KENNETH RAY MERSHON, SR.
Kenneth Ray Mershon, Sr., died Sunday Nov. 5, 2000 in Kingman. He was 62. Mr. Mershon was born Feb. 25, 1938 in Rocky, Okla. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He worked for Mohave County as the regional cook for the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center from 1985-1999.
Mr. Mershon is survived by; his wife, JoAnne Mershon of Kingman; two sons, Kenneth Mershon, Jr. of Kingman and Bill Moore of Zanesville, Ohio; three daughters, Tammy Capps of Orange, Calif., Wendy Campbell of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Catherine Moore of Kingman; one brother, Wayne Mershon of Kingman; two sisters, Delores Wiley of Ridgecrest, Calif., and Barbara Wells of Cordell, Okla.; one aunt; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Della and Leon Mershon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday Nov. 11, 2000 at 2:30 p.m. at Kingman First Assembly of God, 1850 Gates Ave. Pastor Dan Briles will conduct the service, which will include a special song presentation by Mr. Mershon's niece, Lisa McKeever.
NANCY JEAN MAXWELL
Nancy Jean Maxwell died Tuesday Nov 7, 2000 in Kingman. She was 65. Mrs. Maxwell was born Feb. 17, 1935 in Torrey, Utah. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. She also served as a volunteer at the ARC Thrift Shop.
Mrs. Maxwell is survived by; her husband, Larry Maxwell of Kingman; one son, Vernon Maxwell of Kingman; two daughters, Linnie Risolo of Chino, Calif., and Karen Cashon of Las Vegas, Nev.; five brothers, Ray Behunin of Lakeland Fla.; Kent Behunin of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Bob Behunin of Cedar City Utah, David Berry of Ivins, Utah, and Rex Berry of Tooele, Utah; four sisters, Phyllis Taber of Bridgeport, Calif., Edna McEwan of Provo, Utah, Nadine Mello of Kingman and Ila Rae Perrine of Cerritos, Calif.; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: one brother, Alvaro Behunin and her parents.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Bishop David Berry will officiate. Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.
IRENE SIMMS
Irene Simms died Saturday Nov. 11, 2000 in Kingman. She was 86. Mrs. Simms was born Nov. 8, 1914 in Maysville, Ky. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Kingman.
Mrs. Simms is survived by; three daughters, Norma Whitton of Kingman, Maxine Flowers of Phoenix, and Barbara Lohrey of Kingman; one sister Evelyn Kalb of Florence, Ky.; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Janice Tardiff.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Home. Funeral services will be held at the same location at 2 p.m. on Saturday Nov. 19, 2000. Pastor Thomas Paine will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Symmes Township, Ohio.
DOROTHY HELEN SAGER
Dorothy Helen Sager of Kingman died Thursday Nov 9, 2000 in Phoenix. She was 57. Mrs. Sager was born Sept. 9, 1943 in McCook, Neb. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Sager is survived by; one daughter, Eleanor Knoebel of Arvada, Colo.; one son, Richard Jernberg of Wheatridge, Colo.; one brother, John Dunbar II of Juliette, Ill., and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until noon on Wednesday Nov. 15, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be private. Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.
DAVID ALLEN RUNDLE
David Allen Rundle of Kingman died Monday Nov 6, 2000. He was 53. Mr. Rundle was born in Wisconsin. He lived in Kingman for more than 20 years, and he worked as a motorcycle mechanic.
Mr. Rundle is survived by; his wife Yvonne "Bunny" Rundle; two stepsons, Stacy Muchow and John Caldwell, both of Oklahoma; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by on stepdaughter, Donna Muchow.
A memorial gathering will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday Nov. 18, 2000, at 4867 Christy Drive.
ELIZABETH H. BROWN
Elizabeth H. Brown died Saturday Nov 18, 2000, at the Arizona Pioneers Home in Prescott. She was 89. Mrs. Brown was born May 11, 1911 in Warrensburg, N.Y. She was a registered nurse. She moved to Tucson in 1953 from Milwaukee, Wisc., then took a position at Mohave General Hospital in Kingman. She was active in the Prescott United Methodist Church.
She is survived by; three daughters, Jean M. Williams of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Mary M. Mackler of Manteca, Calif., and Anna H. Preisnere of Berry Creek, Calif.; one son, Don L. McStroul of Portland, Ore.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don in 1959.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday Nov 21, 2000, at the Arizona Pioneers Home in Prescott. Services will follow at 3 p.m.
WALTER L. RAYMOND
Walter L. Raymond died Saturday Nov. 18, 2000 in Kingman. He was 75. Mr. Raymond was born June 13, 1925 at Steam Rock, Iowa. He was an electrician who worked in the natural gas business. He had also worked for the Duval Mine, after moving to Mohave County from Iowa. He served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Mr. Raymond is survived by; his wife, Modine Raymond of Kingman, three daughters, Debbie Kuhlman of Golden Valley, Margo Tayriuen of Bartlesville, Okla., and Myrna Steinhoff of Kingman; one son Dewey Miner of Kingman; two sisters, Alice Franklin of Des Moines, Iowa, and Betty Hayungs of Rudd, Iowa; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and High 12, joined the Shriners Club, worked for the Kingman Area Food Bank as a volunteer, and he flew observation planes.
Visitation will be held Tuesday Nov. 21, 2000 from noon to 2 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2 p.m., also at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Robert Cutlipp. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman.

JOAN E. COMMISSO
Joan Elizabeth Commisso died Friday Nov 17, 2000 in Kingman. She was 64. Mrs. Commisso was born Dec. 21, 1935 in New Castle, Pa., and she moved to Kingman from Illinois. She was a homemaker and president of the Butler Sociables.
Mrs. Commisso is survived by; her husband, Joey Commisso of Kingman; four sons, Joey Commisso of New Castle, Pa., Ronny Commisso of Fullerton, Calif., Chris Commisso of Kingman and David Commisso of Kingman; a sister, Rose Marie Lastko of New Castle, Pa., a brother, Tony Fiello of Chicago, Ill.; three grandchildren; two nephews; and two nieces.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday Nov. 21, 2000, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Walt Roberts officiating. Sutton Crematory will handle cremation.
DEAN OLIVER WILDER, SR.
Dean Oliver Wilder Sr., of Peach Springs died Saturday Nov. 18, 2000, in Kingman. He was 38. Mr. Wilder was born Oct. 5, 1962 in Kingman, and he was employed as a welder.
Mr. Wilder is survived by; two daughters, Onawa Penass of Kenosha, Wis., and Miranda Stanley of Sells, Ariz.; one son, Dean Oliver Wilder, Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M.; two stepsons, Quentin Huskett and Lucan Jones, both of Albuquerque; four sisters, Darla and Olivia Wilder, Nadine Cordova and Angelina Wilder, all of Peach Springs; and two aunts.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Oliver Wilder; one sister, Joanna Wilder; one brother, Harlan Wilder, Jr., and one uncle.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. on Friday Nov 24, 2000 at the multi-purpose building in Peach Springs. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday Nov 25, 2000, also at the multi-purpose building. Burial will be in Peach Springs Cemetery.
