Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii. A fourth generation Arizonan, born in Douglas, AZ to Fernando Sr. and Aurora Dorame Munoz. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Villegas Munoz; children, Debra Ann (Kim) Webber, Therese Marie (Charlie) Munoz-Antonick, John Lawrence Munoz all of Tucson, Robert Anthony (Kimmie) Munoz of Bethany, MO; mother, Aurora (Munoz) Hernandez; brother, Hector D. (Patricia) Munoz of Tucson; and youngest brother, Fernando D. (Lynette) Munoz of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Carmen T. Munoz, Robert D. (Bobby) Munoz of Bethany, MO, Bodhi Robert Gonzales and David Robert Webber of Tucson; many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. preceded in death by father, Fernando V. Munoz; sister, Isabel Munoz Romero. Robert enlisted in the Army and served with the 101st Airborne Division after attending Menlo Park, Roskruge and Tucson High School. He was a 40 year member of the Brick Layers Local #3 in Phoenix, AZ. He was an avid outdoorsmen, honest, hardworking man, always with a smile and a kind word, and willing to help anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Visitation will be held at ARIZONA MORTUARY UNIVERSITY CHAPEL, corner of Stone & University Blvd., Tuesday, March 28, between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m., with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christina Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 29 at St. Cyril's Catholic Church, 4725 E. Pima. Burial will follow at Holy Hope cemetery.

ROCHA, Ernestina G., departed to be with the Lord on March 25, 2000. Born in San Xavier Mission, Tucson, Arizona April 8, 1914. Survivors include her daughters, Georgina (Ignacio) Villanes, Gloria (Ronnie) Miller, and Margarita Leon Cedillo, all of Tucson; one brother, Edmundo Garcia of Palmdale, CA. She had 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews from Tucson and California and many friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 27 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, March 28 at 9:00 a.m. with Rev. Gilberto Marez and Rev. Raymond Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow at South Lawn cemetery.

