Survivors include her husband, Charles; mother, Betty Conn; son, Kevin (Jeannette) Watters; brother, Howard Hurley; and two grandchildren, Angelica and Bianca. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m., Wed., October 13, 1999 at Palo Verde Church of Christ, 651 S. Kolb Road. Interment in TMP East Lawn. ADLER, Margaret E., 90 of Tucson, died October 31, 1999. Mother of Nadine (Lee) Schuck of La Habra, CA, Richard C. Adler of Milwaukee, WI; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren. Sister of Edward Buch of Milwaukee, WI and Carl Buch of Green Valley, AZ. Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. Burial to follow in Holy Hope Cemetery. MABEL "PAT" (MCMAHON) ALQUIST, 88, of Tucson, died peacefully on October 30, 1999. Preceded in death by husband, Wayne and son-in-law, Gary Koepp. Survived by her children, Jon Alquist of Tucson, Sue Koepp of Ruidoso, N.M., Deborah (Robert) Garrett of Sierra Vista, and Lynda (Mark) Hanna of Tucson. Also survived by grand-children, Rod, Guy and Joel Koepp, Eva Hanna, and Lacey and Neal Garrett.
Born in Victor, Iowa on November 11, 1910. She was a graduate of the University of Iowa, majoring in English and Drama. She moved to Tucson in 1944. After her husband's retirement, she was a part time resident of Pinetop, Arizona for 20 years.
Pat will be remembered as a wonderful mother who nurtured and guided her children, letting them go when the time was right. She will also be remembered as a caring teacher, with a career spanning from a one room Iowa school house to the Tucson public schools. She was active in her church and volunteered at University medical Center and Navapache Hospital. She also enjoyed traveling, reading and sports, especially cheering for the Arizona Wildcats.
The family thanks the Waverly House Assisted Living Home staff and residents for the care and friendship they gave her in the last two years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 5 at 3:00 at St. Peter and Paul Church at Campbell Ave. and Lee St. The funeral mass will be offered at 4:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Casa de los Ninos.

ANDERSON, Erick Milton, 90, passed away at his home in Bisbee, on Sunday, October 31, 1999. Mr. Anderson was born in Kasota, Minnesota on March 5, 1909. He has been a resident of Bisbee for 83 years coming from Minnesota. Milton worked as a Hoist Engineer for Phelps Dodge until retirement. He was a member of Perfect Ashlar Lodge #12 F & A.M. and a two Term Master, also a member of the Douglas Elks and the Cochise and Sabar Shrine Clubs. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Anderson, April 30, 1970. Survivors include, two daughters, Sugie Buchannan of Bisbee, and Nancy Powell of Tucson; 11 grandchildren, and several great-grand-children. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Harry Mitchell will officiate. Burial will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Dugan Funeral Chapel.

BLACKMAN, Robert Woodrow, 82 years old, died on Monday, November 1, 1999 in Tucson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Byrdie and Harry; and his sister, Margie Bernie. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Audrey; brother, Ralph and sister-in-law, Judy of Tucson; and nieces and nephews. After returning from his service from World War II, he became a professional ice skater touring with the Olympic Gold Medal Skating Champion, Sonya Henie, as her dancing partner. Subsequently, he became associated with Capezio designing shoes for famous actresses. Eventually opening his own shoe boutique store in New York City. He arrived in Tucson in 1980 where he opened La Feete, a designer shoe boutique. Donations may be made to the Humane Society or charity of choice. Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 1999 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Road.

HERMELINDA P. "TINY" BRAVO, 75, of Tucson, passed away October 29, 1999. Survived by daughters, Cecilia, Olivia Angulo, Virginia (Manuel) Orta; son, Michael P. (Sylvia); sisters, Lydia Kohn, Grace P. Quinlan, Ida Pellon. Also survived by six grandchildren, Sarah, Willie, Tuffy, Cassie, Reggie, Letty; three great-grandchildren, Romego, Roman, Kirsten;and also by many loving relatives. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 1999 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY, South Chapel, 240 S. Stone Ave., with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered Wednesday, November 3, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. at Santa Cruz Church, 1220 S. 6th Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. She touched the lives of many with her love and warm spirit. Arrangements by Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary, Inc.

BRONNENBERG, Wilma, 80, of Tucson, AZ, passed away October 29, 1999. Survived by her husband, Brandon Bronnenberg; two sons, Steven (Sharon) Linton of Michigan, and William (Rosemary) Linton of Tennessee; five grandchildren and five great grand-children. She will be greatly missed. Donations may be made to Dignita Hospice. Memorial service will be held Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 1431 W. Magee Rd.

BROWN, Freda Grace, age 86, of Tucson, passed away Saturday, October 30, 1999. A homemaker and a devoted wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Charles Elmer Brown; and a daughter, Wanda Carrol Brown Kilpatrick. Survivors include three daughters, Freda Moe (Bob) of Mississippi, Sue Baine (Don) of Tucson, AZ and B.J. Ferguson (Ken) also of Tucson, AZ; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 10:30 a.m. in South Lawn Cemetery, located at 5401 South Park Ave., with the Reverend Robert Kock conducting services. Arrangements by the ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, (Dodge Chapel) at Speedway.

COBBE, Doris Jayne, born June 25, 1922, died October 20, 1999 after a long battle with lung cancer. Preceded in death by husband, Alexander Frandsen (Copenhagen, Denmark), husband, Thomas J. Cobbe (Los Angeles, CA); and brother Alfred "Bud" Rowan (Jessica) of San Diego, CA. Survived by son, Thomas Frandsen; daughter, Karin Frandsen Blute (Dr. James F., III); and grandchildren, Alexandria Lorraine Blute and Victoria Marie Blute, all of Tucson, AZ. Also survived by sisters, Mary Ellen Rasmussen (Robert) of Sequim, WA, Marcella Hergenrather (Harold) of West Covina, CA, Jessie Elizabeth Jones (Heber) of Fullerton, CA, Margie Arlene Palmer of Whittier, CA; and brother, Melvin Franklin Rowan (Alyce) of Hacienda Heights, CA, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. A private memorial service is to be held on Cape Cod, MA. Doris was a great supporter of the performing arts, and any remembrances in her name may be made to The Arizona Theatre Company and/or The Tucson Symphony Orchestra. EVELYN ST. CLAIR-WRIGHT ENSDORFF, 79, died October 30, 1999 in Reno, Nevada. Born in Banglore, India February 25, 1920, she was the daughter of a British colonial administrator. She grew up in the unique world of the British Raj until it was shattered by World War II. At that time, she met a dashing American officer from Arizona, Harry W. Morse, coming to the U.S. in 1946 to marry. As the wife of a career military officer and defense consultant over three decades, she raised three sons at duty stations in the United States, Central America, and Europe. In 1982, she marriage John Ensdorff and remained his beloved wife until his death in 1996. Preceded in death by her mother, Mary Wright; her father, Winifred Wright; her brother, Patrick Wright; her son, Harry M. Morse; and her husband, John Ensdorff. Survived by her sons, Derek (Jean) Morse of Nevada and Patrick (Kit Dickey) Morse of Minnesota; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing at Evergreen Mortuary, N. Oracle Road and W. Miracle Mile, Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services 11:00 a.m., Friday at Evergreen Mortuary with Anglican Bishop Anthony Clavier officiating.

GOULD, William, age 63, of Tucson, passed away Thursday, October 28, 1999. He is survived by his devoted wife of 28 years, Viola Gould; and brother, Gwain Guy Gould of Boise, Idaho. William was an avid hunter and a volunteer for his neighborhood association. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, (Dodge Chapel).
