CLARKSVILLE -- Frieda E. Fenske Groen, 89, of Knoxville died Thursday, March 2, 2000.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church at Redwood City, Calif., and was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Anna Ohrmund Hintz; two husbands, George Groen and Robert Fenske; and three brothers, Elmer, Ruben and Roy Hintz.
Survivors include three sons, Gene Robert Fenske of Knoxville, Jerry Leroy Fenske of Dallas and Russell Fredrick Fenske of Knoxville; two daughters, Norma Fenske Groen of Knoxville and Patricia Fenske White of South Dakota; four sisters, Ella Miller, Ida Fenske and Leona Backstrom of Nebraska, and Anita Nelsen of Wyoming; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at Howser-Fillmer Chapel at Norfolk, Nebraska. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park at Norfolk.
Local arrangements are by Roller-Cox Funeral Service.

Wayne Gregory
MORRILTON -- Wayne Gregory, 68, of Cleveland died Monday, May 8, 2000.
Born June 5, 1931, at Fort Douglas, he was the son of the late Albert and Norma Bowan Gregory, a self-employed truck driver, an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Falling Water Church.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Mason Gregory; two sons, Darrell Gregory and his wife, Tina, of Hartman and Doyle Gregory and his wife, Connie, of Morrilton; three daughters, Denise Gregory of Hattieville, Carol Robison and her husband, Jerome, of Cleveland, Tenn., and Mary Price of Russellville; two brothers, Harold Gregory of Dover and Shelby Gregory of Walnut Creek, Calif.; two sisters, Fredia Dotson of Russellville and Juanita Fields of Atkins; and nine grandchildren, Charles Steele, Darrell Gregory, Raven Gregory, Josieane Robison, Jerome Robison, Jessica Robison, Jade Robison, Brett Price and Dustin Price.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Harris Chapel by the Rev. Lester Chisum and the Rev. Bob Chisum. Burial will be in Vinson Chapel by Harris Funeral Service.
Pallbearers include Charles Steele, Darell Gregory, Jerome Robison, Marty Gregory, John Mason and Ricky Emerson.
David Yarbrough
CLARKSVILLE -- David Wayne Yarbrough, 39, of Oark died Friday, May 5, 2000, at Hampton.
Survivors include his father, Daniel Wayne Yarbrough and Sue Yarbrough of Oark; his mother, Elli May Cagle of Ozark; and four brothers, Randy Yarbrough of Oark, Mike Yarbrough of Lamar, Danny Cagle of Clarksville and Richard Cagle of Ozark.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sherman Cemetery at Oark by the Rev. Robert Boen. Burial will be by Roller-Cox Funeral Service.

Edward Floyd
Edward Coleman Amo Floyd, 81, of Sallis, Miss., father of Ann Russell of Dardanelle, died Sunday, May 7, 2000.
He was born Aug. 18, 1918, in Attala County, Miss., to Will and Edna Allen Floyd, and was retired expediter for Superior Coach and a member of Sallis Methodist Church.
Other survivors include his wife, Carolyn Farrell Floyd; a son, John Floyd of Brandon, Miss.; a sister, Odell Shealey of Adel, Ga.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral was Tuesday at Nowell Funeral Home at Kosciusko, Miss. Burial was in Sallis Cemetery.
Dax Taylor
Dax Taylor, 27, of Austin, Texas, grandson of Max and Mary Taylor of Russellville, died Tuesday, May 9, 2000.
He is the son of Larry and Tish Taylor, former residents of Russellville.
Funeral arrangements will be announced.
Ilene Confer
Memorial service for Ilene Rose Confer, 63, of Russellville, who died Monday, May 8, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Free Will Baptist Church by the Rev. Phil Bozeman.
The body was cremated. Arrangements are by Humphrey Funeral Service.
Joe Parker
DARDANELLE -- Joe F. Parker, 64, of Dardanelle died Monday, May 8, 2000, at Saint Marys Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 4, 1935, at Delaware (Logan County) to James Franklin and Pearl Mae Roberts Parker, he was retired from the Arkansas Highway Department and a member of Centerville Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Parker.
Survivors include his wife, Janelle Johnson Parker; a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and John Woodson of Dardanelle; a brother, James Parker of Pottsville; five sisters, Lillie Mae Parker of Perryville, Jessie Yarbrough of Danville, Betty Miller of Wisher, La., Wilma Heflin of Russellville and Marie Roberts of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a half-sister, Genevia Cammeron of Paris; two grandchildren, Amy Marshall and her husband, Tim, and Adam Case of Dardanelle; and a great-grandchild, Chance Marshall of Dardanelle.
Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Centerville Church of Christ by Steve Sorrells. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Service.

C.W. Jarvis
C.W. Jarvis, 55, of Tilly, formerly of Sarepta, La., died Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at Baptist Medical Center at Little Rock.
Born Aug. 3, 1944, at Springhill, La., he was the son of the late Cedric and Sammie Lane Sistrunk Jarvis, a graduate of Northwestern State University at Natchitoches, La., and a senior sales representative for the Merial Merck Company.
He was a Mason, a member of Chuckwagon Cookoff Association, Arkansas Cattlemens Association, and an elder at Welcome Home Church. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia VonDameck and Sharon Jarvis.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy L. Tackett Jarvis; three daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Aaron Lazarus of Oceanside, Calif., Ashley and Brent Lee of Jerusalem, and Jinjer and Glen Todd of Loris, S.C.; a brother, John Jarvis of Sarepta, La.; five grandchildren, Mickinzi and Lucchese Joyner, and Karson, Paige and Parker Lee; an aunt, Marie Adams of Bastrop, La.; a nephew; and two nieces.
