BEHRENS, Kim S., 57, of Tucson, passed away March 2, 1996. He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Amelia Behrens and sister, Barbara Harris. Oldham Samuel “Sam’ Casey 60, of Tucson and Phoenix, AZ, passed away Thursday, February 29, 1996. Sam was born in Hagerman, NM, November 11, 1935. He resided in Arizona for more than 50 years. During that time, he married, worked for the Tucson Electric Power Company, moved to Phoenix and the North-Central Arizona area working for and retiring from 20 years dedicated service at the Arizona Public Service Company. Sam enjoyed the outdoors and had a great interest in archaeology and Southwest history. He was also an avid collector of World War II memorabilia, knives, swords, and books. Sam was an animal lover with a particular fondness for cats. He is survived principally by his mother, Mrs. Fern Livingston; his daughter, Mrs. Cindy Dongoske; his grandchildren, Alessandra Noelle and Jerod Austin Dongoske. Sam is in a better place now and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Funeral arrangements handled by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, Tucson.

FREDERICK, Joyce, 77, of Tucson, died after a long battle with lung cancer on March 2, 1996. She is survived by her sisters, Janice (Kenneth) Johnson of Hot Springs Village, AR and Wilma (Norman) Hawley of Forest Lake, MN and Tucson; one nephew; two nieces; and a long time friend, Thelma Pionke of Fergus Falls, MN. HAGY, Mary (Jane) Stenson, 70, passed away March 1, 1996 at her home in Tucson. She was born in Tazewell Co., VA on November 3, 1925. She was survived by her sons, Michael R. Hagy of Lower Lake, CA, James P. Hagy of Tucson, Leslie Rush of Tucson; daughter, Denise Hagy of Lower Lake, CA; two granddaughters, Jessica and Oreda; and numerous friends. She will preside in her death with husband James Perry Hagy, retired Master Sargent of the U.S. Air Force. Mrs. Hagy was a member of the L.D.S. Church of Tucson. Services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lincoln Park Ward, 1655 S. Melpomene Way. STEWART, Phillip (Stew) Donald, born December 12, 1920 in Dudley, MO. God called him home February 28, 1996, Dallas, TX. He graduated from Dexter High School in 1938, joined the U.S. Navy in 1939, retired as Chief Pharmacist Mate after more than 20 years service. He then settled in Tucson, AZ and retired as Program Manager from the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth; sons, Gregory and Jeffrey and his wife Jane; three granddaughters, Kathleen, Kendall, and Christian.
