Mona M. Townsend, 66, of Redfield, daughter of Alma Morris of Hartman, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at Baptist Health.
She was a retired registered nurse, Baptist, and daughter of the late J. H. Morris.
Other survivors include her husband, Jerry Townsend; two daughters, Patti Shannon of Knoxville, Tenn., and Gerry Reed of Redfield; one son, Tim Cooper of Pasadena, Texas; three sisters, Estaee Hook and June Moore, both of Arizona, and Linda Easter of Pelsor; one brother, Paul Morris of Jacksonville; and two grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Friday, July 30, at Hartman Baptist Church with Rev. Grady Glass officiating.
Burial was in Hartman cemetery under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Nephews served as pallbearers.
Peggy B. Urtado
Peggy Bernice Urtado, 49, of Clarksville died Wednesday, July 28, 2004, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of the Cornerstone Full Gospel Church, daughter of the late Alfred and Bertha Johnson Bruton and was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Alfred Bruton.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Urtado; one daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Jerry Christian of Clarksville; and three grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Mike Payne officiating. Burial was in Lamar cemetery.

Paul D. Williams
Paul Duane Williams, 62, of Clarksville died Monday, Aug. 2, 2004, at his home.
He was a son of the late Paul and Pauline Daisy Davis Williams, Army veteran with military honors, and retired Union Pacific Railroad transportation employee.
Survivors include three daughters, Paula Williams and Kaci Williams, both of Lamar, and Sherri Chronister of Clarksville; two sons, Lyndell Williams and Travis Williams, both of Lamar; one sister, Patty Johnson of Clarksville; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and companion, Connie Jaegers of Lamar.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Thurman officiating. Burial will be in Lamar cemetery.

Vola J. Montgomery
Vola Jaggers Montgomery, 88, of Clarksville died Friday, July 30, 2004, at Paris Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late Will and Josephine Rogers Davis, member of the Clarksville Church of Christ, retired beautician, and preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde Jaggers.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Montgomery; two sons, LeRoy Jaggers of Russell, Kan., and J. D. Jaggers of Buhler, Kan.; one sister, Sula Garrett of Clarksville; six grandchildren, Jamie Jaggers of Dallas, Texas, J. Mike Jaggers of Las Vegas, Nev., Jon Jaggers of Oklahoma City, Okla., Donna Davis of Sallisaw, Okla., Debbie Park of Clarksville, and Lisa Finch of Vinton, Iowa; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at the Clarksville Church of Christ with David Coats and John Ballard officiating.
Burial will be in Hogan cemetery under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.

Andrea Nicole Fancher
Andrea Nicole Fancher, 19, of Kingston died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan., from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was a student at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville where she was a member of the Lady Eagles basketball team.
She was born at Huntsville, member of Calvary Baptist Church in Huntsville, a 2003 graduate of Kingston High School where she received the geometry, American history, trigonometry and algebra II awards and was a member of the FCCLA and FBL for four years, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Science Club for three years and had served on the student council. She was captain of the junior high basketball team in the ninth grade and was named MVP, all-tournament, all-conference, and an all-state candidate in the 10th and 11th grades and was MVP, all-conference, all-district, and all-state in the 12th grade. She was the recipient of the National Honor Roll award and was listed in sy0cf1Who's Who Among American High School Students sy0cf1for four years. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Gregory Lyn Boyd in 2000.
Survivors include her father, Stillman Leon Fancher of Kingston; mother, Angela Kay Boyd of Kingston; one brother, Cameron Blake Fancher of Kingston; paternal grandmother, Ines Melinda Fancher of Dry Fork; maternal grandfather, John James Mitchell of Berryville; and fiance, Garrett Jason Matlock of Kingston.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville with Rev. Roy I. Cain officiating. Interment will be in the Liberty cemetery.

Danielle Rae Hunter
Danielle Rae Hunter, 14, of Ozark died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004, at Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark from injuries sustained following a two-vehicle accident on Highway 23 south when she was thrown from the bed of a pickup.
She was a native of Pine Bluff, student at Ozark Junior High School and a member of Altus Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her parents, Danny and Tammy Hall Hunter of Ozark; one sister, Amber Hunter of the home; two brothers, Danny Hunter Jr. and Tyler Hunter, both of the home; maternal grandparents, Sandra and Dennis Ashby of Lamar; paternal grandparents, Dean and Mary Hunter of Hartman; and great-grandmother, Wilma Lambert of Pine Bluff.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with Rev. Sammy Alverson officiating. Burial was in Highland cemetery at Ozark.

Lisa R. Tollison
Lisa Renee Tollison, 27, of Clarksville died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident on County Road 3348.
She was a Pentecostal and preceded in death by one sister, Lori Ann Gray.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse Tollison; one daughter, Britney Hogeland of Clarksville; four sons, Kyle Hogeland, Taylor Tollison, Payton Tollison, and Terry Tollison, all of Clarksville; parents, Jesse Wilson and Darlene Gray of Clarksville; three sisters, Rachel Schneider and Tina Gray of Clarksville, and Valerie Day of Lamar; and four brothers, Jesse Vance Gray, Falon Gray, and Billy Gray, all of Clarksville, and Mace Gray of Ozark.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Don Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Holman cemetery.

Larry Neal Varnell
Larry Neal Varnell, 59, of Paris died Thursday, Aug. 5, 2004, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Subiaco, son of the late Lee and Nettie Moore Varnell, used car salesman, and had worked at a cotton gin in England, Collinwood Grain Company in Kansas, and Chicago Bridge and Iron Company where he painted water towers. He was preceded in death by six brothers, William, Russell, Bobby, Leonard, Billie and Jerry Varnell, and one grandson, Everett Lee Varnell.
Survivors include his widow, Donna Rutherford Varnell; two daughters, Regina Trask of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Amanda Smith of Fort Dodge, Iowa; two sons, Ray Neal Varnell of Midway and Josh Edward Varnell of Dardanelle; three brothers, Curtis Varnell, Darrel Varnell and Danny Varnell, all of Midway; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, at Midway Assembly of God Church with Rev. C. L. Haston and Rev. James Hice officiating.
Burial was in Hickory Grove cemetery at Midway under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home.
