COURTNEY PAGE ZILLMAN - Courtney Page Zillman, 4, entered heaven on November 25, 1999, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her parents, Kathy and Jerry Zillman; sister, Jenna; maternal grandparents, Mary Ellen and Michael J. Deir; paternal grandfather, Robert L. Zillman of Fairfield, IA; aunts, Sandy Baine of La Jolla, CA and Donna K. Zillman; uncle, John Deir; cousin, Aaron Deir. Also survived by extended family and friends.
Courtney will forever be loved and remembered by the many people whose lives she touched in her four short years. A Celebration of Courtney's Life will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 1999, at 2:00 p.m. Northminster Presbyterian Church (Ft. Lowell @Tucson Blvd.) In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the following places where Courtney loved to go:

COVIELLO, Elaine G., 84 of Tucson joined our Lord on November 27, 1999. Elaine was born Danbury, CT. on March 16, 1915 and moved to Tucson in 1957. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce (Byron) Boyd; son, John, granddaughter, Jennifer (David) Wittke; 3 great grandchildren, Jonathan, Susan & Matthew all of Tucson. sister, Eva (Carl) Prenci of Plano, TX., brother Charles (Gladys) Gillotti of Mesa, AZ; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Elaine was a warm loving person who opened her heart and home to many people and was known for her ever present sense of humor. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Memorial services will be Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1401 S. Kolb.

CRADDOCK, Dozier Leggett, 82, died November 25, 1999. Husband of Olive L. Craddock; father of Laurie (Andy) Sojka, Kenneth (Cherie) Craddock and Robert Craddock. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive. Memorial service 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 2, 1999 at the Salvation Army, 1001 N. Richey Blvd. with Major Juvencio Utrea officiating. The family suggests donations, in Dozier's name, be made to The Salvation Army, 1001 N. Richey Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85716. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

GEEHAN, James, 76, of Tucson, died Wednesday, November 24, 1999. Survived by wife, Betty Geehan; children, Barbara (Floyd) Geehan-Wilson of Alexandria, VA, Janet (Kenneth) Hoffman of Alamo, CA and James Geehan of Oakton, VA; grandchildren, Andrew and Casey Elizabeth Hoffman of Alamo, CA. Mr. Geehan was a Board Member of the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Nature Conservancy, Arizona Chapter; St. Gregory Preparatory School, Foothills Forum, Graduate Club; and on the Advisory Board of Brown University Magazine. During his newspaper career, he also was a member of many professional and civil organizations, and was an avid fisherman and hiker. The family suggests any memorials be sent to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Alzheimers Assn. of So. Arizona, Nature Conservancy or St. Gregory School, in Mr. Greehan's memory. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 1, 999 at 3:00 p.m. in the Casas Adobes Congregational church, 6801 N. Oracle Rd., with Rev. Jay Plumlee conduct- ing services. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd.

HARBOUR, Rose Margaret, passed away on November 24th, 1999 at age 74. Her beloved husband, M.E. (Ray) Harbour as well as her sisters, Maria Jordan, Elizabeth Benigno, Augustine Fiandaca and brothers, Dr. P.M. Fiandaca and Samuel Fiandaca, preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister, Joseph M. Molinari; brother, Orland Fiandaca and daughters, Peggy Murray of Moraga, CA, Carrie Harvey of Yuma, AZ, and Patricia Emeigh of Littleton, CO, as well as eight grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rose Margaret was born on January 15, 1925 in Mt. Pleasant, PA to parents, Pasquale and Rosa Maria Fiandaca of Santa Caterina, Sicily. She moved to Tucson from Poughkeepsie, N.Y. in 1951. Upon her arrival she went to work at her brother Orlands 'Old Pueblo Savings and Loan' where she was an accounts supervisor. Upon her marriage to her husband, she became a partner in his business 'Ray Harbours Paint and Body Shop', where she worked for many years. Rose is dearly loved by family and friends who will miss her love, kindness and warm smile.
The first viewing will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday the 30th of November. The services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 1st of December with a viewing one hour prior in the chapel of EAST LAWN MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Road.