January 31, 1961 in New Brunswick, Canada and happily renewed their wedding vows January 31, 2000. Marvin was born in Chicago, IL and served four years in the US Air Force. He was employed by Hughes/Raytheon for 20 years. Marvin is loved and missed by all who knew him. He touched many lives with his kind heart, helpful hand and charming personality. Funeral Service 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 30 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5801 E. Grant Rd., with Pastor Kurt Grube officiating. MARVIN D. BOLLHOEFER, 75, of Tucson, AZ passed away on Sunday March 19, 2000 from a ruptured aneurysm. He was born March 1, 1925 to Fred and Ella Klein Bollhoefer in Melbourne, Iowa. He is survived by his beloved wife of almost 55 years, Ruby Bell Bollhoefer and sons: Terry L. (Karen) Bollhoefer of Campobello, SC; Ronald D. (Janine) Bollhoefer of Wheaton, IL; grandchildren, Scott, Joshua, Bethany and Suzanne; Scott's mother, E.M. 'Jill' Bollhoefer of Inman, SC; brother, Dale M. (Grace) Bollhoefer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; sister-in-law, Beverly Bollhoefer of Laurel, Iowa; five nieces, one nephew, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Virgil and Orville Bollhoefer, and sister-in-law, Alberta Strovers Bollhoefer of Laurel, Iowa; many uncles and aunts and several cousins.
Marvin and Ruby were married
June 11, 1945 in Newton, Iowa while Marvin was still in the US Navy and stationed in Corpus Christi, TX. having returned from a tour of duty in the Pacific during WWII. After his discharge from the Navy they lived in Laurel and Cedar Rapids, Iowa until moving to West Chicago, Illinois in 1965 where they lived until 1987. They traveled in their motor home during 1987 to 1992 until Marvin developed macular degeneration. They made Arizona their home in 1990 living in Benson, AZ eight years and in Tucson, AZ two years.
Cremation has taken place. Mr. Bollhoefer's final resting place will be in Newton Union cemetery, Newton, Iowa next to his wife's parents when his wife is buried. Memorial services will be held in Newton, Iowa at a later date. BRUMFIELD, Mildred Ruth, 76, died March 25, 2000. Survived by her children, John (Pam), Mike, Richard (Sandy) Brumfield and Sue (Bob) Obermeyer; grandchildren, Michelle, Shannon, Robert, Karin, Brian, Kimberley, David, Andrea, Rebecca, and Renee; great-grandchildren, Drew, Alex, Krystal, Kylie and Norbert. BUTLER, Melvin R. - Family and friends of Melvin R. Butler, born in Possum Trot, Kansas on October 30, 1914, mark his passing at 9:30 p.m. on March 24, 2000 with sorrow and reverence. In 1939 Melvin left Kansas for Arizona and, over the next 60 years, built a community of family and friends that remains his legacy and are bound by the love, humor, hard work and grit that marked his life. We are proud to be part of this legacy, united in honor and gratitude for his life.
Melvin is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Lucille and sisters, Minnie Bolton, Golda Hardy, Wanda Goode, Bonnie Gibb, and Wilva Thompson and brother, Deloyd. Also living his memory are his sons, Stephen and Michael; daughters, Sara Adams and Janice Bullock and her husband, David; and grandchildren, Kathryn, Rachel, Sean, Craig, Reid, John, Katie and Michael; and his great-granddaughter, Christina. He is preceded in death by his sister, Creola Dungan and his remarkable wife of 40 years, Virginia 'Ginny'.
A retired Southern Pacific Railroad engineer of 36 years, Melvin was also a 32 degree Mason and a member of the Catalina United Methodist Church. Melvin became the center point and backbone of an expanded family and an ever growing array of friends. His heartfelt and welcoming, 'Come in this house!' was one of the many ways that we all knew we were home.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on March 29, 2000 at the South Lawn Mortuary and cemetery, 5401 S. Park Avenue, Tucson, Arizona. Tributes may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Southern Arizona Chapter.
ENCINAS, Serafina M., 85, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away March 26, 2000. preceded in death by husband, Joe Encinas. Survived by family: Robert (Angelita) Monreal, Ramon (Maria) Monreal, Oscar (Bertha) Monreal, Raul Monreal, Jose Monreal, Frank (Barbara) Encinas and Arthur (Pam) Encinas. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Anna, Marty and Rachel Zilenski, Jimmy, Melanie and Noah Encinas, Raul Monreal, Jr., Jesus Monreal, Rosemary Monreal, Lisa Encinas, Bret Encinas and Robert Monreal, Jr.

Stone Ave., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered on Thursday, March 30, 2000, 9:00 a.m. at St. Augustine's Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Hope cemetery.
Serafina was a devout member of the Catholic Church and a member of the Guadalupanas. She was a friend to all and will be sorely missed.

JEAN ESTES died March 26th, 2000. She was born July 13th, 1918 in Pittsford, Michigan and was the last remaining member of her family.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill Estes, Sr. with whom she traveled the world; son, Bill (Shirley) Estes, Jr.; grandchildren, Bill III (KC), Joe (Laura), all of Tucson and Leah of Burbank, CA; great grandchildren, Kelly, Shannon, Bill IV, Zara and Zachary.
She and her husband moved to Tucson in July 1944 and founded Estes Homes in 1947. She was a long time and active member of the First Christian Church of Tucson, serving as State President of the Christian Women's Fellowship.
Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2000, 2:30 p.m. at First Christian Church, 740 E. Speedway with the Rev. Frankie Oliver officiating.
She was a woman of deep spiritual faith who passed that faith to her family whom she loved dearly.

DALE E. HEWITT, age 81, of Tucson, died March 25, 2000. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen M. Hewitt and his children and grandchildren. Dr. Hewitt received his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary in May of 1945. In May of 1968, he received his Doctor of Divinity from the College of Emporia in Emporia, Kansas. Serving churches in Oklahoma, Oregon and Illinois, he retired from Trinity Presbyterian Church where he served as an Associate Minister for many years. A member of Kiwanis International, he served as President of Tucson Kiwanis Club in 1963 and Lieutenant Governor in 1965. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Handmaker Hospice, P.O.
