LARSON, Verne G., 82, of Tucson, entered God’s eternal garden April 6, 1996. Beloved husband, father and grandfather is survived by his wife, Beth Larson; daughters, Gail (James) Underwood, Gay (Michael) Polivchak, Dale Overduin of CA; grandchildren, Devon and Lauren Underwood, Cory, Casey and Katelyn Polivchak; sisters, Esther and Olga of MN; many nieces and nephews and an abundance of special friends. Verne retired in 1959 from the FAA Tucson; in 1961 he was employed with the City of Tucson and retired in 1976 as a Communications Supervisor. FRANKLIN, Geraldine (nee Konz), 77, formerly of Tucson, AZ, passed away at her home in California on Monday, April 1, 1996. She is survived by nine of her children, Bruce, LuAnn, Stephanie, John, Geraldine, Elizabeth, George, Joseph, and Laura; and her sister, Mary Fisher. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Irving and her son, Christopher. She was remembered at Holy Thursday services at St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Church on April 4. Interment will be in Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, NY with her beloved Irving.

PREDMORE-BUTLER, Lucinda Mickelsen, September, 6, 1941 – March 31, 1996. Mrs. Predmore-Butler, 54, of Modesto, CA passed away at her home after a short illness Sunday, March 31, 1996. Lucinda was a native of Tucson but had lived in Modesto for the past 27 years. She received her B.A. from the U of A in 1963 and her Masters in Library Science in 1967. She was a librarian for Modesto City Schools for 20 years. When she lived in Tucson she was active in Girl Scouts, and a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. She was a member of the Sylvan Club of Modesto and also the Squab Producers of California. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Predmore of Waterford, CA; a sister, Marilyn (May) Warren of Elsah, IL; and one granddaughter. There was a private family funeral held at Turlock Memorial Park, Turlock, CA on Friday, April 5, 1996.