HATTIE 'ANN' KIGHT - Hattie 'Ann' Kight of Tucson, passed away November 24, 1999. preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Kight, and a son, Lonnie Darrell Kight. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by a daughter, Maurine Z. Snyder (David H.) of Tucson; six grandchildren, Charlotte Higgins of Tucson; Charles O. Boutin of Tucson; Leda Clark (James) of Albuquerque, NM; Lonnie Kight (Vicki) of Tucson; Sandi Haining (Ken) of Albuquerque; Russell Kight (Tamara) of Tucson; seven great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Armory Park Senior Center. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at the ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, (Dodge Chapel), 1050 N Dodge Blvd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Funeral Services to begin at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Phillip Irby conducting. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, (Dodge Chapel), at Speedway.

MIRANDA, Rita 'Tita' Trujillo. Rest in peace beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. passed away Saturday, November 27, 1999. A Tucson native, born on May 22, 1914, peacefully passed into the hands of the Lord in the presence of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernesto Miranda; brother, Juan Trujillo (Artimesa); sister, Lupe Bonillas; daughter-in-law, Elivia Miranda; grandson, Albert Miranda, Jr.; sisters, Maria Martinez, Sara Tadeo, Maria Antonia (Manny) Celaya.
She is survived by daughters and sons, Gloria Cruz, Pearl Miranda, Guillermo Miranda, Esther (Henry) Martinez, Sylvia (Julio) Robles, Albert (Toni) Miranda, Rudy (Virginia) Miranda.
She will be missed so very much. We love you, Mom.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 1999 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY, South Chapel, 240 S. OLDFATHER, Miles, Hensley, 72, of Benson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on November 25, 1999 in a hospice setting at his daughter's home in Tucson, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Bette (Garber) Oldfather; daughter, Kathleen Ann Oldfather; sons, Geoff and Craig Oldfather; sister, Elizabeth (Beth) Clough; two grandchildren, Brisa and Kyle Oldfather; sister-in-law, Loris Garber; and a host of nieces and nephews. preceded in death by parents, Orville and Ethel Oldfather; brother, Robert (Bobby) Oldfather; and sister, Clarice Clough.
He was born in Pima, Arizona February 9, 1927 and was an Arizona resident for 72 years. He was a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and a lifelong member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a medic.
He worked at Apache Powder Company from 1951 to 1989, beginning as a laborer and retiring as Acid Department Super- intendent. He went on to service on the AEPCO and SSVEC Boards, and as a magistrate pro tem for the City of Benson.
His family was his first concern, but his love and caring extended to many friends. His compassion for companion animals knew no bounds and he was the President of the San Pedro Valley Humane Society. He is dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 29, 1999 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Richardson's Benson Mortuary, 725 E 4th St., Benson. Services will be held Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Presbyterian Church, 590 S Huachuca St., Benson. Interment to follow at the High Street cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the San Pedro Valley Humane Society, P.O. Box 1088, Benson, Arizona 85602, attn: Walt Schmidt, Treasurer. RAMOS, Irene Matas, 57, died in a car accident October 31, 1999 in El Monte, CA. Survived by son, Rene 'David' Ramos of El Monte, CA; grandson, Gabriel Ramos of Las Vegas, NV; father, David G. Matas of Los Angeles, CA; sisters, Naomi (Frank) Alvarez of Tucson, Natalie (Edward) Laguna of Pico Rivera, CA, Christy (Frank) Jacques of El Monte, CA; brother, Bobby (Rosario) Matas of Las Vegas, NV, Martin Matas of Las Vegas, NV; nieces and nephews, Bettina and Stephanie Alvarez, Priscilla (Rey) Bussari, Carlos (Letty) Alvarez, Naomi (Carlos) Alvarez, Avron, Jessie Laguna, Frank, Vanessa and Vyola Jacques, Julian, Diane and Bobby Jr. Matas.

