Dr. Kelvin S. Danielson

Dr. Kelvin S. Danielson, 54, of Payson, died suddenly Friday, Dec. 24, 2004, at his vacation home in Telluride, Colo. He was born Feb. 3, 1950, in Fargo, N.D.
He grew up and received his education in Borup, Minn., where he graduated from high school in 1968. He graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. in 1972, and received his master's degree from Colorado State University. He received his medical degree at Mayo Medical School in 1982. He interned in Colorado. His residency and fellowship were at the University of Arizona Hospital in Tucson.
Dr. Danielson practiced radiology in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Scottsdale, Ariz. and currently in Payson, Ariz.
Dr. Danielson is survived by his wife, Allyson, his two sons, Tyler and Bryce; parents, Henry and Marie Danielson, Moorhead, Minn.; brother, Kim (Susie) Danielson, Marengo, Ill.; and sisters, Galyn (Dr. Marvin) Ugland, Fargo, N.D., and Trona (Mark) Miller, Eden Prairie, Minn.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 29 at Valley Presbyterian Church, 6947 E. McDonald Dr., Scottsdale.

Roy M. Hudson, 78, of Payson, died Dec. 24, 2004. He was born Feb. 2, 1926 in Childress, Texas.
Mr. Hudson's nickname "8" was after the "straight eight" engine Chevrolet installed in their Hudson model. He was associated with General Motors since 1946, worked with the parts division in Tucson and Albuquerque; and then with Chevrolet in Phoenix before moving to Globe.
Through the Chevrolet incentive program, Mr. Hudson had taken two trips to Hawaii, one trip to Mexico City and Acapulco, and a Caribbean cruise.
Mr. Hudson retired as parts manager with Cobre Valley Motors in 1983, and then moved to Payson.
He was a lifetime member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. He loved gardening, fishing, golf, hunting and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Hudson of Payson; stepdaughter, Mary Lou Kellogg; stepson, Norman I. Kellogg; nine step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
No services will be held.
