Tracy Leach
Tracy Lea Leach, 46, of Conway, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012. She was born Friday, June 17, 1966 in LaPorte, Ind. Mrs. Leach had an associates degree in Graphic Design, was an avid coupon saver and a faithful member of Rock Solid First Assembly of God Church in Conway. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
She was preceded in death by two uncles, Larry and Ronnie Bain. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, John D. Leach; a daughter, Chelsea Leach; her mother and father, Alice Arline Latham and William Ray Burns; five sisters, Lynn Annette Mathis (Warren Richard Walker), Michelle Lynn Freeman (Tom Freeman), Sharon Sue Bufford (Dennis Bufford), Carla Sue Nunn (Roy Nunn) and Kimberly Rae Bandy (Dietrich “Bub” Bandy); sisters-in-law, Joy Smith and Lisa Duke; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service was held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, at the Rock Solid First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Terry Davis officiating. Edward Perry
Edward Perry, 67, Clinton, born Oct. 11, 1944, in Clarksville, Texas, to parents, Burford Perry and Nora McMillian, passed away Aug. 28, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Edward is survived by wife, Jenny Perry; children, Mike Perry (Adrienne), Christopher Perry (Jessica), Geoff Perry (Courtney), Shelly Leigman (Asher), and Thomas Thompson (Kisha); one sister; one brother; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Carlla White
Carlla Cozette White passed from this life on Aug. 25, 2012. She was the daughter of the late James and Allene Grissette.
Carlla is survived by her son Aaron (Tammy) Bess, of Ozark, Ala.; daughter Samantha (Eric) Shull, of Shirley, Ark.; granddaughter and caregiver Danielle Bess, seven additional grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She will also be greatly missed by her loving fiance James Harrison of Summit, Ark.
A family celibration of Carlla’s life will be held at the family home in Summit on Sept. 8, just before sunset. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway.
William Ticer
William Roger Ticer, 51, of Conway, born Feb. 11, 1961, in Selma, Ala., to father William Glen Ticer and mother Virginia Gray, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012. After a long, courageous and brave battle with cancer, his Lord and Savior has taken Bill to his eternal home. God is faithful. Bill was a member of Pee Dee Baptist Church. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Virgil Ticer, and his maternal grandparents, Rodgers and Mary Gray. Bill is survived by his wife, Marie Ticer; his parents, Glen Ticer of Harrison and Virginia Rodgers of Clinton; and his children, Jamie M. Ticer, Jennifer D. Ticer, and Casey Ticer. He is also survived by his brother, Robert and wife Joann Ticer; Joe T. Rodgers; and paternal grandmother, Mildred Wheeler.
Visitation was Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Pee Dee Baptist Church, Clinton. Funeral Service was 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Pee Dee Baptist Church. Interment was at Clinton cemetery in Clinton, Ark.

Jeffrey Green
Jeffrey Thomas Green, age 52, of Greenbrier, Ark., passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at John McClellan Veteran’s Hospital in Little Rock. Jeff was born in Dallas, Texas, on Aug. 12, 1959, to Thomas Roy and Mayrn Estelle Bratcher Green. He joined the United States Marine Corps in May of 1978, serving until 1982. He was a rifle marksman and trained in hydraulics and aviation structure mechanics. Jeff enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Buford Lee Crawford Sr. He is survived by his sister, Betty Joyce Green Coffman and her husband Jerry of Dallas, Texas, sister Carol Ann Green Crawford of Bee Branch, Ark., brother Douglas Roy Green and wife Nancy also of Bee Branch, sister Linda Estelle Green Knopp and husband Jackie of Fairfield Bay, Ark.
Memorial services were held Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Project Restoration Church in Greenbrier, Ark. The service was officiated by Bro. Kirk Hardy. The family has requested that donations be made to the Wounded Warriors’ Project fund set up at First Service Bank in Jeff’s honor.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Arkansas Hospice and the doctors and nurses at CAVHS for the care given to Jeff and the compassion shown to his family and friends over the duration of his illness.