SEBRING, Janet Lee, 67, died November 27, 1999. Beloved wife of Howard Sebring; beloved mother of Leland (Kathie), Kent (Carol), David (Gina), Wayne, Daryl, and Dale (Cathy). Eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Graveside Service 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at TMP Southlawn cemetery, 5401 S. Park Ave., with Bishop Dan Goodman officiating. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

WALTER S. 'CHIP' STERN, JR. - Loving father, brother, uncle, and friend, joined God on November 23, 1999. Predeceased by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Walter S. Stern, Sr. Survived by son, Christopher; brothers, Michael and William (Kathy); Mr. and Mrs. William E. Stern and family and many loving cousins.
Walt graduated from the University of Arizona in 1979 in Political Science. He then became a real estate broker. Later, he opened the popular coffee house and bookstore, ‘Milagro' and developed the center where it was located.
Walt loved life and he will be missed by his family and all those he touched.
Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Philips in the Hills Episcopal Church, 4440 N. Campbell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Compass Healthcare, Inc.

FEDERICO L. 'FREDDY' CARRILLO III, age 31, born April 18, 1968 in Tucson, was called to Heaven by our Heavenly Father, November 27, 1999. He leaves a loving mother, Delia L. Carrillo, her companion, Frank; a loving father, Federico R. Carrillo, Jr. (Barbara); two sisters, Santa Lopez (Tony) and Angelmarie; two children, Michael 12, and Sabrina 4; mother of his children, Tanya; fiance, Rosalinda, her two children; Nana Carrillo; three nephews, Enrique, Alex and Santiago Lopez; aunt, Victoria Manzares (Tudy), New Mexico; uncles, Tony (Carmen), Ben (Isabel) of Tucson, John (Liz) of CA; aunts and uncles Leeths; many cousins and friends. Freddy will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you. We love you. MICHAEL JOSEPH DIAZ, JR. - His body succumbed at age 36 to Muscular Dystrophy on November 27, 1999. His spirit will live on in his songs and the hearts of his loving family: his wife, Jill; sons, Luke McKay, Adam McKay, Philip Cosper; mother, Sharon (John) Ely; father, Michael J. (Jeanne) Diaz, Sr.; sisters, Amanda Anby, Tina Diaz; brother, Joseph Diaz; special friends, Bill, Kevin; all his other relatives, friends, and caregivers. FALBA, Raymond Thomas Edward, 75, died November 27, 1999. Husband of Grace Falba; stepfather of Leon (Sandra) Baldwin of Concord, CA and Duane (Rosemary) Baldwin of Mt. Vernon, OH; several step- grandchildren also survive; son of Pauline Vandenberg; half-brother of Geraldine Barone and Robert Pakiela all of Kalamazoo, MI. He was preceded in death by his father George Falba and his sister Ruth. He retired as Analytical Chemist from Duval Mining in 1982. He was a decorated Navy Veteran of WWII and had served as usher at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church for many years. Raymond was a devoted husband and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30th at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL. Mass will be offered 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 1st at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1800 S. Kolb. GOURLEY, Ronald Robert, 80, died Friday, November 26, 1999 surrounded by his family at the University Medical Center. He was born in St. Paul, MN. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 and a half years, Phyllis; Robert Gourley of Tucson, Karen Gourley Lehman of Salem, MA and Geoffrey Gourley of Flagstaff, AZ; grandchildren, Justin Gourley, Adrian Gourley, Brendan Gourley, Jenna Antrim, Dane Antrim, Ivy Lehman, Phoebe Lehman, Daphne Lehman of Salem, MA; nieces include Marjory Colby, Dr. Arloa Neuman, Jeannie Thyren and Shelly Nixon. Nephew is Dr. Donald Eckels. Ronald Gourley was Dean of the College of Architecture at the University of Arizona from 1977 to 1987 and Distinguished Visiting Professor from 1988 to present. He was Professor of Architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design from 1953 to 1970, Instructor of Architecture at MIT from 1948 to 1953, Visiting Professor of Architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1952. He was winner of two National Honor Awards for Excellence in Design in Cambridge, MA. He served two years in Army at Headquarters in Cesserta, Italy. Burial will be on Martha's Vineyard in the family plot in Chilmark cemetery. Graveside services for immediate family. Celebration Services will be held in June in Chilmark and on Sunday, December 12 from 4:00 to 8:00 at the Gourley residence. He was much loved by his family, friends and students. Memorial donations may be made to the Ronald R. Gourley Award for Design Excellence at the College of Architecture. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY & cemetery.
