Arthur Jack Rollinson, 71, of Payson, died Sept. 25, 2003. He was born July 13, 1932 in Vinton, Iowa.
Mr. Rollinson was a resident of Phoenix since 1951. He worked in the construction field as an estimator, surveyor, and in management in the Phoenix area. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 428 since 1973.
In 2000, he and his wife retired to Payson.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Rollinson of Payson; daughter, Kay Brownridge of Phoenix; sons, Bradley Rollinson and Joseph Rollinson, both of Phoenix; two granddaughters; and sister, Maxine Sauer of Phoenix.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4 at Messinger Payson Funeral Home, 302 W. Aero Drive in Payson.

Robert Dowell, 54, of Payson, died Nov. 16, 2004. He was born Oct. 9, 1950 in Tehachapi, Calif.
He served with honor in the Vietnam War from 1970 to 1972.
He attended Payson Christian Church.
His talent and creativity touched the lives and hearts of many people.
Mr. Dowell is survived by special friend, Margie Menear and her family; his daughter, Blythe (Renn) Lett of Temecula, Calif.; brother, Abel (Mindee) Dowell of Napa, Calif.; grandsons, Taylor and Nicolas Lett; extended family and friends; Blythe's mother and stepfather, Leslie and David Leyva, Perris, Calif.; sister-in-law, Madison West, Philadelphia, Pa.; William and Leona Edwards, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Gary and Merrilee Edwards, Moreno Valley, Calif.; Judy and Ken Taylor; Sandy Oregon and Lydell Hall, Perris, Calif. along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Bob R. Dowell Sr. and his brothers, Nicholas and Salvadore Dowell, all of California.
A private memorial will be held Dec. 4 in Riverside, Calif.
