Ocie S. Frazier, 88, of Payson, died Sept. 28, 2003. She was born Feb. 11, 1915 in Calhoun County, W. Va.
Mrs. Frazier was a homemaker. She was a member of Payson United Methodist Church, and was a resident of Payson for 10 years.
She is survived by her sons, Forrest E. Frazier of Payson and Ralph E. Frazier of Santa Rosa, Calif.; sister, Olena Remmy of Belpre, Ohio; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held.

Hiram Cecil Coats

Hiram Cecil Coats, 90, died Feb. 7, 2004 in Payson. He was born July 29, 1913 in Pekin, Ill.
Mr. Coats had lived in Arizona since 1948.
He was a member of the Methodist Church in Glasford, Ill.
Survivors include his wife, Beulah of Payson; sons, Wendey of Mesa, Harold of Surprise, and Reggie of Hawaii; sisters, Eunice Melsay, Colleen Weese, Ila Faye Tuttle and Margaret Jean Morris, all of Illinois; brothers, Owen and Dennis, both of Illinois; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Verna Asbdell Coats; sisters, Maxine Murphy and Lela Williams; and brothers, Kenneth, Ronald and Virgel Coats.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
Arrangements were handled by Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
Marilyn Cenovich

Marilyn Cunningham Cenovich, 62, of Payson, died June 18, 2000, in Payson.
She was born to Dan Cunningham and Louise Brimhall Cunningham Aug. 12, 1937, in Winslow, Ariz. and grew up in Gallup, N.M. She graduated from Gallup High School in 1955. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Rainbow, and she was awarded First Class, the highest honor in Girl Scouts.
She graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1959. She received a BA in English and minored in speech and secondary education. At BYU she was an active member of the Fidelas Social Unit, Spurs, Y Calcares Honorary Society; Alpha Lambda Delta, Honorary Scholastic Achievement Sorority and Lambda Iota Tau, honorary literary fraternity. She also was the poetry editor for Wye Magazine, member of the University Women's Chorus and the University Press Club.
She was a teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. On June 20, 1964, she married John Cenovich, of Omaha, Neb. at Saint Catherine of Siena Church in Reseda, Calif.
Mrs. Cenovich lived in Cerritos, Calif. for 27 years. She was a member of the John F. Kennedy Elementary PTA, den mother of Cub Scout Pack 526, leader of Brownie Troop 365 and Girl Scout Troop 221. She was an active member of the Cerritos-Artesia United Methodist Church as a Sunday school teacher, pianist, organist and choir member.
Survivors include her husband, John, of Payson; one son, Mark David Cenovich of Santa Clarita, Calif.; and one daughter, Susannah Louise Cernojevich of Washington, D.C.
Memorial services were held Thursday, June 22 at the Cenovich residence.
