John Howard Ray, 57, of Dover died Monday, April 5, 2004, at his home.
He was retired, member of the Sanctuary Church of God, and son of the late Thomas (Tom) Ray and the late Ruby Ann Thompson.
Survivors include his widow, June Ellen Smith Ray; three sisters, Betty Woodard of Salina, Kan., Nina Hargis of Coffeyville, Kan., and Sue Block of Sand Springs, Okla.; and one brother, Tommy Ray of Locust Grove, Okla.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 9, at the Sanctuary Church of God in Russellville.
Burial will be in McFadden cemetery at Dover under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Sonny Haney, Ronnie Tapp, Ed Waldo, Leonard Elliot, Kenneth Boze, and Mike Avery.

Margaret L. Eskridge
Margaret Louise Dale Eskridge, 72, of Poteau, Okla., died Thursday, March 11, 2004, in Tulsa, Okla.
She was a native of the Ross Community near Lutherville, 1948 graduate of Lamar High School, retired receptionist, 25-year-plus Wal-Mart sales employee, and a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Poteau, Okla.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Eskridge; one daughter, Laura Johnson of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two sons, Robert Eskridge of Carrollton, Texas, and Lynn Eskridge of Dallas, Texas; one brother, Noel Dale of Russellville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral was at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at Evans & Miller Funeral Home Chapel of Memorial in Poteau, Okla.

Reece Barnsley
Reece Barnsley, 93, of Clarksville died Saturday, April 3, 2004.
A native of Lamar, Mo., he was a graduate of Clarksville High School and the University of the Ozarks, member of the First United Methodist Church in Clarksville, and a combat veteran in World War II in France, Germany and Austria. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, the European Theatre Ribbon and the Good Conduct Medal.
He was a former employee of the Southwest Times Record in Fort Smith and Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and in 1948, became the co-publisher of the Clarksville Herald Democrat.
He was preceded in death by one son, Agee Barnsley; and one daughter, Susan Barnsley Fisk.
Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Lois Agee Barnsley; two daughters, Lynn Momberger of Pensacola, Fla., and Mary Reece Martindale of Malabar, Fla.; and grandchildren, Mary Lynn Agee Fisk of Denver, Colo., and Kenneth William Martindale of Palm Bay, Fla.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at Highland cemetery in Ozark. Arrangements are under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.

William W. McGhee
William Wayne McGhee, 82, of Fayetteville, formerly of Clarksville, died Sunday, April 4, 2004, at Rochier Heights Nursing Center in Fayetteville.
He was born at Casa, the son of W. R. and Melvina Faulkner McGhee, member of Franklin Masonic Lodge No. 9 in Clarksville and the Church of Christ, retired 25-year USDA inspector and was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine McGhee.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary W. and Judi McGhee of Fayetteville; one daughter and son-in-law, Janis Kay and Jim Bowen of Monticello; two grandchildren and spouses, Jason and Jana McGhee of Russellville and Kristi and Brandon Massey of White Hall; and three great-grandchildren, Karleigh McGhee, Kade Massey and Zane Massey.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville with Rev. Brandon Massey officiating. Burial will be in Mount Comfort cemetery.

Walter G. Masterson
Walter G. (Bud) Masterson, 36, of De Queen died Sunday, April 4, 2004, at De Queen Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in a motorcycle-truck accident.
He was an active member of the De Queen Assembly of God Church, De Queen postmaster, veteran of the U. S. Air Force, and grandson of the late Daniel J. Elam and the late Walter G. Masterson.
Survivors include his widow, Beverly Holt Masterson; three sons, Nathan Masterson, Andrew Masterson, and Josiah Masterson, all of De Queen; parents, James W. and Danna Elam Masterson of Knoxville; two sisters, Lisa Graves of Dallas, Texas, and Melissa Caldwell of Knoxville; one brother, Darrin Masterson of Clarksville; and grandparents, Wilma (Elam) and James E. Taylor and Esther Williams.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at Trinity Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Clarksville with Rev. Steven Woods and Rev. Edward Parsons officiating.
Burial will be in Knoxville cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Kevin Lee Krachey, 27, of Sparks, Nev., grandson of Harold and Dora Krachey of Coal Hill, died Monday, March 22, 2004, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nev.
A native of Truckee, Calif., he was a son of the late Randy Krachey and the late Debra Ellison; and was preceded in death by one sister, Trina Krachey; and an uncle, Clyde Ellison.

Kathryn Inez Stricklin, 80, of Hartman died Friday, March 26, 2004, in Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark.
She was a native of Hartman, daughter of the late Ed and Nina Lingar Nichols, widow of Manley Stricklin, member of Coal Hill First Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by two sons, Ralph and Dwight Stricklin.
Survivors are three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Herndon of North Richland Hills, Texas, Agnes Stricklin and Angel Rangel of Hartman, and Linda and Virgil Moffit of Alix; two sons and daughter-in-law, Elmer and Veryl Stricklin and Manley Stricklin Jr., all of Coal Hill; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, at the Coal Hill First Baptist Church with Rev. David Qualls officiating.

Maxine Haley Bradley, 87, of Washington, N. C., formerly of Clarksville, died Saturday, March 27, 2004, in Washington, N. C.
She was a retired real estate sales employee, member of Second Baptist Church in Clarksville, where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years, member of the Order of Eastern Star, daughter of the late James Meeks and Clara Welch Haley, widow of Samuel A. Hahn and Cecil Bradley Sr., and was preceded in death by one son, Wade E. Hahn; one brother; four sisters; and one grandchild.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Marlene and Bill Farrior of Washington, N. C., and Venda and Lee Robinette of Hot Springs; one daughter-in-law, Julie Hahn of Salinas, Calif.; five stepsons and spouses, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil (Nadine) Bradley Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Edward (Priscilla) Bradley, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald (Lynn) Bradley, all of Clarksville, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne (Pat) Bradley of Russellville and Mr. and Mrs. Jack (B.
