Genoveva Arenas Campbell
Genoveva Arenas Campbell died Sunday, September 12, 1999 in Kingman. She was 92.
Mrs. Campbell was born Jan. 2, 1907 in Samfordyce, Texas.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Campbell is survived by: three sons, Robert Garcia of Brownsville, Texas, Alfred Garcia of Chula Vista, Calif., and Tom Garcia of San Diego, Calif.; three daughters, Elizabeth Madrigal of Sylmar, Calif., Eva Tomlinson of Kingman and Elvira Wilson of Kingman; 21 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 14, 1999 at Sutton Funeral Home. Sutton Crematory handled cremation.
Memorial donations may be made to Special Care Hospice, 4055 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman, Ariz., 86401.

Manuel Frank Alvarado
Manuel Frank Alvarado died Sunday, September 12 , 1999 in Kingman. He was 85.
Mr. Alvardo was born on October 27, 1913 in El Paso, Texas.
He worked as a plant operator for the city of Kingman for 28 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Mr. Alvarado is survived by: six daughters, Rose M. Alvarado of Kingman, Margaret V. Alvardo of Phoenix, Linda D. Yeater of Colorado Springs, Colo., Frances E. Sroka of Tucson, Maria C. Scherer of Battle Mountain, Nev., and Virginia Ann Stearns of Phoenix; two sons, Manuel E. Alvarado and Paul Joseph Alvarado, both of Kingman; three brothers, Sylvester Alvarado of Kingman and George Snyder of South Kidmore, Texas; six sisters, Mercedes Styke of Seattle, Wash., Virginia Granados of Tucson, Theresa Atonto of Los Angeles, Calif., Delores Holliday of Carlsbad, Calif., Gloria Conte of San Jose, Calif., and Mary Lou Meins of Kingman; 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Elizabeth Alvarado.
Visitation will be begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 1999 at Desert View Funeral Chapel. Rosary will follow at 6 p.m. at the same location. Mass will be celebrated at Saint Mary's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 16, 1999.

Sarah Renee Cullison
Sarah Renee Cullison died Friday, September 10, 1999 in Kingman. She was 14.
Miss Cullison was born on July 8, 1985 in Kingman.
She was in the ninth grade at Kingman High School. Miss Cullison was a member of the KHS Freshman Pom Squad and the Southern Baptist Church.
Miss Cullison is survived by: her parents, Charles Raymond and Sherri Jane of Kingman; one sister, Namantha Cullison of Kingman; one brother, Raymond Cullison III of Kingman; grandparents, Ray Cullison Sr., Albert Morphew and Bobbie Morphew, all of Kingman; great-grandmother Agnes Phelps; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 1999 at First Southern Baptist Church. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Sarah Cullison Memorial Fund, Stockmen's Bank account No. 700-10-10151.

Marjorie Irene Wilson
Marjorie Irene Wilson died Friday, September 10, 1999., in Kingman. She was 68.
Mrs. Wilson was born September 26, 1930 in Lincoln, Ill. She worked as a school teacher until retirement. Following her retirement, she worked at the Tip Top Nursery for 11 years. She was a volunteer at the Kingman Area Food Bank and as a docent at the Bonelli House and the Mohave Museum of History and Arts.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by: her husband, Loren B. Wilson of Kingman; one daughter, Lucretia A. Fast of Vernal, Utah; one son , Larry P. Wilson of Mesa; one sister, Mary Joan Bird of Portland, Ore.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two aunts; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pauline Zimmer.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 25, 1999 at Grace Lutheran Church. Cremation was handled by Desert View Funeral Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, the Mohave Museum of History and Arts or to the Kingman Area Food Bank.

Sonny C. Noland
Sonny C. Noland died Friday, September 10, 1999 in Kingman. He was 68.
Mr. Noland was born Jan. 4, 1932 in Bingham Canyon, Utah. He grew up in Needles, Calif., and was a resident of that city and of Mohave Valley for 60 years. He lived in Kingman for four years.
Mr. Noland was retired from Pacific Gas and Electric. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Noland is survived by: his wife, Judy Noland of Cedar Hills; son Rory Noland of Laughlin, Nev.; and two grandsons.
A memorial luncheon will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, September 16, 1999 at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Kingman.

Evelyn P. Winn
Evelyn P. Winn died Sunday, September 5, 1999 in Kingman. She was 74.
Mrs. Winn was born on June 11, 1925 in Holtville, Calif., and moved from Rio Linda, Calif., to Kingman in 1994. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Winn is survived by: her husband of 38 years, Thomas Lavoy Winn of Kingman; son Anthony E. Ziganay of Salinas, Calif.; two daughters, Carole Cooper of Salinas, Calif., and Arleen Liscomb of San Antonio, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held in Monterey, Calif., in October.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Arizona Affiliate, Inc., or the National Kidney Foundation.

Harlan L. "Roy" Lant
Harlan L. "Roy" Lant died Saturday, September 4, 1999 in Kingman. He was 68.
Mr. Lant was born Feb. 11, 1931 in Gibbon, Neb. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the BPOE Elks No. 468 and a member of the Marine Corps Reserves.
Mr. Lant is survived by: one sister, Lola Shaw of Lincoln, Neb.; and three brothers, Lonnie Lant of Welch, Okla., Cecil Lant of Roswell, N.M., and Charles Lant of Prineville, Ore. He was preceded in death by: two brothers, Carol Lant in 1945 and Floyd Lant in 1995.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, 1999 at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, September 10, 1999 at Mountain View Cemetery. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to BPOE Lodge No. 468.

Barbara Williams
Barbara Williams died Sunday, September 5, 1999, in Kingman. She was 83.
Mrs. Williams was born May 21, 1916 in Missouri. She was raised in Kingman as an orphan. She worked as a hotel manager.
Mrs. Blair is survived by: husband Leo Williams; two grandsons; and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by son Tom Blair.
No services were announced. Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.

Virginia Mae Nixon Eads
Virginia Mae Nixon Eads died Saturday, August 21, 1999, in Kingman. She was 75.
Mrs. Eads was born October 6, 1923 in Wadsworth, Ohio. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kingman and was a Prayer Warrior at that church. She taught Sunday school to pre-schoolers.
Mrs. Eads is survived by: her husband of 54 years, Edward Eads of Kingman; one daughter, Cheri Ann Warner-Eads of Kingman; three sons, Ronald Dale Eads, Christopher Edward Eads, and Raymond Scott Eads, all of Kingman; one brother, Lawrence Eads of Medina, Ohio; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held October 6. The time will be announced by the family at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Kingman Cancer Center.

Ann A. Asher
Ann A. Asher of Dolan Springs died Thursday, September 2, 1999, in Kingman. She was 72.
Mrs. Asher was born September 5, 1926, in Bronx, N.Y., and had been employed as a service observer in the communications industry.
Mrs. Asher is survived by: one stepdaughter, Peggy Hamm of Dolan Springs; one stepson, Tommy Asher of Spokane, Wash.; and one sister, Mary Hamer of Dolan Springs; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 1999. at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairmount Memorial Park, Spokane, Wash.
