Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, Deward; sons, John (Alberta) Dean, Richard (Ann) Dean, Larry Dean; brother, Adolph; plus many nieces, nephews and loving friends. She was an active member of Pima St. Baptist Church since 1974. Friends may call at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 1996. Funeral Service will be at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, DODGE CHAPEL 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 1996 with Pastors Larry Rhodes and Randy Dick officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Pima St. Baptist Church. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway).

KELLY, Margaret, born January 24, 1908 in Port Talbot, South Wales, England. Arrived in the United States in 1932. Resident of Tucson, AZ since 1967. Mother of Mary T. (Thomas) Slahie, Sister Mary Brigid S.N.D., Edward (Anita) Kelly, Alexander (Susan) Kelly and Michael Kelly. Sister of Danielle (Rosa) O'Sullivan, May O'Sullivan, Noreen O'Sullivan, Elizabeth O'Sullivan, Theresa O'Sullivan, Ann (Joe) Byrne and Catherine (Geoff) Mills. 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Service and Interment will be in Ohio. Memorial Mass at 10:00 Friday, May 10, 1996 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 215 S. Craycroft. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

McCARTY, Betty 'Jean', 75, of Catalina, passed away April 26, 1996. She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Karen (Don) Lundahl of WA; sons, Patrick (Cecile) of WA, Steven (January) of VA; seven grandchildren; brother, James (Jean) Scott of FL. Friends may call at the ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave. Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday morning 11:00 a.m. at Catalina Lutheran Church. URQUIDEZ, Efren A., age 34, a lifetime resident of Tucson. Passed away April 26, 1996. Mr. Urquidez was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force as a E4 Senior Airman and worked at Pima Community College for the past five years. Survived by his mother, Beatrice; sisters, Gloria (Henry) Soto, Mary Ann (Ramon) Ortiz, Dee Urquidez, Sylvia (Gilbert) Padilla; brothers, Reinaldo (Melba) and David (Cathy) Urquidez; sister, Martha Cline; many nieces and nephews; godchildren, Arthur Cline and Sebastian Granillo/ Urquidez. Pre-deceased by his father, Jose M. Urquidez. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 1996 at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5401 S. Park Ave. Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Monica Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.

DENNETT, Phyllis Peck, passed away April 18, 1996. Phyllis has resided in Tucson since 1967 originally from Minneapolis, MN. She will be remembered at a Memorial Service, Saturday, April 27th, 10:30 a.m. BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway. Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Paul Dennett of Honolulu, HI and John Dennett of San Mateo, CA.

GELBAND, Claire Koenig, died April 20, 1996. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 15, 1921 to Rose Heltzer and William Koenig. She is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Koenig. She is survived by her children, Les Gelband, Columbia, MO, Barbara Gelband, Tucson, AZ, Myra (David) Wilson, Rowayton, CT, and Hellen Gelband, Takoma Park, MD; grandchildren, Sara Rose, Samantha, Cameron, and McKenzie; and her brother, Lawrence (Honey) Koenig, Ft. Lee, NJ. Claire graduated from Brooklyn College in 1941 with a B.A. degree, and Hofstra College in 1960 with an M.S.Ed. She taught Jr. high school in NY and GA. Claire lived in Columbus, OH before moving to Tucson in 1986. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1944 and was stationed at Patuxent River, MD. She was active in the Jewish War Veterans, and was Post Commander in Atlanta, GA, Columbus, OH and Tucson, Post 201. She was also active in Desert Waves and the Brooklyn College Alumni Organizations. She was a dedicated volunteer at the AZ. Historical Society, the Mission Road Library, and the V.A. Medical Center. She has been selected the 1996 Woman Veteran of Year by the V.A.M.C. A Memorial Service will be held May 26, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. at the Disabled American Veterans Post, 3455 S. Wilmot. Memorials may be made to JWV Post 27, P.O. Box 32295, Tucson, 85751, Brooklyn College Alumni, or the organization of your choice. Arrangements by VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 327-6341.

MURRAY, Kathleen T., 72, died April 26, 1996. Mother of Frank (Joanne) Murray of Tucson, Michelle (Dale) Rutter of Tucson, James (Eileen) Murray of Las Vegas, NV, Tom Murray of Las Vegas, NV; grandmother of Brian, Clint, Clayton, Aaron, Tara and Julia; sister of Tom Breen of Margate, FL. Mass will be offered 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 1996 at St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco, with Father Robert Tamminga officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Rosary will be recited 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 29 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL and friends may call from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 1996 and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 1996 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

