Michael D. Reid
Michael D. Reid died Thursday, August 5, 1999 in Phoenix. He was 17.
Michael was born on August 22, 1988 in Blythe, Calif. He came to Kingman from Blythe with his parents in 1982.
Michael is survived by: his father, Dennis Reid of Kingman; his mother, Deborah Shire; one brother, Anthony Shire; grandfather Verlin Reid of Kingman; grandmother Vera May Reid of Moequa, Ill.; grandfather Stephen Fitch of Eugene, Ore.; two uncles; one aunt; and stepmother Leann Norris. Funeral services are pending.
Beth E. Moulton
Beth E. Moulton died Saturday, August 7, 1999 in Kingman. She was 55.
Mrs. Moulton was born July 12, 1944 in Greenville, Ohio. She was a resident of Kingman since 1964.
She worked as a sales representative for Avon cosmetics company for 23 years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Kingman.
Mrs. Moulton is survived by: her husband, Larry Moulton of Kingman; one daughter, Trudy Rich of Kingman; one sister, Saundra Waalkens of Kingman; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by: one son, Ronald Moulton in 1982; one sister, Barbara Dumford in 1991; and one brother, Donald Bolenbaugh in 1968.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 12, 1999 at First Assembly of God. Sutton Crematory will handle cremation.
Howard Guild Harrison
Howard Guild Harrison died Thursday, August 5, 1999, in Golden Valley. He was 87.
Mr. Harrison was born Nov., 25, 1911, in Missouri. He worked on the Maui Island Naval Shipyard for 30 years as a Civil Service electrical engineer. He was an amateur radio operator and a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Kingman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Harrison is survived by: two daughters, Ruth Bedard of Rosemond, Calif., and Trina Harrison of Bullhead City; three sons, William Harrison Sr. of Golden Valley, Donald Harrison of Kingman, and William Harrison Jr. of Golden Valley; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Alice Margaret Bapple Harrison.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 10, 1999, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at noon Tuesday at Mountain View Cemetery.
James Raoul Montagne
James Raoul Montagne died Tuesday, July 27, 1999 in Dolan Springs. He was 72.
Mr. Montagne was born August 24, 1927 in Abbeyville, La. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a member of the Stan Kenton Band. He later graduated from the University of Oregon, and began an X-ray business.
Mr. Montagne is survived by: his wife, Pam Bertholy Montagne; three sons, James Montagne of Hemet, Calif., Christopher Montagne of Elk Grove, Calif. and Bradley Montagne of San Diego, Calif.; one daughter, Nicki Stewart of San Jose, Calif.; three stepdaughters, Missi Winter of Las Vegas, Richanne Caballero of Las Vegas and Michelle Martin of Ammon, Idaho; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Cremation and services were held in Las Vegas, Nev. A military service is planned in Bellinghham, Wash.
Melvin Joseph Pete
Melvin Joseph Pete died Wednesday, August 4, 1999 in Kingman. He was 81.
Mr. Pete was born on September 14, 1917 in Monroe, Mich.
He worked in dispatch for Great Lakes Trucking Company. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II; was a member of VFW Post No. 995 in Bitely, Mich.; and was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church in Kingman.
Mr. Pete is survived by: hiw wife, Nancy A. Pete of Kingman; one daughter, Carol Ann Dantzer of Toledo, Ohio; two sisters, Jeanette Russeu of La Salle, Mich., and Hazel Yenor of Monroe, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: one son, Richard Joseph Pete.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 6, 1999 at St. Johns United Methodist Church. Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.

James O. Eagan
James O. Eagan died Sunday, August 1, 1999 in Kingman. He was 83.
Mr. Eagan was born Jan. 25, 1916 in Marion, Wis. He was a farmer and a cowboy. He was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army and served during World War II. He was a member of the VFW Post No. 10386 in Kingman and American Legion Post No. 388 in Wisconsin.
Mr. Eagan is survived by: his wife, La Van Eagan of Kingman; three daughters, Peggy Eagan and Kathy Jones, both of Neshkoro, Wisc., and Ann Eagan of Flagstaff; one son, James P. Eagan of Phoenix; three sisters, Irene Bosz of Racine, Wisc., Mary Solchenberger of Neshkoro, Wisc., and Anabel Leonard of Vancouver, Wash.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Thursday, August 5, 1999, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, August 6, 1999 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Keith Blighton Sr.
Keith Blighton Sr., a Kingman resident, died July 13, 1999 in Van Nuys, Calif. He was 70.
Mr. Blighton was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He participated in "Operation Cross Roads" in the Bikini Atoll. He was a salesman and the owner of several businesses over his lifetime. He was a member of the Masons for more than 30 years.
Mr. Blighton is survived by: wife, Catherine; son, Keith E. Blighton of Kingman; three daughters, Stephanie Blighton, Glenda Tatge, and Debra Ilimelski, all of the Los Angeles area; sister, Maxine Shiffer of Panora, Iowa, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services were held.
Dorotha Emma Coon
Dorotha Emma (Coder) Coon, a former Kingman resident, died July 15, 1999. She was 87. Mrs. Coon was born on March 13, 1912 in Russell, Kan.
She marriage James Allen Coon, Sr., on March 14, 1932. Following their marriage, they lived and farmed in Kingman for several years before moving to Grimes, Calif., and then to College City, Calif. Several years later they moved to Vallejo, Calif., before settling in Yuma in 1972.
Mrs. Coon is survived by: three sons, James Jr., Clifton and Donald Dean; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Coon Sr., and son Wayne.
Funeral services were held on Monday, July 19, 1999 at Sunset Funeral Home in Yuma.
Lloyd Russell
Lloyd Russell died July 21, 1999 in Las Vegas, Nev. He was 70.
Mr. Russell was born April 9, 1929 in Pontiac, Ill. He moved to Kingman 20 years ago from Covina, Calif., and worked at a truck driver and salesman.
Mr. Russell is survived by two sons, Richard Russell and David Russell, both of Las Vegas.
A memorial gathering is planned at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 1999 at the ABC Restaurant on Andy Devine Ave. in Kingman.
Donations will be accepted at ABC and given to Nathan Adleson Hospice in Las Vegas.
William Dan Reichert
William Dan Reichert died Friday, July 23, 1999 in Kingman. He was 77.
Mr. Reichert was born Nov. 28, 1921 in Sandport, Idaho. He worked in the airline industry, and served in the United States Navy.
Mr. Reichert is survived by: one sister, Frances Shire of Kingman. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Reichert, and a sister, Francel Nelson.
No service is planned. Sutton Crematory is handling cremation.
