Jean H. Puff, 66, of east Mesa, died Monday, July 21, 2003, in Mesa. Mrs. Puff was born in Ireton, Iowa. She is survived by her husband Robert; daughter Kim Stickel; son Robert; brothers Marvin and Darwin Zutenhorst and three grandchildren. Lulu Luebben, 97, of east Mesa, died Tuesday, July 23, 2003, in Mesa. Mrs. Luebben, a retired receptionist, was born in Milwaukee, Wis. She is survived by her daughter Luell Jackson; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Mountain View Memorial Gardens Mortuary handled arrangements.
Leroy D. Wacker, 72, Surprise, died July 12, 2003. He was born in Norfolk, Neb. and moved to Arizona in 2000. Mr. Wacker was a claims specialist for State Farm, a volunteer for Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital and a member of Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City West. He also served the U.S. Navy in Korea. Mr. Wacker is survived by wife, Wilma; daughters, Joy Cline, Susan Albue, Christina Bejot and Joanne Voeglaer; sons, Jay and Joey Wacker; sister, Ann Rap/; brother, Donald Wacker and five grandchildren. Mann Burton of Sun City died July 14, 2003. He was 89. Originally from Kentucky he was a retired banking administrator. He is survived by his daughters, Deanna Wise and Marita Mann; and a sister, Marita. Best Funeral Services and Chapel.
Caryl LaVonne Ferguson of Sun City West died July 15, 2003. She was 75. She was born in Oldham, S.D., and came to Arizona in 1994 with her husband, Bill. Additional survivors include her sons Steve McMartin of Issaquah, Wash., Bru McMartin of McKinney, Texas, and Gary McMartin of Mesa, Ariz.; daughter, Lesley Bate of Des Moines, Iowa; 16 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers and one sister. Ralph Duncan of Sun City died July 9 , 2003. He was 85. Originally from Wisconsin, he was a store manager at J.C. Penney. He is survived by his wife, Margaret. Menke Funeral Home.
Eldon Scoutten of Sun City West died July 4, 2003. He was 93. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the vice president of personnel for Maytag Co. He is survived by his wife, Lucille. Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services.

Edward Redder of Sun City died June 23, 2003. He was 80. Originally from MIchigan, he worked as an electrical engineer. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie, his son, Gary, a brother, a sister and several nieces and nephews. Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services.
