler, and Ernest Drittler, and three sisters, Helen Drittler, Ella Drittler, and Rose Knoernschild.
Survivors include three brothers, Walter Drittler of Archbold, Ohio, Martin Drittler of Russellville, and Reinhold Drittler of Springdale; and two sisters, Alma Sohl of Springdale and Kathryn Lohse of Archbold, Ohio.
Funeral was on Tuesday, April 13, at St. John Lutheran Church in
Stryker, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Hour or to a charity of the donor's choice.

Jimmy Ray Massey

Jimmy Ray Massey, 59, of Clarksville died Thursday, April 15, 1999, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith.
He was a retired truck driver, member of the Assembly of God Church, and son of the late Vernon Massey.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence Ellison Massey; five daughters, Bonnie Johnson of Hartman, and Tammy Parker, Rhonda Massey, Sandra Massey, and Jimmy Dayton, all of Clarksville; two sons, James Massey and John Massey, both of the home; mother, Floy Massey of Clarksville; five sisters, Vela Tudor of Ponca City, Okla., Faye King of Lamar, Rita Massey and Brenda Massey, both of Clarksville, and Wanda Weathers of Hartman; one brother, Lonnie Massey of Ponca City, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leo Villines officiating. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Steven Johnson, Tim King, Barry Pelts, Kevin Massey, Keith Massey, and Tim Freeman.
Honorary pallbearers were James Parker, Wayne Hale, Dub Vaught, and John Nowotny.