Robert MacAdam
Robert Vernon MacAdam, 89, Gadsden, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2012. He was born in Watertown, N.Y., Aug. 24, 1922. Robert was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. preceded in death by his parents, William and Salina Mae MacAdam, brother Dick MacAdam, sister Jean Rockefeller, and wife Martha MacAdam. He is survived by his son David MacAdam, daughter Penny Smith, 10 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A private memorial was held at his home Friday.
William Clark
William Onvia Clark, 90, of Clinton died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012. He was born March 8, 1922, in Shirley to the late F.M. and Linda Clark. Bill was a Baptist and served in the Navy during WW II and in the Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frankie, and six siblings. Survivors are a brother and sister.
Funeral was Aug. 27, 2012, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. Burial was at Bradley cemetery.
James Maxwell
James R. Maxwell, age 18, passed away May 15, 1975, off the coast of Cambodia, while serving his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict. He was born Feb. 20, 1957, in Memphis, Tenn., a son of William “Lindbergh” and Ula Mae Louise Maxwell.
PFC Maxwell was involved in the Mayaguez Incident in 1975, in which a Marine Corps helicopter was shot down off the coast of Cambodia. After many years of extensive military effort, PFC Maxwell and others remains were located at various times over the past few months.
Current survivors include his brothers, Paul and Gary Maxwell, and sisters Patricia Cates and Janie Estes, all of Center Ridge.
Funeral services with Full Military Honors will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at Mountain View Missionary Baptist Church with Chaplain Dave Mobray officiating. Alex Corning
Alexandra “Alex” Brie Corning, 15, of Morrilton, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012. She was born Aug. 27, 1996 in Russellville. She was a 10th-grader at Sacred Heart Catholic School. She was a member of the Jr. Beta Club and People to People Ambassadorship.
Survivors include her father Cecil Corning and wife Susan of Morrilton; mother Stephanie Davis Williams and husband Chris of Bigelow; four sisters, Erin Corning, Jessica Johnson, Jennifer Johnson and Sidney Williams; brother, Austin Williams; grandparents Adelia Corning of Clinton, Glen and Jan Davis of Morrilton; aunts Carol Corning of Clinton, Jean Shertz of Jefferson City, Mo., and Connie Carrington of Russellville; and uncles David Corning of Conway, John Corning of Bee Branch and Terrell Corning of Marionville, Mo. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Jasper Corning and uncles, Ben and Edward Corning.
Funeral services were Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at Harris Chapel, Morrilton. Burial was at Lloyd cemetery near Bee Branch.
Kermit Jennings
Kermit Jennings died this past Tuesday, Aug. 21 2012, at Ozark Medical Health Center in Clinton, Ark. He was born at England, Ark., on Nov. 11, 1931, the son of Charles Jennings and Marie Williams Jennings who preceded him in death. He was 80 years of age and a resident of Clinton. He was a veteran.
Mr. Jennings is survived by two sons, Charles Jennings of Sheridan, Ill., and Ray Jennings of Clinton, Ark.,, and four daughters, Nina Marie Jennings of Somonauk, Ill., Shearmalien Brewer of Clinton, Lisa Linville of Clinton, and Teresa Ward of Guy, Ark. He is also survived by a sister, June Love of Clinton, 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Mr. Jennings was buried Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Huie cemetery in the Barrens Community of Van Buren County.
Earl Riddick
Earl Ballard Riddick Jr., 77, passed away Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, in Fayetteville. He was the son of the late Earl B. Riddick and Clara Lou Aron Riddick. He was a member of University Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
He was born Oct. 5, 1934, in Harlingen, Texas, and grew up in Clinton, Ark. After graduating from high school he attended the X-ray technologist training program at the University of Arkansas Medical School and worked for a year in Idabel, Okla. In 1954 he joined the Army for three years obtaining the rank of E-5. He then attended college at ASTC (UCA) in Conway where he graduated with a BS degree in chemistry and mathematics before going to graduate school in at the University of Arkansas Graduate Institute of Technology. He taught chemistry at ASTC for two years then entered medical school at the University of Arkansas Medical Science College. Following graduation he did a residency in Radiology at UAMSC. He retired from Northwest Arkansas Radiology Associates after 17 years and did Locum Tenens for four years before joining the staff at Fayetteville VA Hospital in 1994. He retired from there in 1999.
He was past president of the Washington County Medical Society and of the Washington Counter Cancer Society. He was a diplomat of the American College of Radiology and the American College of Nuclear Medicine. He had an interest in archaeology and for several years was an adjunct associate professor of anthropology at the University of Arkansas. He was a life master in bridge.
In 1964 he was lucky enough to be accepted in marriage by Kathlyn (Kathy) Ramsey. He loved her very much and they had a happy life.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Albert Riddick. He is survived by his wife, Kathlyn Ann Ramsey, and seven godchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Dr. H.D. McCarty officiating.

Ginger Buller
Virginia “Ginger” Whidden Buller was born Sept. 28, 1920, in California. She passed away on Aug. 17 at the Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne, Wyo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Buller; her parents; a brother Jack; and a sister Betty. She is survived by three children, Linda, David and Christine; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
After Lyle retired from Pacific Bell Telephone Co. and Ginger sold her beauty salon in Palmdale, Calif., the couple moved to acreage near Clinton, in the Alread area. While there, the couple made many friends. She will be remembered by many with her vegetable and flower gardens. Schraeders Funeral Home in Cheyenne was in charge of cremation arrangements.
