Golda Grizzle, 91, died July 7, 2009 at the Maples Nursing Home in Springdale. Golda was a patient of Circle of Life Hospice.
Golda was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-one years Lark Grizzle.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Llewellyn and husband Russell, four grandchildren, Debra Thompson and husband Jessie of Yuma, AZ., Robert Llewellyn of Bella Vista, AR, Tamra Hall and husband John of Simpsonville, S.C., Richard Llewellyn and wife Bonnie of Moses Lake, WA., eight great grandchildren, four great great-children and one half sister, Elwanda Garriston and husband Jim of Heber Springs, AR.

Elizabeth Jane (Betty) James
89 a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away July 7, 2009 at the City Hospital in Fayetteville. She was born March 14, 1920 at Lawrence, Kansas, the daughter of Otto H. and Mildred Curd Dreher.
She was a member of the Lincoln Church of Christ. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Raleigh, three sons, Gerald, Robert and Richard James, one grandson, Keith James, one sister, Helen Dreher.
The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
Survivors include three grand-daughters, Debra Canada of Lincoln, Arkansas, Dianne Dozier of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Dawn Douglas of Fayetteville, Arkansas; nine great-grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren; one half-brother, Don Dreher of Omaha, Nebraska;
Funeral Service will be held Friday July 10, 2009 - 1:00 P.M. at the National cemetery Pavilion in Fayetteville, with Bruce Potter officiating. Interment will follow in the National cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Dozier, Jack Douglas, Matthew Canada, Clayton Canada, Allen Roe and Joe Roe.

Glenda Sue Tiroff
73, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away July 22, 2009 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born May 3, 1936 in Horacio, Arkansas.
Glenda will always be remembered by her big laugh and endless smile and her love for her family.
Survivors include two sons, Tony Curry and Mark Curry both of Lincoln, Arkansas; one daughter, Suzie Kyle of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother, Bill McMillen of Tukwilla, Washington; one sister, Betty Riddle of Lincoln, Arkansas; three granddaughters, Sheila Brewer, Mandi Leming and Alicia Pershall all of Lincoln, Arkansas; one grandson, John Brown of Paris, Texas; nine great grandchildren, Justin Brewer, Sydney Brewer, Sterling Morphis, Lincoln Morphis, Cason Pershall, Jalen Pershall, Evelyn Brown, Brendan Brown and Allison Brown.

Harold E. Pharr
Harold E. Pharr, 83, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord on July 25, 2009 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born July 9, 1926 in Bush Valley, Arkansas, the son of William Shannon and Hazel Ella Ferguson Pharr.
He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, Arkansas, where he served as a Deacon. Harold was a World War II veteran, serving in the United States Navy on the USS President Adams and was a member of the American Legion. Harold enjoyed swimming, gardening and spending time with his three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William Shannon Pharr.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Betty Marrs Pharr of the home; one son, Gene Pharr and his wife Cindy of Lincoln, Arkansas; one daughter, Joyce Bradley and her husband Ed of Lincoln, Arkansas; one brother, Wayne Pharr and his wife, Merlyn of Lincoln, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Brian Bradley and his wife, Kelley, Daniel Bradley and his wife, Brooke and Jennifer Pharr; four great grandchildren, Madalynn Bradley, Marylauren Bradley, Bryce Bradley and Bryley Bradley.

Jimmie Wayne Sturdy, 53, a resident of Mohave Valley, Arizona, passed away on July 24, 2009 in Mohave Valley, Arizona. He was born October 29, 1955 the son of Jeff and Ethel Kendrick Sturdy.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Billy and Carlos Sturdy.
Survivors include one son, Edan James Sturdy of California; one sister and brother in law, Connie and Rick Smith of Morrow, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews, Chris and Tim, Cody and Angel, Clint and Jeanne, Patience Mariah and Ross; many dear friends along the West Coast.
A grave side service was held at the White Rock cemetery in Dutch Mills, Arkansas.
Eleanor Remington
80, a resident of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away July 4, 2009 in Bentonville. She was born July 24, 1928 at Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of James Frank and Etta Estella Wilson Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Grover Hamilton, J.W. Hamilton and Loyd Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband, Hugh Remington of the home; one son, Paul Remington of West Fork, Arkansas; one daughter, Barbara Johnson of Rogers, Arkansas; two sisters, Faye Remington and Nona Richie both of Prairie Grove Arkansas; six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Monday July 6, 2009 - 3:00 P.M. Luginbuel Chapel Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with L.V. Vickery officiating. Visitation will be before the service. Interment will be in Prairie Grove cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons.

84, a resident of Greenland, Arkansas, passed away July 15, 2009 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born March 31, 1925 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Ora Everett and Minta Hazel Jones McClelland.
Maurine was member of the Living Faith Church of Fayetteville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dee Lee, one brother, Kenneth McClelland and one sister, Edna Drain.
Survivors include one son, Tommy Lee and his wife Sue, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; two grandsons, Trey Lee and wife Danielle of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Tim Lee and wife Kenna of Springdale, Arkansas; four great grandchildren, Parker Lee, Adrien Lee, Ava Lee and Colton Lee; one sister, Betty Farmer of Prairie Grove and one nephew, Bob Lee of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

26 a resident of Colcord, Oklahoma, and a former resident of Lincoln, went to be with her Lord July 27, 2009 at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born July 4, 1983 at Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Zell and Barbara Burrows Goolsby Jr.
She was a member of the New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church near Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Tara graduated from Lincoln High School in 2001, and obtained her LPN degree.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Zell Goolsby Sr.