MURRY, F. Duffy, 85, died April 24, 1996. Preceded in death by wife, Dorothy W. Murry in 1979. Survived by sons, Robert and Dennis (Frani) Murry; daughters, Sister Mary Murry; brother, Peter Murry; and grandchildren, Trudi Bradley, Ami Schulz, Toni and Rocky Bullock, Shannon, Brian and Chrisanne Murry. Friends may call 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 1996 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 29, 1996 at St. Cyril's Church, 4725 E. O'CONNELL, Catherine FitzGerald, born March 30, 1917 in Kankakee, IL, died April 25, 1996 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by her husband of 45 years, Dennis J. O'Connell; sons, Dennis and James of Whitefish Bay, WI, Gerald of Eagen, MN, Thomas of Wheaton, IL; and eight grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brother, Richard P. FitzGerald. No local services in Tucson. Funeral Services are being arranged by Clancy Funeral Home, Kankakee, IL. Donations may be made in her name, in lieu of flowers, to St. Patrick's Church, 428 S. Indiana Ave., Kankakee, IL. 60901 or your favorite charity. She was active in many civic affairs including the Milwaukee Country Club, Milwaukee Women's Club, University School of Milwaukee, Tucson National Golf Club and Tucson Country Club. Her life greatly influenced her family and touched the hearts of many.

PATRICK, Alice R., born October 8, 1902, died April 25, 1996. Widow of Dr. David L. Patrick, former Vice President of the University of Arizona. There are no survivors. There will be no services at the direction of the deceased.

TELLES, Beatrice V., age 34, a resident of Tucson for eight years, passed away April 24, 1996. Born June 2, 1961 in Casa de Janos, Mexico. Survived by her husband, Arthur; daughters, Erica and Veronica; parents, Ernesto and Estella Vejar; brothers, Miguel Ramirez, Rafael Vejar and Francisco Javier Vejar; sisters, Eulalia Marquez, Emilia Turrieta and Cecelia Duran; many nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 1996 at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park Ave. Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, at St. John's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.

BINGHAM, Alma May, 89, died April 23, 1996. Mother of A. Elizabeth Bingham Kelly and Martha Bingham Cole, both of Tucson; grandmother of Gail Cooper, Timothy Kelly, Debbie Hall, Paul Kelly, Doyle Cole, Jr. and David D. Cole; 22 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 29 at BRING'S MEMORIAL CHAPEL, officiated by Paul Andrew Kelly, grandson. CRISCI, Michael Angelo, Jr., 43 years old, died April 23, 1996 in Tucson. Survived by mother, Theresa Crisci of Marana; two daughters, Andrea Crisci, Erica Ryan; brother, Vincent Crsici, Sr.; two sisters, Teresa Scott and Lucia Todorovich. Services for Mr. Crisci, Jr. will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 1996 in WOLFREY PEACE CHAPEL, 5225 E. Speedway, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m.

MACON, Rudolph Jefferson 'Rudy', born May 8, 1950 in Chicago, IL, died suddenly April 21, 1996 in Los Angeles, CA. Survived by his son, DeShawn of Chicago; mother, Betty Liggins of Tucson; stepfather, Albert Liggins of Phoenix; uncle, Perry Smith, Jr. of Tucson; aunt, Eurene Parker of Chicago; many cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. MCELROY, Joseph B., 83, died April 18, 1996. He was a resident of Tucson since 1929. Husband of Josephine McElroy; father of Mary Anne (Steven C.) Doitch of Tucson; cousin of Loren Pfau of CO and Jack Shea of TX; uncle of Gracie Holt of OK. He owned McElroy Tire Shop. A special thank-you to Accounting and Adult Protective Service. Memorial Mass 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30 at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Church, 2915 E. 36th. NAEGLE, Raymond Lynn, 75, of Benson, passed away in Tucson, April 23, 1996. Survived by wife, Doris of Benson; two daughters, Susan Naegle and Nancy Naegle, both of Tucson; two Brothers, Carl Naegle of Benson and Melvin Naegle of Sierra Vista; three sisters, Pauline Davis of Silver City, NM, Ethel Burton of Glendale, AZ, Marguerite Jennings of Benson and Eva Done of Tucson; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Saturday, April 27th at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Presbyterian Church in Benson. Burial 4:00 p.m. at East Lawn Cemetery, Tucson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Community Presbyterian Church Building Fund or the LDS Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. Under the direction of Richardson's Mortuary in Benson.

Survived by loving husband, Robert; children, Marsha (Roger) Emberson of Clearwater, KS, Kristina (Chuck) Schaus of Tucson; Candace (Larry) Cushman of Tucson, Steven (Miriam) Schaus of Catalina; grandchildren, Robert, Randy and Lori Cushman. Memorial Services to be held at a later date. Arrangements by ARIZONA MORTUARY.

TONTI, Luigina Vaglienti, 89, went with the Lord on February 20, 1996 in Norcia, Italy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alessandro Tonti of Trenton, NJ. Survived by grandson, Salvatore (Margaret) D'Onofrio of Tucson; granddaughter, Antoinette Smith of Rock Hall, MD; great grandchildren, Anthony D'Onofrio, Angela D'Onofrio, Irene Hade, Alexander Kincel; great great grandson, Julien Hade, all of Tucson, . She will be held in loving memory and greatly missed by all who loved her.
